I don't know why people give them such bad reviews. This is our go-to for local pizza. Meat lovers is excellent.

I have tried this restaurant multiple times, as the Anthony's in Martinsburg is great. Tonight is the last time. They should try and get some staff from one of the other locations here. I had a cheese steak wrap and the meat was a big, gross clump and it was the smallest wrap I have ever had. Pizza is never done well, the crust is not crisp, it consistently tastes under cooked. We order from here a couple of times a month and last night was just awful we order delivery and was told it would be and hour which should have been a red flag I realize however we decided it would be okay however it was over two hours before food got there we didn't receive everything and the food was extremely cold and this is how long our sandwiches had soggy bread which means they where old I called the manager and he said it was his fault our complete order was no there and he would make sure we got the fries next time will that seemed to me such a small gesture seeings how I just waited two hours for food not to receive everything then he said he would give me fifty percent off my next order in my opinion he should replace the whole order free of charge since my food was cold and disgusting and frankly food here is outrageously expensive so I don't believe I will ever order from here again read more

Ordered pizza at 6:30 pm was told they were very busy it would be 45 minutes. One hours goes by, I call to check on my order, I am told one delivery driver didn't show and deliveries are behind and that my driver just left and should be there soon (they are 7 minutes away). 20 minutes go by I call and ask to speak to a manager, left on hold, no manager for 5 minutes. Driver shows up, luke warm pizza and very brown. Total time 1 hour and 25 minutes for 2 cheese pizzas. No discount, rude driver, I said I was going to post review. He said "Go the *uck for it". Called back the store, spoke the girl again, explained we will NEVER be ordering from there again. read more

They are literally the only place that delivers to my community...so if I want delivery I have to get Anthony's. That gains them a star right there...that being said their food is just OK. It's always cold and lacks effort and love. I want my Italian meal to feel like a hug from Nona not a desperate last choice. read more

The food at anthony's is just ok, they are never consistent and more often than not the food is bland. The real problem with Anthony's are the Employees, the majority of the staff consists of trailer trash and, personal hygiene seems like it is not very important. Customer service is a joke and they have really bad attitudes. I really would recommend spending your money elsewhere. read more

$25 for cold pizza and terrible boneless wings. Ordered online, said delivey would be within 40 minutes. I called after 45 minutes to see what the hold up was, was told the guy was just around the corner, 5 minutes away. An hour after I ordered the unmarked delivery car showed up - 15 minutes after I called. I try not to be a psycho in front of my little boy, so I paid for the pizza, but the quality was terrible. I will not order from here again, and I don't recommend it to anyone else either. I could have gotten better pizza from Papa John's or Dominos. We have ordered from Anthony's many times in the past. We have had issues with our order before, but we return because of a reusable coupon. This time (like many others) We ordered a large pizza, large chicken Caesar salad, and mozz. sticks. Without taxes and deliver, the total should have been $24.24. When my husband answered the door he asked me what I had ordered. The total on the credit card slip was over $36. It turned out the order taker did not apply the coupon. The new total he was given, after the driver called, was $31. It was still high in my mind but he let it go. I always specifically ask for dressing on the side. Otherwise they put the Caesar dressing directly on the salad and it turns into a lettuce and chicken soupy mess. But that was what I was met with when pulling my salad out of the bag. When I called to ask for a new salad, I was put on hold. I hung up after 7 minutes. I called back and the order taker simply offered me $7 off my next order. I told her I still needed dinner. A man who I think was the manager came on the phone, said he would be happy to send out a new salad but it would be 40 minutes. So, we drove to pick it up. They had not even started to make the salad when we arrived so we had to wait about 10 minutes. I was just happy to have dinner. Half way into my salad I came across a large brown hunk of dirt. And realized that the lettuce was gritty. It was dirt. I was eating dirt. Anthony's has good local pizza and typically good prices. But there service is seriously lacking. Their food is actually pretty poor. The pizza dough is always undercooked. The calzone & strombolie are actually the same thing, and covered in so much flour it chaps my lips, and is way too doughy.The subs are a lot of bread and grease. I've actually gotten sick from the gyro once. BUT, they are local, they deliver, are quick, the price is decent, and they are usually friendly! I REFUSE to use papa johns or dominoes because of their labor practices, so I'm stuck w/ Anthony's... I really wish they would up their standards though! This place has pretty decent food, but customer service truly sucks at this place. When you order or go in it seems you are inconveniencing the staff. Staff argue with each other in front of customers. Last time I was there I was given the wrong order and had to return. No apologies or anything just took the bag of food I returned and placed it back on hold for next customer. There are much better options that you should spend your money on where you will leave feeling appreciated as a customer. read more

I always get the nicest delivery people from Anthony's Pizza. Even over the phone, the employees are always very pleasant. The food is great, and their large pizza is huge. I'm not a big fan of their chicken fingers, but that's the only thing I've had a problem with. They did forget my soda once, but every place that I've ever ordered a drink from has done that at least once. It's not the greatest food in the world, but it's pretty darn good and inexpensive. When ever i go to other pizza places it never really satisfiees my pizza needs but Anthony's gives me the pizza i have always wanted it's REAL pizza not the cardboard by-product of Papa John's.
