Amazingly great service and fast! Anthony came within the expected time frame of 11a-1p. He was upfront and honest about costs, even when he didn't have the part, he was able to get it and replace it all within the time it took for me to bake a pre-made pizza (15min) and eat it. It was a problem with our shower handle and our water wouldn't stop pouring out. Eventually, the Moen posi temp cartridge needed replacing. Anthony was considerate too. He had booties over his shoes for inside the house. Area was clean when finished. Overall, a very pleasant experience given the stressful nature of the situation. Thanks Anthony and Jr.! I have used Anthony's Plumbing on a number of occassions and each time it has been a great experience! No double talk, no sales pitches, just fast and excellent work. They come in and get the job done with very little need for guidance from me and their pricing is very reasonable. The best part is I haven't had to call them out a second time for anything they have done as they do it right the first time. Called today and spoke with Alma regarding a leaky toilet. Very responsive. Got out to my property within the hour and Isaiah and Dominic were honest. They just had to make some adjustments inside the toilet tank and that was it. Didn't even charge for the service. Anthony's is now my plumber of choice. Ive used anthonys plumbing 3 times...first for an emergency main line clog at 9pm at night. Second to replace my main water line from the meter to my house and just recently to unclog a backed bath tub this morning....all 3 times from my initial call until the job was done all employees were very professional and stayed in contact thru the process. I needed to have tub fixtures replaced. Really warn out. Water was gushing out of the left side hot water valve. I had to turn the main waterline on the outside of the house off. Anthony and his Son came out, looked at the problem, explained it to me, then left to buy parts. Came back fixed the problem all in 1 hours time. Definitely would recommend them to anyone. Doesn't stand behind their work. I was going to leave a positive review until the problem I had returned just over a month later. When I called to have them come out and check the issue, was told they would try to fit me in. Anthony then called and and said he can't keep coming out for the issue. He wants to replace all the pipes but can't even come out to see if that is what is necessary at this time. The washer needs to be replaced at this time. It is the same issue as before. Called another company to come out and they replaced the washer in the faucet, eventually the pipes will need to be replaced but this time all it was, was a faulty washer put in by Anthony. Anthony couldn't be bothered to come and check it out. I don't care how busy you are, when you repair something and the issue returns, it is good business to follow up and not assume, without checking, that the issue is an expensive overhaul. Was talking to my landlord about having the pipes replaced. Will definitely not use this company. read more
