Had the absolute worst experience ever with this company. They did the repair yesterday and said they would call to invoice me. They had all day to call me and called me at 7:30 p.m. this evening to get payment for me while I was eating dinner with my family. And, when I explained it to the person on the phone, I was told that "I did not have to be so rude". They assessed the leak and determine it was the garbage disposal so it required that it be replaced along with a new kitchen faucet installed I wanted installed. They were unable to come out on the original scheduled appointment. However, they were able to reschedule me for the next day. They were able to come out earlier than what we had scheduled. The owner was very professional (Alma I believe) and always stayed in communication with me. Her son Titus and his cousin were also professional and informative of some other issues. The kitchen faucet was a monster to installed and the old one was difficult to remove due to improper installation of the granite top from a previous contractor years ago. However, they're determination won the battle. I'm very satisfied with the work. Moreover, I admire the professionalism of all those involve. They stand by taking care the needs of the customer. I messaged Anthony on Yelp after a horrible experience with another plumbing company. I called and spoke with his wife Alma. Both were very friendly. I scheduled an appointment for the following day. A few hours later Alma called me and said she had a plumber in the area and they could stop by in a few minutes to check out my problem. The guys showed up shortly after she called. They checked out my problem and determined they didn't have the equipment on the truck and said they'd come back the next day. They came back and snaked the line and ran a camera. They showed me what the problem was so I could see it for myself. They had to dig up my old line and replace it. They couldn't do it the same day but came back the following day to do the job. It was definitely a bigger job than anticipated and gave them a challenge. They went above and beyond to make sure I wouldn't have the problem again. They tested the line and everything seems to be working great. There was a huge mess outside, but they cleaned it all up. This was my second time using Anthony's. The first time they came out the young man Eddie was very professional and honest about the service he provided. I had them come out to snake my mom's kitchen, and after and hour of trying he was unable to do so, and didn't charge, in fact he said the line seem corrupted and that was the reason he wasn't able to properly snake it. So he said I didn't do the job, so no charge, which most companies would have charged just for showing up. Found out later since the house was built in the 50's the line going out from the kitchen had fallen apart from the years of grease, and age. We actually had to have the line replaced, and that was a good experience as well. The second time Anthony's came out, they were very honest on the phone. I just need them to replace the water fill valve on the toilet, they told me what the service charge fee to show up was, which was $65.00 and if that was the problem then that charge would go to the repair and that's it. I called them they were at my house within an hour, installed the new valve, were very courteous and quick, and sure enough no hidden fee's it was $65.00 like they said. Ok...im a very cautious person when it comes to plumbers and other trades. The rip offs in this trade are to far to compare. I live in Riverside in a private community off Washington Street called Overlook where there are nothing but large custom homes. Let me just say that.... every trade loves raising prices as soon as they drive up in your drive way. Let me start by saying I called on a Sunday for a busted waterheater that pooring out water from my garage. I had just got home from church. I spoke to the father. He said, he was going to send his son. I said "ooh ok." You know I'm thinking, why are you sending me your son, why dont you come, but ok. The owner also said they would be there within 1 hour. Oooh ok! Well, he shut my mouth... cause it was DONE! In fact, it was around 45 min. Ok, impressed so far but the work ain't done yet so im thinking where's the extra money supprise. Well it didnt happened... THEIR price and service was great. The son was VERY professional and forthright!!! I'm not only going to use them for my house, but my commerical buildings as well. Period! I went back to read the other complaints as well. I dont agree with the first few I read.... these guys are really good, pricing is very fair and they got me as a customer moving forward and im glad i have a plumber that i can depend on. I called them from Ontario on a Saturday (when everyone else was closed) and described the problem. Only 1-1/2 hrs later, Anthony and Ulysses came at the exact time they said they would. First experience with them a few years ago was good. Would have been 4 or 5 stars however.... They fixed a faucet twice in the last couple years (last time was several months ago) and now needs to be fixed again. Faucets usually should last longer than a year or so. And more concerning neighbor asked who was at our house he was concerned one of the guys one was paying an inappropriate amount of attention to my wife and they then lingered for 20 minutes or so out side and seemed to be casing they neighborhood. He was concerned enough he was considering calling the police to check them out or confront the guy and see what is going on. About 4 months ago, I called Anthony's late approximately 8:45 pm. They were here in less than 30minutes.
