They have a daily happy hour from 5-6 with various BOGO dishes. Good way to try the place for the first time! Service was fantastic at the bar. Very helpful & attentive. We had a couple of HH items and an order of crab cakes. Only thing I wouldn't order again were the crab cakes. They were mostly filler, barely lukewarm and came on top of a cold roasted corn salad. The bartender said the cakes should be hot & did offer to have them remake it but I didn't bother. Don't think it would have made them much better. Plus we had dining credits so they were free.

This is my first time here. This is a high end brunch. The restaurant is located in the M Resort. Music is nice too.,I am sampling a lot of items. For my first drink, I'm having a Negroni. This is made with Botanist Gin, Campari and sweet vermouth. That is spot on! It is nicely garnished and tastes perfect! Nor I'm trying the lobster bisque and clam chowder. These are good! For my next drink, I'm having the Rye on Time which is made with Bulleit Rue Whiskey, PAMA, sweet vermouth, fresh lemon juice and sweet and sour mix. Look at the height off this glass! It is well balanced and nicely garnished! Dessert is great too! At the very end, the omelet station gentleman made me the best omelet I've ever had! He (Robert) was the highlight of my meal! Nice show too! Watch the video! What a meal!

Not sure why my photos were blacked out but this calls for an updated Review. This review is based on my last visit December 2025. We sat by the kitchen and it was awesome to watch the workers cook the steak. Our food was was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The steak was tender and the appetizers were delicious. Especially rhe buffalo shrimp. The only negative I saw was cooking seafood and the steak with the same tongs. Some people can be very sensitive / allergic to shell fish which I'm glad I'm not so it didn't really bother me too much. Other than that. Great service and delicious food.

Happy Hour! Just sayin'. Great deal. Buy one get one free of HH appetizers in the bar. Monday night. Just me in the resort, what's a gal to do? Happy Hour here fit the bill beautifully. Nice glass of wine, terrific Shrimp Cocktail and a tasty Duck Eggrolls. Happy hour, happy Gal!

RSVP only for the Sunday buffet. I'm so glad we had the chance to come and experience it when in Las Vegas. Before when I checked there was nothing to rsvp online, I even called and they were booked for their brunch until September 2026!! But I somehow got lucky and was able to snag a time! The hostess was very nice when she greeted us and our server was also very kind! As for the restaurant, there's lots of windows where we sat and had lots of natural light. The place didn't look like it was too big, but it felt nice. Lastly, the food! I was there for the lobster tails and that's what I had mainly. Which I'm so glad I had the appetite to go a couple rounds! Yummy!!! Their scallops potatoes nice and creamy! Clam chowder was good too! $99.00 for Sunday Buffet!

This place is an all you can eat Sunday brunch buffet. It's also an all you can eat lobster buffet. I enjoyed this place more than I enjoyed the buffet at Caesars, which I was very disappointed about. Anthony's food seemed a lot fresh a lot more tastier didn't have as big of a variety, but the food was way better than the Caesars buffet. For the price I would definitely come back here again. The weight staff & servers and everybody working was very attentive to your needs to make sure you had a great lunch. The vibe here was very chill and laid-back kinda of vibe. I will definitely come back to this Sunday brunch. I think you get what you pay for at this buffet.

Diane and I ate dinner here for the first time during our recent staycation at the M Resort. We largely liked the experience, although prices were relatively high. Shrimp in our Shrimp Cocktail were meaty if not noticeably sweet. Uncharacteristically, two shrimps were large and two small in size. French Onion Soup and Lobster Bisque were simply excellent. And so was a refreshing inverted Wedge Salad with Bleu Cheese Crumbles and Buttermilk Dressing. Complimentary Cheese Cracker Bread was good but quite hard. Both Pan Seared Sea Bass and Halibut that was grilled and then finished in an oven were very good, accompanied by Cheeddar & Onion Scalloped Potatoes, Parsnips, Peas, and Buttery Mashed Yukon Potatoes. Service ws good. And the white-tableclothed ambiance was rather formal, although no dress code appeared to be in effect.

Came here for the ayce seafood buffet for $99. Pros - great atmosphere with friendly service. Fresh and delicious lobster tails as well as a great meat carving station of beef wellington, lamb chops, and brisket. Cons - wished they had more brunch options besides omlette french toast and potatoes Definitely a steak and lobster ayce experience. Great deal if that is your primary goal. It was slightly lacking in other brunch food options.

Pretty spacious modern luxurious steak restaurant with view straight into the kitchen through the glass windows. Pretty great service and great quality steak. We got the 9oz black Angus filet mignon with French onion soup, and macaroni & cheese, jumbo asparagus, and cream of corn. Complimentary assorted bread was pretty good. Sourdough was pretty good and it was hard to resist and save room for the meal. French onion soup was ok. Steak was perfectly juicy and tender. Highly recommend the cream od corn, it was very delicious and supplement very well with our meal.

The wife and I checked out Anthony's in the M for dinner on a Saturday night because we were contemplating whether or not to make reservations for their very popular (albeit pricey) Sunday brunch. As a casino property, I like the M's modern look and upscale feel and its obligatory steakhouse, Anthony's, definitely fit right in. We walked up a little after its opening at 5PM to see if we could get a table since we didn't have reservations. We informed the hostess that we were planning to have a full-fledged meal and weren't there for Anthony's daily, 5-6PM, happy hour. That said, the hostess seated us in the lounge, which at first blush seemed perfectly fine. However, it was at this point things started to go off the rails. The hostess seated us with food menus, but not a cocktail or wine list, so when our server came to take our drink order, he had to get us a drink menu. Nothing on the cocktail list caught my eye so I passed on ordering a drink. The drink menu only listed cocktails, no beer or wines. We never received a wine list. As for food, we did take advantage of a couple of the happy hour BOGO apps ordering the Shrimp Cocktail ($24) and the Calamari ($18). We decided to share an order of the 18oz. Creekstone Prime Ribeye ($105) cooked medium-rare and a side of Sautéed Wild Mushrooms ($11). We received four extra-large shrimp that were presented in standard steakhouse fashion. They could've been jumbo shrimp, but regardless, the four shrimp looked overwhelmed by how it was plated. The shrimp cocktail was fine, but for the price, I didn't feel we received good value. I guess its saving grace was that the calamari was "free" as the second half of the BOGO. The calamari was nicely fried, tender without a hint of toughness, rubberiness, or greasiness. However, it ate very bland as the cornmeal batter seemed way under-seasoned. Our steak looked great. It came pre-sliced, which was a good thing because we didn't have steak knives when it arrived at the table. It's also a good thing that it was pre-sliced because I could see how unevenly it was cooked and the questionable quality of this particular steak we received. One half of the steak was practically mooing it was so rare, but the other half was dead-on medium-rare. Yes, I could've sent it back, but I didn't want to risk have the rare pieces coming out mid-rare and the mid-rare pieces coming back hammered. This wasn't my first rodeo with ribeye steaks, so I generally knew what to expect from this cut of meat. The rare side of the cut steak had more intramuscular fat than I expected based on its sourcing, price, and expectations for the kitchen's service standards. Despite it's uneven cook, the ribeye was still quite flavorful and butter knife tender...we truly were able to cut it with a butter knife. It was overpriced for what we received. I've paid the same amount or less for higher quality and better executed steaks at countless other steakhouses around town. The sautéed mushrooms were the food highlights of the night. Service from the two people who primarily touched our table was surprisingly solid especially given what appeared to the casual observer such as me that there wasn't sufficient service staff in the bar/lounge seating area that was at near capacity. Our primary server, Brian, took good care of us, but it was obvious that he had to cover too many tables as well as having to perform other, non-customer tasks, such as making a supply run to pick up more rolls of POS printer paper for the bar leaving tables unattended for a period of time and other diners looking for someone to take their order. Sorry, but in my mind, the manager on duty should've made sure the entire restaurant and staff was good to go prior to service and never should've taken a member of his service staff away from his customers for any amount of time performing tasks the manager could've handled himself. The other server, Manny, was timely and efficient in keeping our water glasses filled and promptly clearing dirty plates from our table. They were both rock stars! I'm not going to mince words. I was more than little disappointed in our overall experience. I didn't feel I received anywhere close to good value. In a town full of amazing steakhouses, average doesn't cut it in my book. I'm glad I went. I don't need to go back.

I wanted to take my wife somewhere special for Valentine's Day, so we dined here last week, Friday night actually. I was apprehensive to come here because we had been here for the brunch before and it was fairly disappointing, for $100 per person all you can eat lobster and we only got one serving and didn't feel like getting anymore. As seafood lovers that's an issue. But I had just watched a Mikey Chen video where he listed Anthony's as one of his top 4 Las Vegas steakhouses. When I watched this segment, he seemed genuinely blown away, so it convinced me and I thought maybe their dinner is way better than the brunch was. But that's 3 times now I've gone to places he's highly recommended and very much disagreed with his perspective on all. I was trying to decide between steak and prime rib, and our server said it's the best prime rib in Vegas, that he's lived there for 17 years and eats it 3 times a week. So as someone who's searched high and low for the best prime rib in Vegas, clearly I had to try it. Unfortunately that was probably the most disappointing dish we ordered. This is not sarcasm or hate, but for a place that has "prime" in their name, this actually was much more like "choice" grade meat. It was lean, not well marbled and actually quite chewy like roast beef. I was expecting some super tender, melt in your mouth, juicy, marbled prime rib. This was far from that and certainly not in the top Vegas locations for prime rib. My wife's sea bass was pretty good I thought, but she thought the sauce was too sweet for her and she barely touched it. I actually thought the lobster dipped in the sauce was a good pairing though. Speaking of the lobster, it was huge and something Mikey Chen said was a must get. So we ordered the Australian lobster for 2 (MP). I didn't look at the price but it must have been over $200 because we didn't have drinks or dessert and our bill came to $400 including tip for just 3 entree's. The lobster was good but it wasn't like... AMAZING. With the sheer size of it, it actually started to get a little old after awhile since there was so much. It was also quite baked on the outside, but the most inner part was raw. It was nice that they cut it, made it easier to eat. But I've had better, but you're talking about someone who's traveled the world and vacationed in Maine just to eat lobsters lol. To pay $400 for this quality of a meal is what's so disappointing. It wasn't the price, but the quality. Had it been exceptional, there would have been no issues, but honestly it wasn't. Valentine's only comes around once a year and there's every great steakhouse in Vegas to choose from and I made the wrong choice. I do a lot of research and don't like to be disappointed but this was a bummer. Honestly my disappointment had me considering 2 stars, but it wasn't like it was bad, just way below expectations while paying top dollar. But for any self respecting "fine" steakhouse, 3 stars should be considered a 2 to them. Food servers were a bit rough, someone dropped a plate behind me with food all over the floor and didn't say anything. When our dishes arrived they knocked the salt and pepper over and didn't pick them back up... little things make a difference, esp fine dining establishments in one of the biggest service industry cities. Gotta do better Ant!

Celebrated my birthday at Anthony's Prime Steak and Seafood. This place is elegant and perfect for special occasions. My husband decided to surprise me with a family dinner. All staff were friendly, and you really feel that you are treated like a guest. Price-wise, it's $$$ but worth it.

This place is a hidden gem. My husband heard they had a popular brunch we didn't make it to but we were here for the spa and decided to try the happy hour that started at 5. Little did we know how busy it was. People are lined up at 5. We got there at 5:30 and weren't sure we would be seated. Luckily we placed our order at 6 and two people had finished up at the bar. We ordered a real feast. This ended up being dinner. Everything was delicious. We will definitely come eat here again when in Vegas.

But the focaccia bread was unimpressive as well not much flavor and we got a tiny amount of Olive oil and balsamic for it basically was used up with one dip. My wife's dish was forgettable too Overall the place looks promising but wait staff just forget about you and the food is definitely nothing worth coming back to for what you pay for it. Wish I could remember the servers name middle aged lady and she knew how to help us order for what we wanted with the kids. Place really needs new management and likely a new chef cuz it's a shame I won't be coming back despite wanting to have a nice go to place near us

Fire orange like the colors of the Phoenix, then a switch to neon blue hues of color all above me!…read moreHow appealing and seductive the lights are! Flare is an extremely unique experience and lure! The lights continually change making drinking oh so exclusive and fun! On my most recent visit, I lent my ear for someone that so badly needed just someone to listen too. This someone is my bff. I will always have her back, and vice versa. Where better than a bar to distract her. The lights of flare have always been something that distracts her. Wanting to stay away from the strip and closer to home this bar is a fantastic location for both of us. Flare is located in the Silverton Hotel in the middle of the casino. Free covered parking, no cover, minimal people, and not touristy; perfect place for us. We arrive at different times, with my friend still stuck in traffic I just sit with a beer waiting. After she arrives she orders a Crown and Coke. I give the bartender the card and ask him to start a tab. As we sit here the orange and red hues wash over us from above, bathing us in its color. As it switches to bluish green we notice the pink coloring. My bff is smiling now we are getting somewhere. The smile from my bff is perfection and it is so great to see her smile. The tears were checked at the elevator as I watched her approach Flare and her eyes were immediately engulfed in the changing lights from above my head as I sat at the bar. Getting up I hugged my bff and the bartender seemed particularly interested in my friends unsettled mood. The bartender even asked what was bothering her. This bartender was so attentive to our order ensuring that we were not bothered by anyone asking to buy us a drink or if we needed a shoulder to cry on. As we drank the compassionate side of the bartender was fantastic. He even bought us a round of Crown and Coke too. Aside from having a wonderful bartender, whom was alert and always on his toes for keeping our drinks coming and water cups filled. The bar is a great place to try your luck with blackjack. The machines on the counter are level enough with the most comfortable chairs that I have sat in. The chairs at the bar are white bar type stools that are very fancy. This bar has that old world feel to it. Having traveled to many places, my favorite were those small homely places that are so ordinary that you have to stumble upon it to know it's greatness. When I discovered Flare my husband was gambling and I wanted a drink. The color changing of the lights beckoned to me. Answering the call, I discovered my cozy new place. My bff fell in love with the concept they used in designing the bar. As I listen to my bff the lights above keep changing. My eyes are constantly being drawn to those tempting lights. After a while the Crown and Coke got old, plus we wanted to walk out of the bar after drinking; and not be carried. Switching it up we asked our bartender what he would drink after so much Crown and Coke. His suggestion was beer. They offer a special happy hour price for $4.00 a bottle for Miller Lite. That's what we had, everyone likes happy hour prices. With work tomorrow and my bff mood changed we are going to find some food. They do not sell food here so it's off to find something delicious to absorb all the alcohol we partook of. In our merriment the service and atmosphere of Flare was exactly what we needed to reset ourselves. Come and see what the lights of Flare will do to you. The experience was magical and the bartender was fantastic. Thanks to making our troubles wash away and be replaced with hues of new color to enchant our week!

We lucked out today going when we did because the Golden Knights game was being televised and they usually fill up the place pretty quick. We were able to get a nice booth to the side of the bar with a nice big tv right in front of us to watch the game. We started out with some fried mozzarella bites and the totchos. The totchos are enough for at least 3 to share. Nicely loaded up tater tots with sour cream, nacho cheese, pico de gallo and jalepenos. The mozzarella bites were deep fried cheese curds served with marinara sauce. This was our first time ordering these and they were delicious. We typically go here when we're craving a good steak but don't want to break the bank. They have a NY Strip steak that I'd put up against most Vegas steakhouses. Always a nice cut, thick and juicy and charbroiled to perfection. Never ever have we had a bad one. It's served with a loaded baked potato stuffed with cheese, bacon, butter, sour cream and chives. They also serve it with some butter n garlicky asparagus and carrots. And for only $24.95, no other place can touch it. Although we were way too bloated for dessert, they do have a couple of amazing ones to try if you come here. The fried Oreos are deadly! Deep fried Oreo cookies with chocolate and caramel sauce with whipped cream. Their newest edition to the dessert menu is their best though. Butter Toffee Cake served warm with vanilla ice cream, candied pecans and whipped cream. Nothing else to say except yum. I've been to several of The Bar locations all around Vegas and all are consistently good. The one on Bermuda n St Rose though is IMO just a little bit better!
