We dined at Anthony's on a Thursday night. It wasn't too busy and we were seated in a nice private booth. Florin was our server for the evening. He was attentive and provided great hospitality for us. Our meal was paced out nicely and we weren't rushed or waiting on anything. We ordered the blackened shrimp appetizer which was a special for the evening. If this is dish is offered, definitely order it. The shrimp are massive and the flavor is so good. The 4 shrimp are served over potato purée with a nice sauce drizzled on top. For our entree, we shared a NY strip steak that we asked to have sliced for the table, potato purée, and creamed corn. The steak was a nice size and we had plenty of leftovers. For dessert, we went with the bananas foster cheesecake. It was served with whipped cream and berries. Being off the Strip, I enjoyed that the buffet size was smaller but with high quality offerings. 13 years ago, we went here for dinner and we were not wowed by any means back then....fast forward to July 2026....now I am a serious fan of the food and the service. We made a reservation at 5 pm and there was a significant line outside, clearly for the happy hour, but we were here for a nice dinner. We got seated in a beautiful booth. Our server got us water and bread and asked what we wanted to drink. We both picked out a nice Cabernet on the menu knowing we were going for steak that night. We decided to split the 10 oz Wagyu filet minion. We got a side of mash potatoes to go with because we wanted room for dessert later. They put the filet on two separate plates...very nice, and we ordered a peppercorn sauce to go with the steak, but it did not need it...it was marvelous. The mash was great also. They had lovely music in the background and they spaced out their patrons so we had a ton of privacy...this is just great business practice!! Anthony's Sunday brunch was a little underwhelming. After booking four months in advance, the Delivery fell flat. The restaurant is beautiful, the servers are fantastic and so attentive. The food well it's very average and in some cases below. Prime rib- either overdone or incredibly fatty Beef Wellington- overdone, the pastry and the mushroom pate do not all stay together, it falls apart when they are cutting it Lamb chops- very tasty, but you need to get them medium rare because once they pass that point, they are tough Lobsters - what you would expect over flavored and dry Crab legs- typical crab legs, sweet when you can get the meat out. They do offer crab crackers, so that helps to save your hands Shrimp- it is the wet kind of almost slimy kind, not that I expected them to have dry jumbo shrimp but I wish they had upgraded it just a little bit Caprese salad- tomatoes were mushy, but the balsamic was quite delicious Deviled eggs- yummy Bagels and lox- bagels were like small hockey pucks. The lox was fresh and delicious. Hot food- I didn't have any, my husband ate a few items and said they were decent nothing fantastic Lobster bisque- for a creamy soup. It was good, but the lobster was very dry and it gave it an awful flavor. Fruit platter- beautiful selection of fresh fruit. The dragon fruit was amazing and so was the watermelon. The strawberries if you got the real ripe ones were so sweet and juicy. Desserts Cake pops- very rich and moist- heavy on the icing Crème brûlée- by far my favorite I could've eaten 10 of those little things Carrot cake- dry, but still good They have tons of desserts to choose from those are the ones that we picked All in all, it wasn't terrible, but it is not something that I would race back to, nor would I wait 4 1/2 months to go back to again. They have a daily happy hour from 5-6 with various BOGO dishes. Good way to try the place for the first time! Service was fantastic at the bar. Very helpful & attentive. We had a couple of HH items and an order of crab cakes. Only thing I wouldn't order again were the crab cakes. They were mostly filler, barely lukewarm and came on top of a cold roasted corn salad. The bartender said the cakes should be hot & did offer to have them remake it but I didn't bother. Don't think it would have made them much better. Love coming here for the Sunday Brunch Buffet. I would definitely recommend making reservations 6+ Months in advance. They get booked out right away and is hard to do walk-ins. We already have our next reservation set at the end of this year and I can honestly say.. definitely worth it. I love the Lobster and the many dessert options they provide. Service is great and lots of parking at the M hotel. It is next to the escalators so definitely not that far either. We sat by the kitchen and it was awesome to watch the workers cook the steak. Our food was was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The steak was tender and the appetizers were delicious. Especially rhe buffalo shrimp. The only negative I saw was cooking seafood and the steak with the same tongs. Before when I checked there was nothing to rsvp online, I even called and they were booked for their brunch until September 2026!! But I somehow got lucky and was able to snag a time! The hostess was very nice when she greeted us and our server was also very kind! As for the restaurant, there's lots of windows where we sat and had lots of natural light. Diane and I ate dinner here for the first time during our recent staycation at the M Resort. We largely liked the experience, although prices were relatively high. Shrimp in our Shrimp Cocktail were meaty if not noticeably sweet. Uncharacteristically, two shrimps were large and two small in size. French Onion Soup and Lobster Bisque were simply excellent. And so was a refreshing inverted Wedge Salad with Bleu Cheese Crumbles and Buttermilk Dressing. Complimentary Cheese Cracker Bread was good but quite hard. Both Pan Seared Sea Bass and Halibut that was grilled and then finished in an oven were very good, accompanied by Cheeddar & Onion Scalloped Potatoes, Parsnips, Peas, and Buttery Mashed Yukon Potatoes. This is my first time here. This is a high end brunch. The restaurant is located in the M Resort. Music is nice too.,I am sampling a lot of items. For my first drink, I'm having a Negroni. This is made with Botanist Gin, Campari and sweet vermouth. That is spot on! It is nicely garnished and tastes perfect! Nor I'm trying the lobster bisque and clam chowder. These are good! This is strictly the brunch service. We had a reservation at 1:15pm. We were taken right away and the service was good. But the food was SO bad. The fact this place is $100 pp is insane. We have had the brunch before at like 11am and it was great. But all of the food was overcooked this time. The Wellington was medium well. The crab was completely saturated with water. The prime rib was dry as a bone. I asked if they had any Wellington that was more like medium rare and they gave me more medium well. I did complain and the chef came out and was very nice. But the excuse was that the wellingtons are prepped in the morning. So while you can get medium rare in the morning, there's no way to get that at 1:15pm. If that is the case? They shouldn't serve it. You should be able to provide consistent food on your brunch buffet when you legit only have it once a week. All of the food was sitting and blah and cold. The dessert was ok and the lamb was good. But I will not be back at this brunch, ever. Which is a shame because I am a local. Consistency is key for food in Vegas. Even after complaining to the server, front hostess, and chef? No reduction in the cost either even when they agreed that the food was subpar. Ridiculous. What a complete waste of money. read more

I wanted to take my wife somewhere special for Valentine's Day, so we dined here last week, Friday night actually. I was apprehensive to come here because we had been here for the brunch before and it was fairly disappointing, for $100 per person all you can eat lobster and we only got one serving and didn't feel like getting anymore. As seafood lovers that's an issue. But I had just watched a Mikey Chen video where he listed Anthony's as one of his top 4 Las Vegas steakhouses. When I watched this segment, he seemed genuinely blown away, so it convinced me and I thought maybe their dinner is way better than the brunch was. But that's 3 times now I've gone to places he's highly recommended and very much disagreed with his perspective on all. I was trying to decide between steak and prime rib, and our server said it's the best prime rib in Vegas, that he's lived there for 17 years and eats it 3 times a week. So as someone who's searched high and low for the best prime rib in Vegas, clearly I had to try it. Unfortunately that was probably the most disappointing dish we ordered. This is not sarcasm or hate, but for a place that has "prime" in their name, this actually was much more like "choice" grade meat. It was lean, not well marbled and actually quite chewy like roast beef. I was expecting some super tender, melt in your mouth, juicy, marbled prime rib. This was far from that and certainly not in the top Vegas locations for prime rib. My wife's sea bass was pretty good I thought, but she thought the sauce was too sweet for her and she barely touched it. I actually thought the lobster dipped in the sauce was a good pairing though. Speaking of the lobster, it was huge and something Mikey Chen said was a must get. So we ordered the Australian lobster for 2 (MP). I didn't look at the price but it must have been over $200 because we didn't have drinks or dessert and our bill came to $400 including tip for just 3 entree's. The lobster was good but it wasn't like... AMAZING. With the sheer size of it, it actually started to get a little old after awhile since there was so much. It was also quite baked on the outside, but the most inner part was raw. It was nice that they cut it, made it easier to eat. But I've had better, but you're talking about someone who's traveled the world and vacationed in Maine just to eat lobsters lol. To pay $400 for this quality of a meal is what's so disappointing. It wasn't the price, but the quality. Had it been exceptional, there would have been no issues, but honestly it wasn't. Valentine's only comes around once a year and there's every great steakhouse in Vegas to choose from and I made the wrong choice. I do a lot of research and don't like to be disappointed but this was a bummer. Honestly my disappointment had me considering 2 stars, but it wasn't like it was bad, just way below expectations while paying top dollar. But for any self respecting "fine" steakhouse, 3 stars should be considered a 2 to them. Food servers were a bit rough, someone dropped a plate behind me with food all over the floor and didn't say anything. When our dishes arrived they knocked the salt and pepper over and didn't pick them back up... little things make a difference, esp fine dining establishments in one of the biggest service industry cities. We got the 9oz black Angus filet mignon with French onion soup, and macaroni & cheese, jumbo asparagus, and cream of corn. Complimentary assorted bread was pretty good. It's not the Vegas Sunday brunch buffet of old, but at least I finally checked one off the bucket list. Anthony's Prime Steak and Seafood is the nightly steakhouse at M Resort Spa Casino, but some may also have heard that they open every Sunday 11:00am-1:30pm for a brunch buffet. Having recently been offered a lot more monthly dining credit than previously, I decided to bite the bullet and go. I was able to make a reservation via their website (through OpenTable) the morning of. There was a line to get in despite closing time drawing near, but when the host finally moved down to me, she immediately took me in and offered me a bar seat. After I ordered a few beverages (all sodas/juices/coffee kinda things pretty much included, but not alcohol), I went to the buffet. I basically did two rounds of savory and one of dessert, and I'll just list what I had and give my thoughts. Deviled Egg: pretty standard but also pretty tasty. Lamb Chop: slightly breaded, which didn't do much, but very tender and relatively low in gamy character. Beef Wellington: a dish which I admittedly still lack experience with, but a delicious version. Beef was tender despite being more medium, crust and mushroom were both tasty, and the accompanying bearnaise sauce (which I borrowed for other items) was creamy and rich. Stone Crab Claw: perhaps not at optimal texture due to freezing, but at least it was easy enough to access the meat. Eggs Benedict: runny yolk and soft whites, with some hollandaise sauce, and not too salty; what more could you want? Lobster Tail and Lobster Bisque: I'm grouping these together because, out of all the foods which I tried, they were the most overtly salt-forward. The lobster tail also got a bit toward the mushy side for some reason. They're the main reason for the downgrade since lobster feels like a cornerstone premium item for this price of buffet. Nigiri: actually not too bad compared to past buffet experiences. Obviously not as great as the a la carte nigiri I just had last night, but both tuna and yellowtail were pretty reasonably flavored and not mushy. Tuna Poke: absolutely drenched with the soy sauce-based marinade, but pretty enjoyable still. Shrimp Cocktail: larger and decidedly fresher texture than the chilled shrimp at my usual buffet of late (the Palms). Reasonable choice for stuffing your face. Snow Crab Legs: also prepared better than the average crab legs where I have buffets, which is important since it's the next most-premium seafood after the lobster fail. The legs were kinda soft though, making the metal cracker tool a bit less than effective. They didn't provide anything else, so I used my metal serrated butter knife to split the large sections open. I was able to remove the meat easily with no sticking at that point. Desserts: Fruit Tart, Raspberry Cheesecake, Opera Cake, Carrot Cake, Raspberry Panna Cotta?, Bread Pudding with Creme Anglaise. Everything was delicious despite how full I was, although the bread pudding was not exciting with just golden raisins as a vivid flavor. Something with caramel or molasses would have been nice. I'm not sure how the usual atmosphere is since they had the TV on (at moderate volume, thankfully) for the NFL playoff game, other than I'm sure they get consistently crowded and fill their big dining room. The bartender said that they vary their last call time by feel, but the savory food live employees and large plates were definitely 86'd about one hour after the official closing (which is when I did my dessert round); definitely go earlier if possible. The brunch buffet at Anthony's at M Resort is a mostly worthy buffet option if you're intent on splurging or have promotional money offers to spend from gambling at M Resort. If you are in that boat, you probably know that the other food options are not great at this casino thus far (pending the upcoming Emeril Lagasse restaurant), so definitely think hard about trying the buffet at least once. Otherwise, despite the premium food items being mostly good here, I do feel like Palms is a better value overall and something in the Bacchanal price tier would be preferable for a splurge buffet. read more

The wife and I checked out Anthony's in the M for dinner on a Saturday night because we were contemplating whether or not to make reservations for their very popular (albeit pricey) Sunday brunch. As a casino property, I like the M's modern look and upscale feel and its obligatory steakhouse, Anthony's, definitely fit right in. We walked up a little after its opening at 5PM to see if we could get a table since we didn't have reservations. We informed the hostess that we were planning to have a full-fledged meal and weren't there for Anthony's daily, 5-6PM, happy hour. That said, the hostess seated us in the lounge, which at first blush seemed perfectly fine. However, it was at this point things started to go off the rails. The hostess seated us with food menus, but not a cocktail or wine list, so when our server came to take our drink order, he had to get us a drink menu. Nothing on the cocktail list caught my eye so I passed on ordering a drink. The drink menu only listed cocktails, no beer or wines. We never received a wine list. As for food, we did take advantage of a couple of the happy hour BOGO apps ordering the Shrimp Cocktail ($24) and the Calamari ($18). We decided to share an order of the 18oz. Creekstone Prime Ribeye ($105) cooked medium-rare and a side of Sautéed Wild Mushrooms ($11). We received four extra-large shrimp that were presented in standard steakhouse fashion. They could've been jumbo shrimp, but regardless, the four shrimp looked overwhelmed by how it was plated. The shrimp cocktail was fine, but for the price, I didn't feel we received good value. I guess its saving grace was that the calamari was "free" as the second half of the BOGO. The calamari was nicely fried, tender without a hint of toughness, rubberiness, or greasiness. However, it ate very bland as the cornmeal batter seemed way under-seasoned. Our steak looked great. It came pre-sliced, which was a good thing because we didn't have steak knives when it arrived at the table. It's also a good thing that it was pre-sliced because I could see how unevenly it was cooked and the questionable quality of this particular steak we received. One half of the steak was practically mooing it was so rare, but the other half was dead-on medium-rare. Yes, I could've sent it back, but I didn't want to risk have the rare pieces coming out mid-rare and the mid-rare pieces coming back hammered. This wasn't my first rodeo with ribeye steaks, so I generally knew what to expect from this cut of meat. The rare side of the cut steak had more intramuscular fat than I expected based on its sourcing, price, and expectations for the kitchen's service standards. Despite it's uneven cook, the ribeye was still quite flavorful and butter knife tender...we truly were able to cut it with a butter knife. It was overpriced for what we received. I've paid the same amount or less for higher quality and better executed steaks at countless other steakhouses around town. The sautéed mushrooms were the food highlights of the night. Service from the two people who primarily touched our table was surprisingly solid especially given what appeared to the casual observer such as me that there wasn't sufficient service staff in the bar/lounge seating area that was at near capacity. Our primary server, Brian, took good care of us, but it was obvious that he had to cover too many tables as well as having to perform other, non-customer tasks, such as making a supply run to pick up more rolls of POS printer paper for the bar leaving tables unattended for a period of time and other diners looking for someone to take their order. Sorry, but in my mind, the manager on duty should've made sure the entire restaurant and staff was good to go prior to service and never should've taken a member of his service staff away from his customers for any amount of time performing tasks the manager could've handled himself. The other server, Manny, was timely and efficient in keeping our water glasses filled and promptly clearing dirty plates from our table. They were both rock stars! I'm not going to mince words. I was more than little disappointed in our overall experience. I didn't feel I received anywhere close to good value. In a town full of amazing steakhouses, average doesn't cut it in my book. I've been trying to snag reservations to the famous Sunday lobster brunch at Anthony's for over a year, and I finally got a table. Was it worth the wait (and the $99 price tag)? No. But was it fun? You bet! Let's get the elephant out of the room right off the bat. The price is ridiculous for what you get. For over $100 per person once you add in tax and gratuity, this brunch objectively just isn't worth it. When you're dropping over a hundred bucks on what's supposed to feel like a luxury Vegas brunch, I feel like they should include at least a couple of glasses of champagne (they don't). I guess I'm still longing for the old days of value buffets which have almost all left the city. We arrived about 30 minutes early for our 12:30 pm reservation, and I'm glad we did because the line to get seated was stretched out the door and down the hall of the casino! The entire process was a confusing mess and frankly, unacceptable. Even with a reservation, they seem to shuffle people around without rhyme or reason. We stood around wondering if we were about to get a table or get forgotten. People with reservations almost 45 minutes before ours were getting seated AFTER us, which is nuts. Once inside, the service was slow and inattentive. You're paying steakhouse prices but between plates it felt like we were basically left to fend for ourselves. Refill requests? Good luck getting that water glass full. Expect the servers to ghost you as they take their sweet time to clear plates and check on you. The food was also disappointing. Many of the dishes were way too salty and kept at improper temperatures. I'd say the majority of items were cheap carbs like potatoes, pasta, and pasta salads, with very few vegetables and higher end items. Some things tasted like they'd been sitting too long, and for the duration of our visit there were empty buffet trays. Again, for the price that is absolutely unacceptable. The fruit and cheese display was nothing short of embarrassing. It looked like something you'd find in a sad office break room, not on a buffet that costs as much as a fancy dinner. I kept waiting for fresh strawberries and melon to show up, but it was like someone forgot that fruit even existed. Most of the fancier options that are supposed to justify the price felt middling at best, Sure there's lobster, large shrimp, Beef Wellington, and snow crab listed on the menu, but execution was inconsistent. One lobster would be perfectly cooked while the next would be mushy or have the texture of rubber. A lot of the more basic items tasted better (and fresher) than some of the pricey stuff. I walked out thinking I could've gotten a better Sunday brunch experience at other spots around town. You know: the places that are friendlier to your wallet and actually serve food that doesn't leave you feeling ripped off from the indifference. Places with a much better atmosphere. Places with attentive service. Anthony's Sunday brunch sounds good on paper, but in reality get ready for slow service, salty food, empty trays, and awkward displays of cheap food that make it not worth the steep price. Nice and elegant! This restaurant is located inside the M Resort. One would definitely want to make a reservation to dine. The service here is top notch. The waiters are very attentive without being overbearing. I dined on Christmas day and the restaurant was packed. They have outside patio seating with heat lamps which was a plus. The food came out pretty swiftly. The only caveat was they ran out of prime rib fairly early but the other options on the menu made up for it. The started out with the French onion soup and it was delicious! I followed the soup up with Halibut with was good as well. My dinner partners fully enjoyed their meals as well. Second Visit - Still Absolutely Incredible! This is my second time attending Sunday brunch at Anthony's Prime Steakhouse at the M Hotel, and I had to write an update because it was just as amazing as the first time. Seafood - 15/10: The seafood is incredibly fresh. We're talking shrimp, snow crab, stone crab, and lobster tail that are juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Absolutely outstanding. Meat Selection - 10/10: This time I tried the prime rib, pork loin, lamb chops, and Beef Wellington. Everything was tender, soft, and perfectly seasoned with beautiful presentation. The flavors were spot-on. Sides - 10/10: The potato scallops au gratin are dangerously delicious. They're incredibly rich and tasty - so good they're actually scary! These alone are worth the visit. I didn't even make it to the salad bar or omelet station because there's just so much variety to choose from. The selection is massive. Desserts - Perfectly Curated: The dessert menu might not be huge, but the variety is excellent and the portions are just right - not too big, not too small. I tried several (skipping things like cheesecake and mousse that aren't my style), and my absolute favorite was the pineapple upside-down cake. The texture and flavor are perfect, not too sweet, just absolutely delicious. I also tried the key lime pie, which I normally love, but it couldn't compete with that pineapple upside-down cake. Dined with the wife on a Saturday night; 7pm reservations. Overall we had a very good meal and were pleasantly surprised at the exceptional service and level of food quality. We were seated promptly at our reservation time in a cute comfy booth. The restaurant is decorated nicely and the volume and lighting levels are good for a romantic night out or a nice conversation. Our server was Fabio and he was very welcoming and attentive. I especially want to commend our busser (unfortunately we didn't get his name) because he was really hustling to keep water glasses full and clearing plates, packaging leftovers etc. all with a smile on his face! We even wanted to tip him separately but couldn't find him before we left. We started with three appetizers - oysters Rockefeller, the lobster bisque and the chopped salad. The oysters were deliciously swimming in a hollandaise sauce which is not your typical preparation but it really worked especially combined with the complimentary fresh bread they provided for the table. The bisque was also great quality with a large piece of lobster in a classic creamy broth. The bread basket also included a cheesy lavosh which was great with the soup and chopped salad. I'd recommend all three. For entrees we shared the prime rib and the roasted chicken. The beef was flavored nicely and I loved the accompanying creamy horseradish sauce. My only very small complaint was that I ordered it medium-rare and I would describe it as more towards the rare side. Still very good. The chicken is a half bird with lovely mushrooms, artichokes and blistered tomatoes. Skin was nice and crispy with a lot of flavor. For sides we ordered the asparagus and the scalloped potatoes. The asparagus was good quality, pretty basic but seasoned well. That's one thing I can commend this restaurant for - the food was all salted properly. Unfortunately when we're dining at local establishments (especially in Henderson/Green Valley) we often find the food to be missing salt as they're afraid to offend the boomers. (Lol) Anyway the potatoes were quite delicious in an unctuous cheese crust. Definitely recommended. For dessert we chose the peanut butter pie as my wife is PBP fanatic. This delicious version really fit the bill and was big enough that we had more than half of it leftover with coffee the next morning. Yum! Dinner for two came to $226.50 before tax and tip which we felt was an exceptional value considering the food quality and service. Wife and I did not know what we wanted for dinner, so we opted to try Anthony's at the M Resort for dinner. The location is in the lobby and is modern, clean and not too loud...which is great when you're looking to have an easy conversation during dinner. We arrived for a 7:30 reservation and were seated immediately. It was busy, but not overwhelmingly busy. Unfortunately, we were sat in a booth right next to the bussing station so there was a lot of server traffic and activity all around us. It was not awful, but had I known that the station was right behind our booth, I may have asked for a different spot to be seated in. We each had an appetizer and shared a wedge salad and entrée. Wife opted for a half dozen of the seasonal oysters, and I had the jumbo shrimp cocktail. Both seafood appetizers were fresh and presented nicely. I particularly enjoyed the generous portion of horseradish in my cocktail sauce. We asked if the wedge was big enough to split and the server acknowledged it was. When they brought it out, the actually split if for us as we did not think to ask. Normally, we would simply pass the salad back and forth. It was a nice touch on their part. The salad was nicely dressed and they include a nice, caramelized thick cut of pork belly on top. For the split salad, they simply cut in half with each of us getting a portion. The bacon was the icing on the cake for a very good wedge salad. For our entrée, we chose the 10-ounce Creekstone Prime Filet Mignon and a side of cheddar and onion scalloped potatoes. We ordered our steak to be prepared medium, but it arrived a little over. It was almost medium well. As this is supposed to be an upper end steakhouse, I would expect them to nail the temperature of the steak. We accepted it as-is as the rest of the meal had gone so well up to that point. The steak was nicely seasoned and had good flavor and was topped with Shishito Peppers which was a nice flavor bump. As expected, it was tender. The presentation was super plain with the steak by itself in the middle of a large white plate. The scalloped potatoes were a surprising hit! They were prepared wonderfully and the cheese to potato ratio was spot on. For about $10, it was a good size portion and the flavors were amazing! If the steak been perfectly cooked, this would have been a 5-star experience. I'd personally give them a try if you're in Henderson or visiting from out of town. We went for Easter Sunday Brunch and it was worth the price! The lobster tails were cooked to perfection! Not rubbery and bland. It was moist and flavorful. It was the best lobster tail I've had at a buffet, and I've had the Palms AYCE, Bacchanal and Wynn. The crab legs were a little watery for me. And the lobster bisque and desserts were memorable. This review is exclusively for the Sunday Lobster Brunch. Food: Absolutely incredible value. I mostly had the lobster tails, beef Wellington, and desserts. I did not indulge in the cold bar or many of the sides as I was focused on getting my moneys worth! Without a doubt this a better, more upscale and better bang for your buck experience than the large more well known and considerably longer line buffets on the strip. The lobster was good quality for what you get in Vegas, and kept coming. I had 10 tails total and the butter alongside them was fantastic. The Wellington was cooked well And paired well with the bernaise. Every desert was very well executed and had a premium taste. No filler'! Service was on point. Lots of hype for this Sunday brunch buffet on social media, so I was a bit skeptical. Yet, it exceeded expectations. Everything was so fresh and delicious. Snow crab, shrimp, beef Wellington were all great, though the lamb chops and lobster tails were beyond great. I did not expect this quality given other buffets. Definitely worth the trip here vs settling for the Wynn or Bacchanal. It's also a beautiful room with floor to ceiling windows and the service was outstanding. I really can't say enough. The Sunday Brunch AYCE Lobster buffet is hands down the best AYCE buffet in Las Vegas. It might not have largest variety of food selections, but the kitchen is delivering top notch food. The lobster was not the only star. The prime rib was cooked perfectly and snow grab fresh/sweet. These were so good. I could go on with other delicious food I ate but it would take hours to complete this review. The other star is the service. One of the best service that I ever experienced. They are basically at your table waiting to serve you immediately. Only missing is the white glove. Another star of the show is the actual restaurant. The theme is a mix of modern, not so high class look which I dig. Very clean and spotless. Definitely coming back. Phenomenol. We were in Vegas June 26th-30th for a 4 day family trip and this was the best buffet. We went to the Wynn for a dinner buffet on a Monday night and this place beat the pants off of them. For $20 more than the Wynn we had ayce lobster tails, better prime rib, beef wellington, bigger shrimp cocktail, dungeness crab, lamb chops, sushi, just about as big of a selection as the Wynn overall but waaaay better quality and restaurant quality ayce lobster tails. I've done my research and now have some experience and, yeah, it's the best buffet in Vegas. Good service as well. Better ambiance. Two weeks ago, my husband took me to Anthony's Prime Rib and Seafood at the M Hotel Casino for my birthday. We had been looking forward to trying the seafood buffet for a long time, so this visit was meant to be special. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Some of the food quality did not meet expectations--the shrimp was cold and hard, tasting as if it had been pre-frozen or sitting out too long. The snow crab legs were extremely thin and soft, so we chose not to eat them. The lobster and some other items were good, but overall it was inconsistent. What truly ruined the evening, however, was the service. While I was seated and eating my second plate, a waiter began clearing a nearby table and shook the tablecloth directly toward our table. This was extremely unsanitary and very unpleasant. We both looked at him in shock, and although he apologized, he continued his task. A few minutes later, my husband informed another staff member, as we were both very upset. At that point, I had lost my appetite and could not continue my meal. We ended up leaving early, and I was unable to enjoy what was meant to be my birthday dinner. All the rave! Well, this restaurant came highly recommended previously it was an established I wanted to visit. Oh, we are out celebrating Valentine's different so we opted for the popular vote and the guarantee that's right two days of Allen celebration:) If you've never gone to the M it's a little out of the way, but I think everyone should be intentional to to visit it at least once it's off the strip. It is home for the Las Vegas Raiders and they do host some good concerts here as well as a bakery. I believe there is a wine teller and a spa you should go.. Anthony's wasn't very crowded. Long story short I left with just a three for my rating because although the steak was tender, it lacked flavor I'm not a sauce person or a chimichurri, and in order to have the full experience of this steak, the Serrano peppers you would need to eat and they can be surprisingly hot. I don't want to take that risk for my steak so for that reason, I did not eat the peppers.. we did order duck egg rolls. The duck was dry and the sauce and the slaw around. It was very vinegar.. the oyster Rockefeller lacked a punch like what my experience has been in other restaurants. We also had a glass of wine and my husband had a crème brûlée and those two were what they needed to be. The ambience was quiet though, but a few few people were seated when we came in at eight, but by the time we left, there was maybe one or two couples on the other side.. the waiter or should I say weight staff was average...
