Service and food still very good especially for the price. Cocktails are $9. $29-$32 for the prime ribs we got. Restaurant was still quiet, dark, and perfect. Our servers were fab. We felt a little rushed, but otherwise it's still one of the best bangs for your buck.

We'd heard great things about this steakhouse, so a group of friends and I decided to check it out after a bingo night. The staff is amazing; they hustle, they're attentive, and they genuinely make sure you have a great time. The food was solid, good across the board, though not quite jaw-dropping. The standout for me was the BBQ mac & cheese, which alone would bring me back. Pricing is also refreshingly reasonable for a steakhouse which we all know it's a rare find these days. The atmosphere really seals the deal: dimmed lighting, cozy and romantic without being stuffy, and a noise level that actually lets you hold a conversation. Overall, a really enjoyable night out.

We came for Mother's Day this year after we hadn't been in a while and I'm so glad we did! Everything was amazing! The prime rib was so tender and I loved the giant shrimp on the shrimp cocktail. The servers were attentive and speedy but never overbearing. We had a very nice dinner and the price was fantastic at $45 per person for the holiday menu. I'd definitely recommend!

Primarily Prime Rib is a solid choice if you're looking for prime rib. It's located inside the South Point Hotel on the second floor. It's a busy restaurant so you should make reservations. We were seated at a nice booth with a view of the entire restaurant. Our server greeted us right away and informed us of an off menu special and the soup of the night. I like how the prime rib dinner included a side choice and a soup or salad to start. We ordered the crab cakes appetizer, the blackened Cajun style prime rib, a cowboy cut, soup, salad, a baked potato, and mashed potatoes. For dessert, we had the crème brûlée. Everything was delicious. The service is excellent. The price point is exceptional for what you receive.

This place is inside the south point hotel and Casino closes by the Coronado cafe. We celebrated my work promotion. The staff was attentive and they asking if we have allergies to seafood or nuts. I like all food that we ordered because of that we didnt have a chance to try there dessert. Definitely will back here. I believe you can use complimentary food credit from South Point hotel a s Casino

We were staying at South Point and wanted a nice meal for Easter. The prie fixe menu for Easter. The service was amazing and the food was excellent. Hubby got the prime rib and I got the salmon. We cleaned our plates. The ambiance and decor or beautiful. It's like dining in n old Las Vegas where service is key. We will definitely return.

What's Not to Love! Ambiance is plush and comfortable, lighting is dim and music is set at a perfect volume. Booth or table? The seating is Intimate and classy. Service is classic and elegant! Table side salads and also Baked Potato stuffed at your table too! Prime Rib is what they do here, to perfection! Every time! The prices are very moderate for a Vegas Casino but this is a locals spot so that explains that! Mellas was a fantastic server, never rushed us nor left us feeling like things were Lingering! All in all a perfect Date Night Location!

Celebrated Marty's 85th birthday with friends. Food is really tasty. Price really reasonable. Service just lovely. We had fun and he got a sundae with a candle so we all sang happy birthday. Prime rib is most generous and cooked just how you like it. We had the valentines special. What a deal. A bottle of wine came with it. Best deal for a holiday and birthday.

I ordered the "Rodeo" Prime Rib Cut ($42.95 - 16oz - Medium Rare). It's perhaps one of the best Prime Ribs that I'd ever eaten. With each bite, happiness pummeled hard into me. Its tender meat is thick; its fat drips easily apart; and its aftertaste is simply clean, savory beef. I bit into juicy perfection. Primarily Prime Rib (located in the South Point Casino) offers absurdly delicious Prime Rib with very competitive prices. In addition, it's very easy to book reservations; there were many open time slots when booking for the following day. I visited Primarily Prime Rib (Las Vegas) on a Saturday (around 6:20PM). Staff is very professional, efficient, and hardworking. Although they lack that well-rehearsed & graceful charm, staff shows an appealing scrappiness and eagerness to serve & perform well. Our Server's Assistant (Yaima) is attentive, diligent, and helpful. Yaima quickly filled our drinks & assisted whenever possible. Our primary Server (Charles) is also focused, diligent, and quick. Charles gave wonderful recommendations; Charles moved quickly; and Charles was curt and professional. I especially loved how Charles left a complimentary chocolate mint when our dinner had concluded. I ordered the "Rodeo Cut" ($42.95) and Pink Lemonade ($4.45). With the "Rodeo Cut," I selected the Cup of Soup (Chicken Cacciatore Soup) and Mashed Potatoes. My beverage arrived quickly. The complimentary bread and butter also arrived quickly. The soup arrived in six minutes and seven seconds. The Prime Rib (16oz - Medium Rare) & Mashed Potatoes arrived within 22 minutes and 50 seconds. Our server (Charles) also provided fresh & creamy horseradish. Quick service! As mentioned prior, the food is phenomenal. Honestly, I'd been skeptical since the prices were competitive, yet I'm utterly amazed how it did not negatively impact the food's upscale quality. The weakest part of the meal was the dry complimentary bread, but that's easily avoided with slathering butter. The Cup of Soup (Chicken Cacciatore Soup) arrived hot with diced vegetables and chicken. It's very flavorful and cooked very well. Its vegetables had a lovely soft texture; the chicken is tender and tasty; and its sliced mushrooms are plump. I especially appreciated how this soup tasted freshly prepared; it deftly avoids that canned saltiness. The Mashed Potatoes also arrived hot, thick, and delicious; it tasted like freshly mashed tender potatoes. Most importantly, the "Rodeo Cut" Prime Rib is generously sliced and humongous. Every bite felt satisfying. The Prime Rib is juicy, and it breaks firmly apart as your teeth effortlessly slice through it. It's quality meat that's cooked thoughtfully and passionately. Bravo to the chefs! Bravo!!! Concerning ambiance, Primarily Prime Rib feels dated. The floors, walls, and decor are very busy; its colors remind me of a salesman that's wearing a bright red suit and khaki pants. Despite that, Primarily Prime Rib is very clean, well-ventilated, and comfortable. The interior felt very fresh and well-maintained. Primarily Prime Rib appears clunky as staff uses wheeled-carts to move around food, materials, or dirty dishes; however, Primarily Prime Rib functions efficiently and smoothly. Regarding volume level, the main sounds were the many customers' chatter. There's some very faint instrumental/jazz music, but it's almost inaudible. Thankfully, the location is not echoey, so the chatter doesn't detract from the dining experience. In addition, the dress code ranges from casual (ex: people wearing baseball caps, t-shirt, and Hawaiian shirts) to business casual. Mostly, I saw happy customers (from all parts of life) feasting on large plates of Prime Rib. Overall, Primarily Prime Rib (located in the South Point Casino) has quickly become my must-visit location whenever traveling to Las Vegas. The prices are very affordable; the staff is very hardworking; and the food is memorable & satisfying. I absolutely adore Prime Rib, and I will happily admit that this location offers one of the best. 5 out of 5. GO!!!

Another wonderful meal at Primarily Prime Rib. After a rather taxing search for a parking spot in the structure, we arrived about 30 minutes before our reservation. Fortunately, they open at 4 and weren't very busy so we were seated early. This worked out great since my son had tickets to see Penn & Teller at the Rio and this allowed for a more relaxed meal before he had to return to his hotel to meet his friends. This was my 3rd visit to PPR but the first time we were able to bring the kids. My son had flown in for a video game competition at the convention center so we planned my birthday dinner a few weeks early when everyone could be there. Our server Stephanie was extremely helpful and very funny as well. Good food and friendly service makes for a great experience. My son and I were rather hungry so we ordered the Rodeo cut prime rib which is a generous 16 ounces. My wife and daughter ordered the smaller South Point cut. We did consider going to Lawry's instead but for the difference in price and the quality of the meat, I figured I'd save my kids some money for a perfectly good prime rib dinner. We did give in to temptation and ordered some dessert to share. Tonight's cheesecake was a German Chocolate Cheesecake which was quite good but I could live without the shredded coconut, the crème brûlée with berries, and my selection, the hot apple Brown Bettie which is sliced pieces of baked cinnamon apple covered with sugar crumble and peanut butter crunch topped with vanilla bean ice cream. That's what I'm talking about. So 4 prime rib dinners, a side of creamed corn, 3 desserts, and 2 cocktails for $188 was quite reasonable. It may not be the most glamorous steak house in Vegas but it's homey and the staff do their best to cater to your needs with a positive attitude. The type of establishment I like to frequent.

First time at this place and would definitely go there again. Their New England clam chowder was really good best I've had yet. The prime rib was cooked to perfection. Our server was polite and got our order correct. The restaurant was well lit and was very clean.

While that wasn't our preferred seating location, the overwhelmingly positive reviews had us excited for the meal regardless. Unfortunately, our first impression wasn't great. The host at check-in was noticeably less than pleasant. In fact, we overheard a couple of other diners commenting on the same thing. She seemed as though she didn't want to be there and that guests were more of an annoyance than a welcome part of her evening. As for the food, it was a mixed experience. The goat cheese appetizer had delicious flavor, but it had clearly been sitting under a warmer for some time. The inside was only lukewarm, while the exterior had developed a hardened shell. The sourdough bread and butter were fantastic, the chopped wedge salad was outstanding, and the scampi was absolutely excellent. The biggest disappointment came with the main course. We ordered the bone in filet, and it arrived cold--actually cold in the center--with a very hard exterior. Our waitress was extremely busy, so it took some time before we could flag down a busser and request a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement steak took quite a while to arrive. By then, we were already full from the appetizers and sides. We sampled it anyway, and while it was an improvement temperature-wise, it was ultimately mediocre and not memorable. Overall, the experience was disappointing, particularly given the restaurant's stellar reputation. That said, I genuinely suspect this may have been an off night. The reviews are consistently excellent, and a friend who works for MGM highly recommended it to us--and she's rarely wrong. Based on the quality of some of the dishes we did enjoy, I'd be willing to give it another chance for apps and cocktails only.

Me and my friend came here on a whim because she's from Brooklyn but never went to peter luger in her whole entire life. I've been once back in 2022, food was great and I enjoyed it. I saw an opening and they were offering essentially a 4 course meal for $50. The Power Lunch special or something like that, you pick 3 things and they throw in a nice dessert. It's actually a lot of food for $50 ngl So we got assigned this one server, his name was John, very cool guy, very chill, very attentive and knew his stuff (very knowledgeable guy). So we order, he comes and checks on us every once in awhile, we're eating, food is good, experience overall is 9/10, but once everything comes out, you can watch the video i attached, he was just a very outstanding person overall and is the whole reason I decided to leave this review. I don't wanna say everything because I don't want you to come here expecting the same experience and I don't want to spoil anything, but let's just say both me and my friend thought that he was absolutely the best server we've ever had in our entire life. Bro is actually the most genuine person we've ever met, and you're probably like, HES IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY THATS HIS JOB TO BE NICE TO YOU, but no, I genuinely disagree. There's nice and chill servers and there's mean servers that'll be rude and just straight up give bad service, and there's this guy, bro is literally an angel from heaven sent down to just have good vibes man. When my friend and I paid for the bill and left, I was genuinely kinda sad because bro was like family to me at this point, but let's just say the story isn't over just yet. When you decide to come here, and you get blessed with John as your server, I'm like 100% sure he'll take care of you unlike any server has ever taken care of you. That basically sums up my experience. some other notes: the ambiance is nice, it has it's own restroom so you don't need to go wandering out of the restaurant looking for a restroom, the bar looks fancy, they probably make good drinks (i just couldn't drink, I had a 4 hour drive ahead of me). The Power Lunch for $50 is from 10:00am-3:30 I believe... and it was so much food, like enough for 2. It costs more if you get the steak, but that's what you're here for!!

It also had yummy bits of braised beef in it. My friends had the split pea soup (no cream) and fritto misto which they seemed to like. We all shared the tomahawk steak and sides of sautéed mushrooms and truffle fries. That steak was incredible and so tender. It was cooked to medium perfection and had charred fat. (See video). It came with the crunchiest roasted potatoes. The best part was the crunch bits on the cutting board. The sides were tasty as well and I forgot to mention the bread served once you're seated. It's super soft and the butter is nicely whipped. For cocktails, I really enjoyed the Off the Rails Old Fashioned which you create via a dice game. That was real fun and the drink packs a nice punch.
