The makeover which occurred a few years ago is very nice and the live music is hard to hear because the restaurant is loud. I was a patron for years and enjoyed the complimentary muscles and salad which are both gone. The food is very good and expect to have some for the next day. Rui was our server and very friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes. The service from him was very good and he was very pleasant to deal with. Parking is $8 and all in all the veal dish was good, the fish dish was very good and the pasta with cauliflower was not as good as I remember but good. The highlight of the evening was the artichoke which was delicious. The cheese cake was as good as I have had in any Italian restaurant. The escarole and beans were wonderful. All good but a little disappointing compared to the Anthony's of the past.

I came here to celebrate my besties birthday and it was the perfect place with really great food! The vibe is a mix of old school Italian with speakeasy vibes near the back and the bar area. It's a very cool space and I recommend walking around to see the different areas. The bar is a nice place to spend some time before or after your meal and they also have live music in the main back area. We started with the tableside Caesar which of course you can never go wrong with. The escarole and white beans were one of my favorite dishes of the night. They were creamy but the escarole still had a great crunch. The sauce was salty (in a good way) and flavorful and really pulled everything together. Every dish is ginormous, so I highly recommend eating family style and sharing everything. The Sunday feast dish was fun to get because you got to try all of their meats including the sausage, braciole, pork rib, and the meatballs, which were very good. It also comes with rigatoni, which I was very pleasantly surprised that it was cooked to al dente perfection. The star of the night was the vodka chicken parm - it was so big!! But full of flavor and absolutely a bombshell. I want to go back just to try that dish again. We finished the meal with a celebratory cannoli which was filled with a fresh filling that was not too sweet and everyone enjoyed it. The server was very attentive and was helpful with helping us choose what we should order for our large group. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I'm glad we were able to come here to celebrate my friend's birthday.

This place is amazing! It's a bit pricey, but worth every cent--especially for a special occasion. If you're looking for an authentic Italian meal, this is definitely the place to go. Seth, our waiter, was an absolute gem, professional, welcoming, friendly, and very attentive. He was always present without being overbearing and gave great recommendations. When we were about to order two chicken parmigiana dishes, he insisted one would be enough to share and he was absolutely right! The atmosphere felt like stepping into the Frank Sinatra era dim lighting, music playing in the background, and a classic, elegant vibe. I truly enjoyed celebrating my husband's 50th birthday here. Highly recommend!

Overall, this restaurant is good, but nothing special for the price tag. When you are seated, you are served a delicious basket of bread to start. For appetizers, we had the Caesar salad, which is prepared tableside with delicious croutons. Four entrées, we had chicken Parm, penne la vodka ($48), and veal marsala, which is not on the menu. I like how they include peas in their dishes. The dimly lit ambiance, accompanied by live music, creates a warm atmosphere. While the menu offers a variety of dishes, the prices are quite steep. The cheapest bottle of wine is priced at $100, and the old-fashioned costs $24. Despite the attentive servers and delicious food, I find the overall experience a bit pricey. Personally, I prefer the charm and affordability of a hole-in-the-wall Italian restaurant.

Great place to celebrate with a big group! I would recommend getting a bunch of friends together so you can all share and try as many dishes as possible. The beans and escarole appetizer was seasoned really well and of course the chicken parm was a go to. The food came out quickly but was still fresh and the cannoli at the end was crispy and not soggy. The service mimicked the ambiance with strong supper club vibes and attentiveness.

My oh my, that meal experience was fabulous. From the almost mandatory valet to the flaming sparkler desserts, this is fine dining with a very friendly, family feel. This place is great for a special occasion because the service is outstanding. We had a reservation but arrived early to enjoy the full experience from bar to table. The ladies behind the bar were dressed like flight attendants. The bar area is beautiful and you could eat your meal there too. Our table was in the main dining room which could be rather loud but because everyone was busy eating and quietly talking, it seemed pretty quiet. Our server (Rui) was simply the best. Definitely 5 star service! Not only did he advise us on their best dishes, he table served us and boxed up our many leftovers because we ordered too much food. We started with the Meatball appetizer and the Arancini but since we were a party of four, he also was able to accommodate us with an extra arancini since there is only three to an order and they are golfball sized. The Classic Meatball is a great sharing appetizer or a meal for a person on Keto. (Two giant meatballs). For our entrées, we ordered the Branzino for two. Really the best fish I have EVER had. The Zuppa Di Pesce Fra-Diavolo was also loaded with plenty of calamari, clams, shrimp, mussels, and a whole lobster tail which thankfully Rui was able to properly divide up that huge dish. Then we ordered a side of the Spicy Pasta Marinera to go with the oversized Chicken "vodka" Parmesan. It was way too much food for four people but we truly got the perfect food experience at Anthony's Runway 84.

Sides - potatoes and pepper are good and feel breakfast potatoes! Spicy Rigatoni was another tables favorite Branzino was a real MVP on the plate, crispy skins was perfect and juicy fish Live music during Dinner is special and the energy while eating makes this experience neat level. Team serving was organized and guided our dinner perfectly

Went to Anthony's Runway 84 the other night for the first time and had an alright experience. We had a reservation for the dining room and were seated in a corner, so we couldn't see the stage from our table. At first, we were a little annoyed and were told we'd have to wait another 30 minutes if we wanted to switch tables. In the end, it wasn't too bad because it made it easier to hear each other. The bread that was served was really good. We ordered the mussels as an appetizer, and they were good overall. Most of the mussels were small, but the spice level was perfect and the sauce itself was great. We shared the chicken parm, which was pretty good and very filling. The breading was excellent, and the meat was tender. We also tried the ricotta cheesecake for the first time, and it was really damn good, would definitely order that again. Overall, the experience was okay. The waitress was really nice and helpful and answered all of our questions. I'd say the price didn't necessarily match the value or the experience we had. I've spent less on better-tasting food, and I don't think I need to go again.

From valet to dessert, everything was exceptional. We grabbed a drink at the bar before our reservation, and both bartenders were sweet, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We tried two of their tequila-based signature cocktails and both were beautifully made. The Christmas decorations were absolutely stunning--every detail in this restaurant felt intentional. From the moment you walk in, it feels like stepping into a completely different place and time. The music was perfect too--great old tunes that really set the mood. We had to make a 3:00 pm reservation since dinner was fully booked, but it honestly worked out perfectly. We got to experience the tail end of the lunch crowd and then watched the lights dim as we were leaving and the dinner guests began arriving. It really highlighted the upscale, timeless vibe. I was bummed to miss the live music, but that just gives me a reason to come back. Our server, Seth, truly elevated the experience. He walked through the menu with us, was very honest, and never tried to oversell or steer us in the wrong direction--which I really appreciated. For appetizers, we had the tableside Caesar and calamari, both fresh and well executed. For entrées, we shared the bolognese, chicken vodka pasta, and beef braciole--every single dish was excellent. Bonus tip: ask for an extra side of sauce, it's such a nice touch. Seth sliced and served everything tableside, which added to the experience, and plates and utensils were changed between courses--another detail that didn't go unnoticed. Great service like this is becoming more and more rare, and that's what made this place feel so special. It truly had a classic, old-school elegance. For dessert, we shared the traditional cannoli and tiramisu. Both were delightful, but the cannoli was the clear winner. I can't wait to come back.

Food is amazing and the service is so friendly! I thought it would be stuffy and judgmental, but the server was genuinely friendly and accommodating. Did not try to get us to buy more, in fact told us that portions were huge and easily shared. Better to share to get appetizer, salad, entree, and dessert, in my opinion.

I don't throw around five stars lightly, but Anthony's Runway 84 earns every one of them. We kicked things off with the carpaccio, beautifully prepared, clean, balanced, and full of flavor. For entrées, the chicken vodka parm was rich and comforting without being heavy, and the cacio e pepe was executed exactly how it should be, simple, bold, and perfectly textured. Save room for dessert. The pistachio cannoli was out of this world, easily one of the best I've had, memorable in the best way. The ambiance is classic Italian, vibrant, energetic, and full of life. One small note: I do wish there was an option for a slightly quieter room, this could elevate the experience for those wanting a bit more intentional or private experience, but it didn't detract from the overall experience. Service was outstanding. Christian was the best, attentive, personable, and on point all night. Bottom line: this is the spot for Italian food. If you're going, go hungry and go happy.

I recently visited Anthony's Runway for my husband's birthday on a Thursday night, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The ambiance gives a luxurious, mafia-exclusive atmosphere. It was warm, dark, beautifully decorated, and perfect for a special night out. The drinks were on point, the food was excellent, and everything was seasoned perfectly. The standout dish for us was the rigatoni! absolutely delicious. Portions are generous and meant to be shared. If you're going on a date, ordering two dishes is more than enough, and for a group of three or four, three main entrées will easily do the job. They also had live music, and our waiter was phenomenal. The overall experience was unforgettable. My husband and I will definitely be back--this has officially become our favorite spot.

Is there a corkage fee? And happy hour?

There isn't a bad seat in the restaurant. We enjoyed sitting in the entry way dining room as it wasn't as loud as the main area. Their website lists the days & times for live music: https://www.runway84.com. Enjoy!

    Is there self parking?

They offer valet. I'm sure you could park yourself if you really wanted to.

What hotels are near runway 84?

There is an ALoft by Marriott just a few blocks up the street. It was nice and clean.

What is the Cypress Room? We tried for the dining room, but only could get the Cypress. Should we bother going if it's that room is separate and not a vibe?

The Cypress Room is a dining area to the left of where you first enter; festive but in my opinion not really a vibe especially compared to the dining room or even the bar. The food is fantastic nonetheless so you won't be disappointed there but I… Read more

It's very noisy in the main dining room

Was going to make a reservation online & I had the choice of the dining room & the Cyprus room. What's the difference?

We ate in the main dining room where the entertainment is. It's like walking into the movie, Goodfellas, and sit in one of those luxurious big booths. Have a great time!!

What is the policy on bringing your own wine?

You can bring your own wine John but I can't remember Whst thd corkage fee is

Can you eat at the bar?

    Yes!

Where can i find a menu with prices? The one on their website doesn't list them and I'd like to have a head's up before reserving.

U can't. I tried too. The best thing to do is go in there and look at the menu if u can. It's pricy. Enjoy

Does Runway 84 do takeout/pick up orders?

    I believe yes

Is there live music every night and what time does it start?

Can kids go if dining earlier-say before 8pm?

There were kids there I would recommend really early as it gets really loud and busy

Do they still offer the cold seafood salad? (God I hope so!)

I don't recall seeing it on the menu last night.

Do they still offer mussels as an appetizer without charging?

    Unfortunately, no.

With the renovation, will you still have Meatballs and Martinis on Thursday evenings?

    What is the dress code?

Business casual or better. Some people are very dressed, others somewhat casual.

What is in the olive oil that is served with the bread? It is amazing -cheese? Seasoning?

How pricey is it? Looking for a place for 11 people and don'twant to spend too much. What's the average price for chic parm?

I just double checked and in the photos there are pictures of the menu with prices. The average dish here is about $26 and up.

Parking was conveniently located right in front of the restaurant, making it an easy stop. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted and invited to sit wherever we liked. We chose a table near the window and immediately appreciated the intimate and charming atmosphere. The restaurant also features a bar and televisions, creating a relaxed and welcoming vibe. Our waitress was pleasant, attentive, and made us feel right at home, which always enhances the dining experience. Although we weren't extremely hungry, the menu had so many appealing options that we decided to sample a few items. We started with the Caribbean Tea shots, which were unique, refreshing, and surprisingly enjoyable. For drinks, we ordered a Malbec and a Peanut Butter Old Fashioned. Our first entrée was the Churrasco Frites, featuring marinated skirt steak topped with chimichurri and served with twister fries. The steak was cooked perfectly, tender and flavorful, but those fries were the true star of the dish. Still wanting more, we ordered the Garlic Parmesan Twice Cooked Wings. They were nicely prepared and satisfying, though I would have enjoyed a stronger garlic flavor. Not quite finished, we moved on to the Oaxaca Burger, an 8 ounce burger stacked with onion rings, bacon jam, house BBQ sauce, and Oaxaca cheese. This was one of the best burgers I've ever had, and possibly the best. The bun was toasted yet soft, the burger was seasoned perfectly, and it was cooked to a juicy medium temperature. Every bite was packed with flavor. Overall, everything we ordered was excellent, and the service and atmosphere made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning.

The bar and restaurant itself has a welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. I ordered the tuna appetizer, but unfortunately it just wasn't for me. To their credit, the staff handled it very professionally and took it back without any issue, which I appreciated. The rest of the table had a much better experience with their meals. The steak and salads especially got good reviews from everyone and looked very well prepared. Even though my dish missed the mark, the service and atmosphere were solid enough that I'd still consider giving eTwic another try in the future. Sometimes one item just doesn't hit, and there were definitely enough positives about the restaurant to make me curious to come back and try something different next time. It is rare to find service that is this professional yet genuinely warm. The Food Everything we tasted was outstanding, cementing its place as one of the best steakhouses in Miami. We started with the sourdough bread and the tuna tartare which had a perfect spicy touch that woke up the palate. For the main event, the Tomahawk 23oz (perfect for a couple) was a revelation. It was cooked to perfection incredibly juicy with a smoky, slightly crispy exterior. The combination of the volcano salt and their signature tomato sauce on the side elevated the flavor to another level. The sides did not disappoint, either: Lobster Mac and Cheese: Hands down the best I've ever had. Baked Potato: Soft, cheesy, and the ultimate comfort food. Salad: Fresh and a nice accompaniment, though the steak and sides are the true stars. The Grand Finale We ended the night with the chocolate cake. We definitely received the All-Star treatment from the moment we entered. The bartender greeted us as the hostess welcomed us and wished us a happy anniversary. She led us to a booth and gave us a happy anniversary sign for our table along with a single rose and some table confetti. The little sign was so cute because every employee who walked by from the bus boys to the bartender wished us a happy anniversary. We started out with some cocktails. I had an Aperol Spritz , and my husband had an old-fashioned. He was super impressed with the huge selection of bourbons and whiskeys at the bar. Our server, Camila, told us about the "Sunday Steakboard" special where you could share a Porterhouse for $98. It also came with two salads. I wasn't really sure what a Porterhouse was, and Camila explained that it was a fillet and a strip steak all in one, but the bone is removed and it was served sliced. We decided to order that, and she said that we could change our salad choices because I did not want the Caesar, so I ordered a regular house salad. After we placed our orders; we were presented with some warm sourdough bread and artisan butters. The bread was yummy; but we wanted to save room for our meals. Next we were served the salads. They were fairly large and very fresh. The steak was definitely the star of the show though! It was sliced and seasoned to perfection! The filet pieces and the strip pieces were all delicious, they were super tender! We ordered the Fleming's potatoes, $19, to accompany our steak. The potatoes were served hot and bubbly in a little metal serving dish. They were awesome too and very cheesy! Everything was so delicious; but of course we had to order a dessert for our anniversary. We decided on the chocolate lava cake, $19. It takes a little longer to prepare , but it's so worth it! It was rich, warm, and gooey; plus it was served with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream and some fresh berries. We enjoyed everything about Fleming's Prime Steakhouse. The decor is elegant and there are many booths for an intimate dining experience. The service team was impeccable and Camila anticipated our every need. It's kind of expensive to add to our regular restaurant rotation; but we noticed that they have a great weekday happy hour; so we plan to come back and check that out soon.
