If you order online like we do, you better include a tip because I did a little experiment when I tipped them on the app. My food actually was almost cooked as requested. If you don't tip, they will not follow your instructions like when I ask for something well done when we pick it up it is nearly raw. Unfortunately this place has a horrible customer service .long story short we try to pay for our food with cash after it was delivered cold and about 1 hour late but the issue was the driver was trying to tell us he only had 20$ for change.. call the place to pay over the phone but this guy on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional blaming us for the situation. The food here was delicious, even though you had to wait a while for the pizzas to cook, it's worth it, the amount of people here is very little but that's just because it's not really known around Fox Lake. Overall it's a pretty good place but just need some better seating. read more

I've recently tried the pizza shop in Antioch and had their breakfast pizza which was absolutely phenomenal. We tried the Fox Lake location as they are closer to the Wauconda area. We ordered the pizza on a game night. It was a large pan pizza so we had figured it would take at least over an hour to get done. The pizza was done extremely quick with about 30 minutes, however, two issues I had was number one the price it was $40 for a large pan pizza which is extremely expensive upon picking up the pizza and after about a 10 minute car ride upon opening the pizza box there were tremendous amount of grease and liquid floating on top of the cheese, which was very unappetizing. Will give them another shot, however will steal away from the pan pizza knowing that their pizzas might be frozen prior if there's this much liquid on top after a 10 minute car ride . read more

Horrible experience, they don't post prices because they plan on committing fraud IMO.. The girl at the register told me the extra 22% on my bill was sales tax while Illinois sales tax is 6.25 % You can say it's poor training but tax fraud and padding bills is not a good look! Turns out they were charging for condiments that she just told me were included so add dishonesty to the list. If you wanna get screwed go to these guys and don't ask questions! Had a pizza from here and very displeased. Besides being cold (felt like it was made yesterday & served to me). I think they put 10 pieces of sausage on a large pizza; I think it was search find. Picking up the item was a try of patience. Was ordered on line, I was given a time to be ready but when I went inside to pick up the order the girl on the phone is in conference for quite some time went around to pick up at drive through, 4 cars waiting. All in all it took over 12 minutes to get the order at the drive through. Word to wise, you're better off getting the pizza at Thornton's. read more

We ordered carry out and the pizza wasn't too bad. If you like your pizza well done then this is the spot for you based on my experience. It walked that fine line between well done and tasting burnt. The sauce was a little on the sweeter side and they were light on the cheese. Everyone has their own preferences so I'm keeping my feedback mostly generic. read more

The four stars I give is because I like their pizza they also have a lunch special two slices and a drink for like six bucks incredibly cheap and it's good pizza. Today I have their Italian beef for the first time they were running a special buy one get one. I had one with mozzarella cheese and one without. The sandwich was really good, but let's be honest, it's a very good French dip. Let's not call call it an Italian beef sandwich because it doesn't hit the mark for that. Disappointing. The shop itself was nicely decorated and the cashier was friendly, but the pizza itself was very forgettable. Extremely oily, messy, and tasteless, with a very poor cheese to crust ratio. So much greasy, dripping cheese loaded onto a "thick crust" (almost nonexistent) that it was impossible to pick up any of the inner slices without everything sliding off into a big pile in the box (they square cut it without asking, which sucks because we enjoy the crust). I was once a HUGE fan of Antioch Pizza but no more. The last 3 pizzas have been bad. Burned crusts, bad distribution of ingredients and poor quality. The worst was a pan pizza we ordered on Friday. If you like double decker pizza, this is the place!! We decided to give this Antioch Pizza location a try and were highly impressed! We ordered a double decker with half mushroom half pepperoni and it was one of the best double decker pizzas we've ever had! We also got an order of breaded mushrooms and they didn't last long enough to even get a photo.
