I've written a review when I initially moved into Bridgehead Self Storage. And here I am, years…read morelater, and the only way my review of this facility can change is for the better. If I could rate them with 10 stars I would. Minnie, Sal and now Linda are just the beginning as to why I still use the facility and why I HIGHLY recommend it. When you pull up to the gate, the facility does well to hide the expansiveness of its true size. In the years that we have rented there, at no time have we ever found it to be dirty or unkept. Rarely, and I mean VERY RARELY, have I ever seen even leaves that may blow around on a high wind day. There is never even dust on the ground even though the back lot is made of rock and dirt! The restroom is always stocked with hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels along with being clean at all times. Whenever I am there at night, regardless of the fact that my unit is in the back and rarely do I see another tenant near me, I always feel safe. At night, there is a security guard who drives the entire facility. And on a personal level, we have, on multiple occasions, fallen behind on our bill. Our unit could have been auctioned off each time. However, Minnie spoke to the owner on our behalf ensuring our payment. (Which we have obviously taken care of each time) The monthly rate not only is less than what we previously paid, but the unit itself is larger than our previous one. If you need a storage unit, and you want quality customer service, look no further. Bridgehead Self Storage is THE place! Thank you Minnie and Sal and my "little Linda" for simply being the amazing people that you are. For always having our back and for letting us know that human kindness still exists.

My mom was moving so Cary S. recommended Bridgehead, saying that the businesses know each other and know who is more reliable and has an employee there all the time. The place is alarmed; if your unit is opened without the keypad entry, staff comes out right away to check your unit. Mom had 3 units at once (different sizes), then consolidated down to 1 unit. We always dealt with employee Minnie who is friendly, patient, thorough, and efficient; that's what we all want in customer service. Minnie always recognized me and my mom. :-D 7 days a week and the hours are good; a friend in Livermore complained that a place near him wasn't open on Sundays, which made me realize that other businesses can be quite a bit worse. The price was reasonable throughout our 12 years, and we felt at peace, knowing that our items were safe and never had water damage. It served my mom well. I know, 12 years is a long time, but that's what it took for my mom and now we cleared out our storage unit.

We had our unit here for almost 9 years, and it was an amazing experience for most of that time. Unfortunately, ever since management changed, everything has gone downhill. There have been rodents and droppings everywhere, and it affected my belongings pretty badly. To make matters worse, I found out they haven't had on-site management for over 2 months. That's honestly ridiculous. People have had their units broken into, and there wasn't even an email sent out to notify customers. I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00 AM. I arrived at 9:06, and there was nobody there. At first I thought, "No worries, things happen for a reason." But then I found out there was no one there because they haven't had management for 2 months. This is exactly why so many people are moving out. I'm honestly devastated because I get attached to places, and this storage facility has been part of my life for almost 9 years. Unfortunately, I have to move my belongings elsewhere. I really hope Premier gets new management because I would love to come back someday. But for now, I can't recommend staying here. Thanks for the memories, Premier. I don't think I need to explain what a big inconvenience this. If your someone that might need to move stuff out of your storage on a regular you might want to look at another place

I loved this facility....until after about 2 months when I found rat poop all over my dining chairs…read more(and elsewhere)! Thankfully the chairs were mostly covered with a blanket, but there was A LOT of poop, and I know those rats were all over my chairs and other items being stored. Tried to report this to on-site manager but after multiple calls and letting the phone ring until it shut off, I had to call Corporate. This happened on a Monday. No manager on site nor answering phones. Couldn't even leave a message cuz no voicemail! Corporate offered apologies but stated that I assume ALL risk. Rats are not my responsibility. The storage facility has dozens of rat boxes outside but you can see they haven't been serviced in forever. They are crusted with cobwebs and leaves. Also, several large spiders and their webs obstruct the light switch at the entry door! So, no housekeeping of any kind but you are still obligated to pay full rent, even with rats running around your storage unit. BEWARE!
