Oakley Gateway Self Storage is just a mile from our newly built house so we decided to store our belongings there. The process was very simple. We didn't have a hard time getting a unit and renting one. We opted for the biggest unit and the unit was on the ground floor. We don't want the hassle of going up and down the elevator and staying on the ground floor is convenient. Getting access to the building is easy and requires you to have your access number at the gate. They also have us a discounted rate on our second month and the monthly rate is reasonable. We only rented the unit for a couple of months and the process was easy and we didn't encounter any setbacks or complications during our stay at their unit. Management was very helpful if you have any questions. My only issue is when you try to call their direct line, they always take you to their voicemail. We had a hard time talking to a live person on the phone. Aside from that, we had a good experience with Oakley Gateway Self Storage

He has a lot of 5-star reviews and we decided to call Ian -the owner and ask him for a quote for installing overhead racks. Ian has a lot of knowledge and experience in installing overhead racks. After measuring, he gave me several options on where and the size of racks I can install. After several considerations, I opted for a corner rack with two 4'x8' racks connected at the corner of the garage. He came on the scheduled installation date. He was very professional. He advised me that he has to replace one of the 4'x8' since it will be too long and will be in the way of the garage door railings. He did a good job and I was satisfied with his work and product. The overhead racks are sturdy and just about the right size. Since he installed a shorter rack, he lowered the price of the material installed. He's very honest and fair in his services. If you want to install overhead racks inside your garage, I highly recommend Summit Garage Storage. You'll be satisfied with his work and expertise.
