My watches had mechanical issues (they simply aren't working), which I thought was a battery. When I came in to pick them up, I was told that it wasn't a battery issue. I then probed further, but the gentleman who was "helping" me shrugged his shoulders and told me they were not able to figure out the problems. I then asked if that was all, and he nodded and said I should take them elsewhere. He was actually quite rude and standoffish. So, it turns out, Bradley Gough are not "experts" in terms of watch repair and the information on their website is misleading. Which leads this potential customer to question whether they are experts at anything. Of course, maybe I was deemed not "important enough" as a customer, given what I came in for. After all, repairing a watch is a far cry from an engagement ring. The interesting twist is that I am actually mulling a major jewelry purchase, and was considering Bradley Gough. However, I will surely take my business elsewhere after this poor display of customer service and credibility.

The courteous and knowledgeable person Pam assured us that this is a common problem with several solutions. The most expensive would take a couple of weeks to resolve if major changes needed to be made. When my wife walked in she saw the store was clean and well lighted. It had many displays of beautiful jewelry. The jeweler on duty was professional and accessed the situation quickly! He examined the prongs in question and assured her that all is well. There was no reason to cut off the ring or do any other work. There was no charge and we were happy campers! If the jeweler wanted to charge for his inspection or cut off the ring for major repairs we wouldn't have questioned his advice. Good place to shop for all your jewelry needs!!! When I asked about it, I was told the only thing she see is one of the baguettes is bigger. She said nothing they did would have caused that and it had to have been that way when I brought it in. When you purchase a piece of furniture they will remove your old furniture for only $10, saving you money on the city's disposal slip. Some suggestions for improvement: Offer cleaning and repair services in the home. I'm not talking full refurbish like Furniture Recovery in Fort Wayne, but small repairs or tears. Create a voicemail for your phone line. I called your store, the phone rang a few times, and then I received a fax sound. When I called your parent store, they insisted I had the right number and explained the sound was because you don't have a voicemail. This fax sound gives people the impression they have the wrong number. New customers may become frustrated and not call back!
