However, it didn't seem very strong coffee-wise (I believe my latte had two shots of espresso?), so I had to come back like an hour later to get a second one to satisfy my caffeine needs. The breakfast/brunch options looked amazing and were reasonably priced, but during our stay we did not end up eating here...we simply ran out of time! The space is within a shared work building right off the street, walkable from where we were staying and close enough to walk to the Plaza. I enjoyed walking here on a few mornings and getting the feel of what it might be like to be a local in town, while scanning the many clothing and other types of shops along the way. Overall I'd recommend this coffee shop for friendly vibes and yummy coffee drinks...but next time I'd add an extra shot to my latte.

The provolone and tomatoes were confusing, but they were well portioned. The eggs were fluffy and ok, nothing to die for, just well executed. The flank steak relied a lot on the chimichurri, which added great acidity, but without it, the steak did not have its own seasoning or flavor. It wasn't too sweet, and the guava flavor was pronounced, but not overpowering. It was lovely! They also gave me a small cup with coffee & pecan tres leches cake for free. I immediately ate that in the car and it was excellent! Soft, moist tres leches with a hint of coffee and crunchy pecan & chocolate chips. The lady running the shop was lovely. English is not her first language, so she asked for patience, but I found her English more than adequate and her demanor very endearing. The place itself has nice decor on the walls. Rob tried a Cafe de Olla, a sort of sweet, spiced coffee served with cream which he said was wonderful. I had a plain latte which was also great. For our snacks, we split a mushroom and spinach crepe and a "lechera" crepe, which had some sort of sweetened milk to which I added my choice of fruit - strawberries. We loved them both and, a big plus, the lady who runs the shop is perfectly sweet and charming.
