Super delicious made-to-order donuts ! Unique flavors like Boston creme, death by chocolate, turtle-you name it, something for everyone. Had it with a coffee -good little snack .

    So good!

So happy to learn that Craft Donuts is in my neighborhood! Our introduction to these incredible donuts was from their truck across from the Round House. This little donut shop is as neat as a pin and very inviting. There is counter seating, a couple of tables and two comfy chairs. Their coffee is rich and flavorful, too. Over time we've tried their unique seasonal donut offerings. Today selected three varieties: maple bacon, tiramisu, and Boston cream. Delicious! It's the crunch that keeps us coming back. It's the perfect donut. The staff was great and very helpful.

Hand-crafted donuts right before your eyes. Early morning and we all are hungry and wanting something to snack on. Caleb was craving Craft Donuts and while I am not the biggest fan of donuts, I am always willing to try one out if the place is unique enough and has coffee. Craft donuts just so happens to hit all those requirements. Caleb and I headed in while Cassey waited in the car and we got to picking what we wanted. Caleb told me about the rundown of how to order. Craft makes their donuts fresh and when I mean fresh... the lady behind the counter legit whips the batter together and deep fries it before making your choice of donuts. On this occasion, I grabbed a cookies 'n cream and a s'mores donut. Guess I was in the mood for donuts with apostrophes in the type. I also got an americano to wash it all down with. Since they do make the donuts as fresh as you can get them, it does take a few extra minutes to get your order but it's worth the wait. We actually got our donuts before the americano and breve we ordered, so now that I think about it, maybe they are decently quick at making the donuts in comparison to coffee. I put down the cookies 'n cream before we headed out and it being warm made it all the better. I finished off the s'mores one a few hours later. Since I did order my usual iced americano, I was left with this empty feeling of maybe I should've gotten a black coffee to accompany my donuts. While the donuts were good, having that warm coffee to go with them would've been the *chef's kiss*. Craft is a seriously good place to get your donuts if you want something besides the usual variety that you can find anywhere else. On a side note, I was hella side eyeing the maple bacon donuts Caleb got because they smelled so good once we got in the car and back to the house.

    Sea salt and caramel donut

So I had a delivery from craft through Uber Eats and ended up comming back because they looked so good. I was not expecting much as of most donut shops I have been to. Usually I've expected a lot only to find a dry, overly sweet product. I should say the lady working there (maybe the owner?) was extremely kind and helpful in recommending the sea salt and caramel donut after I was in between this one and the smores. She said the smores is bar none also and after taking a bite I understand. I verbally said "wow" after biting into this donut. A crispy, flaky outside with a soft fluffy inside. I thought to myself "this is what a donut is. This is what I've always dreamed of a donut being" I wish I were exaggerating. Not only was the texture simply divine, the sweetness is not overbearing and there is a depth of flavor that allows you to sit with it and enjoy it and pay attention to it beyond just a sweetness overload. This is true craftsmanship. I've never felt satisfied from a donut before and even sitting with it after, I don't feel bloated I feel fed. Which is something I've never gotten from another donut. I know this review sounds over the top but I mean it when I say that for $2.50 this is the feeling of food that I want from every place I go. Feasibly price, and I feel fed. Beyond just being full. This is a place of care and attention to the art of donut making. Very kind staff, welcoming and with the gentleman in front of me being a regular I could tell that relationships have been built over these donuts. If I could give 10 stars to the whole experience I would.

They make their donuts fresh-fresh, the kind that are still warm when you open the box. Soft, sugared edges that melt with every bite!

I wasn't expecting a donut to be so good! It is like a perfect cross between a standard donut and cake donut. I'm not a big cake donut fan but after this Craft Donut, yeah, it's the best donut I've had. We saved the location to visit next year on our travels! (Cappuccino, was not good, rather bitter, and the chi tea latte was overly sweet but good flavor) But the donuts were amazing five star!

Sadly updating my review to 4 stars based on my experience today. We ordered 4 donuts to go Saturday morning. They were done so fast, and in my excitement I had a bite in the car. The donuts were not warm. Don't get me wrong they taste great, but they weren't fresh and hot like I expected them to be. I've been to the food truck location more than 5 times and they're always made to order. The first time I visited this location, it was made to order. As in freshly fried and glazed. So I'm not sure if made to order now just means glazed to order? I don't know. I'm going to keep going because it's really quite good, but I may just ask for them to make the donuts fresh. Maybe it was a one off (which is what I'm hoping)!

This was the best donut I've ever had. Do not underestimate the amazing-ness of a FRESH donut!! It was so warm and I really liked this flavor combination (A special for June). I also got an iced latte with lavender syrup which was also very good! Staff were friendly and quick. Place was clean and you can see them making the donuts! Happy Donut day!

I've never had such a fresh donut!! They're really good and fluffy. I did find that saving for later, they're not AS good...so eat 'em up! There isn't a lot of seating options and the decor wasn't anything special...but the donuts were great! Service was fine and dandy, nothing over the top and not bad either. I would recommend splurging on a donut from here, for sure.

Fresh to order donuts. What could be bad? Death by Chocolate was amazing, as was the Salted Caramel.

The coffee is amazing, the service is great, and everyone is always so friendly! I love trying some of the different flavors, especially the chile and lavender coffees. My husband likes more of the refreshing, lemonade-type drinks. One of his favorites is the James Bond, which Ape from Wind River Trading Company recommended to us. So if you go, try the James Bond! They also have a beautiful patio upstairs where you can sit and look down over the street and just enjoy Santa Fe. It has such a nice atmosphere and is a great place to sit for a while, have a good drink, and people-watch. Definitely one of our favorite little stops when we're in Santa Fe. We'll be back!

The minute we walked into this coffee shop, we were kindly greeted by everyone working. Then, we were given a sample of their caramel sauce that is house made. Apparently, a majority of their syrups and sauces are made in house which is a PLUS. I ordered an iced vanilla latte with caramel drizzle. I've been to a lot of coffee shops and dare i say that this was the BEST VANILLA LATTE i've ever had! We sat outside (they have outdoor and indoor seating which is nice). We had accidentally spilled some coffee, thankfully Kagome was so SWEET and HELPFUL, she immediately came to clean up the mess. Thank you again Kagome! We truly appreciated the staff and the entire ambiance of the shop. Definitely will be coming back!!! Last note. If you're not a big fan of coffee, then I 100% recommend the horchata (it's made in house). SO GOOD!

It was cool getting to see them roasting fresh chile and the band that played was soo much fun! The best booth for us was Dancing Turtle Studio. Absolutely stunning pieces of art and my guy bought me one of the hot air balloon pieces to commemorate our 1st anniversary. It honestly couldn't have been more perfect! The artist herself was incredibly sweet and wonderful to talk with. It was amazing getting to hear about her process as well!
