This was our family's first visit. We ordered the stuffed pepperoni breadsticks and they were delicious! Very crispy. My father in law ordered the antipasto and what a generous portion! The meat was pretty spicy so make sure you're ok with that. My mother in law ordered the chicken tortellini soup. I'm pretty sure it was the biggest bowl of soup I've ever seen! I tried some and it was very tasty. The main course was a regular crust pepperoni and sausage pizza. If you like a thinner crust make sure to just order the thin because the regular is pretty thick. We didn't mind! The sauce isn't too sweet and the sausage has a little kick to it. As for service? We never ran out of drinks! We will definitely be back. Salute! read more

Was disappointed that DC's Pizza was closed, but glad that we got a chance to eat at this place, which is just down the street! Calamari is fantastic - Stromboli was the best I've had in years. The Arugula salad left something to be desired, but this is partially my fault as I'm used to 'baby Arugula' and the not big leaf stuff. My son had an excellent pasta dish, and I were a local, I'd definitely look forward to coming back. Not the best Italian I've had, but it was a great meal nonetheless. read more

Atmosphere is great but food is just okay. I would stick to the pizza. The pizza is really good but I wasn't impressed with the other menu items. I had the black and blue salad and the flavors were off. The steak didn't taste fresh at all and the caramelized walnuts had a spice on them that did not compliment the salad AT ALL. My husband had the lasagna and it was cold and a 6/10. The spinach artichoke appetizer and the pizza ordered at the table was all very good though. If we go back, I would stick to the pizza rather than the main menu items. read more

My pizza tonight was the Italian Stallion. The bacon and 80 pcs of pepperoni were a bit much. You really couldn't really taste much else. It was over powering. They have a great deep dish crust but you can't taste it. They would have a lot more flavor by cutting half the pepperoni and deleting the bacon. You could add mushroom, green pepper and onion and have a much better flavor to compliment the crust. Disappointing. They don't allow substitutions on it either. The pizza was swimming in grease underneath too. No wonder they have a cardboard layer between the pizza and the pan. I just expected a lot more. read more

Great! Tony Russo Pizza is delicious - cooked perfectly and tastes nothing like a greasy Domino's pizza. It was light and very good. Complimentary Rosemary bread is fresh and really good. The Traditional Antipasto is also yummy and my kids gobbled it up. Our food came out quickly and everyone just seemed happy to be there. Staff was so friendly to our entire family. Place looks nice but the food was a major disappointment. The white wine pasta sauce didn't have any flavor at all, and penne pasta had been cooked way too long - nowhere near al dente. However, pizzas looked good and people in our party liked them. So maybe this is a good pizza joint but not as good for enjoying other Italian meals. read more

Ate here this past weekend. It was a beautiful restaurant! There was a lot of staff so I never sat without a refill! Definitely a plus. The odd part was I couldn't really tell what the ordering process was because we ordered our app but we couldn't figure out when they were going to take our order. Great Italian spot! We started off with the stuffed mushrooms and they were tasty! My dad and brother split the pizza, I snagged a slice as well, it was very good. Super thin crust (the way to go) with plenty of toppings and cheese. I had the Chicken Scarpariello, and it was delicious. Although, adding more Ravioli would be nice ;) My mom had the sphaghetti and meatballs, and that was tasty as well. The only downfall was we received our meals before our salads. My mom just boxed hers to go and I had my alongside my meal, but it would have been nice to enjoy before the meal. Definitely check them out! read more

The only thing you need to know about Antonio's is that they have the best Deep Dish Pizza on the planet. After 16 years of working in Chicago a couple times per week, I've enjoyed practically all of the deep dish in & around Chicago. Nothing compares to Antonio's. The best Italian restaurant in the area. We eat here often, at least once a week. The food is always excellent and the wine selection is outstanding. They offer gluten free pizza and pasta, which I order often. My favorite dishes include the Tuscan Tomato Pasta, Farfalle with Pine Nuts, and the Margarita pizza. Wines you should definitely try are the Super Tuscan, Toad Hollow Merlot, or the house Riesling. Service is outstanding! This is one restaurant that does everything right!! read more
