Their pricing is also pretty fair. During the project they worked hard and kept the schedule as promised. During the process some unanticipated issues came up and they showed flexibility and willingness to change the scope of the project and schedule accordingly. They are detail oriented. After we had them reinstall all baseboards there was one place we were not quite happy, they came back and fixed it. The end result was beautiful and it had been a great experience working with Serhii and his family crew! Northwest Flooring is definitely at the top of my list for any of our future hardwood flooring needs!

Our project was split into multiple steps (because of us, not them) and they graciously planned around us and came back multiple times throughout the project. They even gave us the suggestion of starting the floors, and then coming back to finish them after we finished painting walls because of dust, debris, etc., to make sure we were happiest with the end result. When we had questions or any concerns, they were quick to call, give tips, and come back to assess or change something based on our preferences. First he did tile work and gave us a quote for 3800 then behind my back changed the quote and got another 2000 extra out of my mother that I didn't even know, then we decided to hire him to install hardwood floors because he said he does it all the time, gave us a quote for 7300 and then did two days of sanding and came back and said it will be now almost 10k because he has to level and I decided to get estimates from other people and they all said all that is no necessary and the work he did was pointless, and my mother went ahead and paid him a 2000 dollar down payment and we unfortunately had to go elsewhere and now he says he only owes us 300 back out of the 2k and charged us for paying his employees and renting a sander(idk which hardwood flooring installer has to rent a sander then throw the price at you later) we agreed to pay him the 550 for the sanding in the quote and he said no it's now 1700 for all this stuff he decided to add on, also the people installing now got almost all the way done and have to stop because he didn't measure right. He came by our house 3 times to take measurements!! now the installers have to stop and have us order more while all our furniture is in the living room and my mother is without a room, on top of all this heartache I'm 6 months pregnant! HIRE YELSON LLC THEY WONT SCREW YOU OVER AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING Here are picks of all his quotes My mother also paid him in cash and we only got an invoice for 1800 bucks for the tile, never got another invoice he is shady!!!

I would not recommend this company. The initial flooring…read moreappeared to be good. However, after several months I noticed some issues in certain areas of the flooring. I called repeatedly and finally got a call back. Someone from the company came to my home and inspected the floor. He agreed that something needed to be done. Once again I called the owner repeatedly and he never called me back. I finally gave up. I recently replaced my dishwasher, but when they came to install new the dishwasher, they found faulty wiring in back of the old dishwasher. I believe this was due to the work that Adams Flooring had done when they needed to pull out the dishwasher in order to lay the flooring under the dishwasher. I was told by an electrician that the way they attempted to rewire the connection could have resulted in a fire.
