I loved this Melissa made my experience amazing The ambiance is so nice and chill. Baby the shredded parmesan cheese bowl is on the table! HELLO THE SALMON! Yes! It comes with pasta! Calamari, yes! Whatever you're thinking, yes.

Haven't been here since college. Ordered the stuffed mushroom, house salad, lasagna, sole e limone, salmon Caprese, Vitello Faraone. We got two Caesar salads and two house salad. I asked for a double house salad, but I only ever received one side salad only. The house salad and Caesar salads were okay. The fresh bread is good, chewy. The Vitello, sole and the salmon all came with a side of bolognese pasta. Mom took mine since don't eat ground red meat. The stuffed mushrooms was so-so, bland and mostly tasted like mushy crumbled bread bits inside of the mushroom caps. It was nothing special. We had to ask two times for another basket of bread. The lasagna was decent. The salmon Caprese was okay, a bit salty even without the capers. The sole limon was good for mom. The Vitello faraone was good my step-dad. Service and food was so-so.

Traditional Italian restaurant in a real neighborhood. Limited street parking but spaces in the alley just for those who dine there. What stands out is the wonderful service. Bread baskets refilled and drink refilled as needed. Even have our group separate checks. The food is just above average. Calamari appetizer had too much breading but that was the only problem. Everyone took home part of the main course. The lack of dessert caused me to take a star off. Only had a lemon something. This is almost a sin for an Italian restaurant. If I am in the neighborhood and want Italian food, I will stop but will not drive from the west side again.

We came here for a celebration dinner and overall it was ok. The staff was nice and the food came pretty quick. We were in like the first dining room and it was really dark but nice I guess. The pizza was not what I expected for an Italian restaurant honestly I thought it would be better. My family liked their dishes, they got lasagna, spaghetti and ravioli. Overall it would personally be a 7/10 in my opinion.

Excellent service. Food was good as well. Don't recommend the scarmoza. But the break Parmesan and the butternut squash ravioli were fire.

We had about 25/30 guests. The area was set up upon arrival with water, bread, and dipping oil. The staff was incredible! Jordon was one of our servers and unfortunantly cannot remember the other servers name. The area was cozy, intimate, yet free to roam to the bar and visit in that area. Paulo printed out a specific menu for the occasion making it easy to choose fir our guests. The food was amazing! The drinks were perfect, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We ordered two Pasta Frescas, one Pasta del Estate with shrimp, and one Chicken Cacciatore. The portion size of the two Pasta Frescas was embarrassingly small (see photos - I apologize for the messy desk). When I opened the containers and saw the portion size, I called the restaurant to inquire. The young lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude, defensive, and disrespectful. She told me that they now have larger to-go containers, so it just appears that the portion sizes are smaller. In addition, she also stated that the portion sizes are pre-measured. I told her that I have been ordering the Pasta Fresca since the restaurant opened, and this is the smallest portion size I have ever received, regardless of the size of the to-go container. I was very nice to her, despite her rudeness. After about two minutes into the call she said to me, "...we're very busy, and I don't have all day to spend on the phone with you." I then asked if I could speak with a manager, and she said, "...that's not necessary..." I then requested to speak with Armando, then she put me on hold, came back on the phone, and said that I could not speak with Armando, and that the owner would be calling me. It is now December 20, 2025, and I have yet to hear from the owner, or any other representative of the restaurant, for that matter. The Pasta Fresca is priced at $15.95. A pound of dry pasta can be purchased for $1.00. These portions contained about 1/4 pound of pasta. In addition, the vegetables in these dishes barely cost $1.50 each. The margins on these portions is obscene. The least they could do is add a little more pasta, which is dirt cheap. I understand and appreciate that restaurants, like every business, exist to make money. However, restaurants only make money when they have customers. When customers are happy, they keep coming back and spending money. That being said, after eating here since the doors opened, we will not be coming back, and this is so incredibly disappointing and sad. I was so hopeful that the restaurant would have made this right with me, but they failed to do so.

First, the place is so welcoming. Several different rooms as well as the outside patio, which has bocce ball. It was too warm & humid for us, so we sat inside at a table near the bar. The servers were all very friendly; it seemed a different person brought each course. We had the bread service and calamari for an appetizer. The bread and herb butter were very good, and I understand that it does cost the restaurant to serve it, but $7 seemed like a lot to me. I also enjoyed the calamari. I had the pasta Bolognese (they had some other name for it), which is one of my favorite kinds of pasta. This did not disappoint. I loved the super wide papardelle noodles (also a favorite!) and the small scoop of cheese (burrata, maybe?) on top. My sister had the mushroom pizza (also with a different name). She enjoyed it as well. I am glad they decided to take us there; it was all very good and in a nice atmosphere as well.

The waitress asked my husband 3 times if he wanted a third beer. Who did she think was driving home and why so pushy? Broccolini - nicely cooked, buried in cheese, a spicy aioli-type topping. Branzino - tasty, overly salted and oiled Cacio e Pepe - bucatini was a bit overcooked. Not enough pepper!

We did two orders each of the focaccia (the whipped gorgonzola served with it was SO good), the farinata (the chickpea pancake), the artichokes, and the asparagus. My mom and I also decided to order separate pasta dishes and split them, I went with the carbonara and she went with the stuffed shells (conchiglie alla norcina). Hands down my favorites were the artichokes and the asparagus. So fresh and flavorful! The stuffed shells were also quite good and quite a hearty portion. Admittedly my least favorite dish was my carbonara. It was very pepper forward which I'm not super crazy about. I anticipated that given the base is their cacio e pepe but I was curious to try it as the chef intended but for me it was a bit too much. It was still very good, but next time I'd ask them to go a little easy on those extra pepper grings to match my personal palate a little better. For dessert we split the dark chocolate gelato and it was so good and VERY rich. Perfect for splitting. Our server (whose name I forgot which is a bummer) was so great! She explained she was in training and to forgive any mistakes but there were none! She knocked it out of the park. My cousin (the celebrant) also has several nut allergies and they were incredibly accommodating and checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was good for her. They also offered little touches for celebrations which were quite nice and made us happy we selected them for the special occasion. They sweetly added some congrats messaging to my cousin on her dessert, gave her a greeting card signed by the whole staff, and a bag of their milled flour for pancakes as a little parting gift. She felt very spoiled and it was very sweet! Overall, it was an incredible experience. Looking forward to my next visit already! Especially when celebrating a special occasion!

Some of the standouts were the carpaccio- was so good with parm and crispy capers, the cappelletti alle fave- my husband said it was so creamy, the fried artichokes, and scallops- they did half of them in a nondairy sauce to accommodate. The dessert was soooo good- we had the torta di cioccolato- it had chocolate cake and balsamic strawberries and a toasted meringue- I would come back just for that dessert.
