We did take out for a birthday party on a Saturday. We place the order the night before for 1145a.m. Unfortunately, the person who was suppose to open up the place didn't show up. The owner called us 2xs to let us know that our order was going to be delayed. They had to drive from San Diego back to the shop and open up. When I arrived they had just opened. They were very apologetic and gave a liter of soda for the trouble. We got 2 XL pizzas and a 16 inch veggie calzone. I ordered through the slice app and got a good deal! The food was good. I am so disappointed with everything this place has to offer. I received an EMail from "Slice" (online ordering) suggesting this restaurant for pizza. I place a large order that amounted to $80 (with tip). Several other online customers came in and left the shop with orders. We the counter clerk about our order and were told "We have a large order" After waiting an additional 20 minutes someone came up to the counter with several packages. The worker said, "We ran out of Fries sow we gave you curly fries and we are out of fried mushrooms." I did not want that stuff! It was not what we ordered! How can you substitute items without consulting with the customer?!!!! We checked the contents of our order and noticed our soup was missing. We told the worker and heard "Oh really... Well, you have to wait!" Are you kidding me?!!! Then the quality of food, well just let me say awful. The pizza was undercooked (very doughy), I hated the substituted "Curly Fries" were oily and undercooked My few Fried Mushrooms were also oily and soggy. The unwanted substitute cheese sticks were also disgusting, undercooked, greasy, and cold. The chicken noodle soup was cold and tasteless; oh it was also missing sauce!.... We had a simple Canadian bacon pizza but it was really good. Onion rings were amazing! Hot wings were teeny tiny but super crispy and they drizzle the hot sauce over the top so they don't get soggy. The hot sauce was pretty spicy. The game room is really dated. Some didn't work, quarters get stuck. But set staff was really good about giving the kids back the money they lost. If I could do ZERO STARS I would!! They never have the pizza done in time, they said it was gonna be don't at 8:00 i didn't get my pizza till 8:40!. They didn't even have it made when I got there, they asked what I order and then 40 mins later I have my pizza.... Come on now!!. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND DELIVERY EVER. Placed an order online at 8:12PM. At time of placing it said 20-35 minutes. Then once order was confirmed it said "expected delivery at 9:20pm" it's 9:40 and I check the sliced app for order status still says "expected delivery at 9:20PM" but it hasn't left the pizza shop yet. Understanding stuff happens, I called to try to get an ETA. Called multiple times actually. No answer. I'm not the type to expect a delivery at the exact minute, but it's kind of hard not to get frustrated when a business doesn't answer the phone during business hours and I have no idea when our food will arrive. Online it says they're open until 10PM. So there's about 20 minutes until they close at this point. Are we going to be able to eat the dinner that we paid for tonight?! This is not the first issue I've had with their delivery service. We recently moved to the area, and our first night we needed take out that would be quick and have something for everyone in the family. Antonious staff helped me place an order over the phone. Having never seen their menu I needed to hear options and request advice on popular dishes. Staff was patient and helpful. We ordered a pizza, a salad, and a couple sandwiches and all of it was delicious! Our only regret is that we ordered to go - once I arrived to pick up I saw what a great set up they have inside with arcade games and family friendly ambiance. Exceptional customer service!! We were in town at the 123 Farms and decided to go out to eat. We googled a pizza spot and this is what popped up. We were a little skeptical at first but we were very pleased! You don't find gems like this anymore. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. We came with a large party on a Sunday night close to closing time. Food came out in a timely manner, even with a large party. On top of the exceptional customer service, the food was delicious! Disappointed in this place. Places an online order for 2 pasta dishes and 2 calzones. I arrived when my order was scheduled to be ready (40 minutes after placing the order). The order was not ready and I ended up waiting another 25 minutes. Not impressed by the service at all. The food was a waste of money. The pasta was watery and bland. Ordered chicken Parmesan and it had diced chicken in spaghetti sauce. I don't even know what that would be called. The calzones were decent, but not something I'll be craving. The chicken was the only bright spot, because the garlic bread that came with it was absolutely terrible. 2/10 on the chicken Alfredo. Great, big NOPE. We called in a pizza order and came to pick up in 30 as instructed. The pizza was ready, so no problem there. It was my first time there so I didn't realize they also had other items. I ordered a few burgers, a Philly cheese steak, and jalapeño poppers. In short, everything was gross. The meat from the sandwich-type items was very dry. I had never, ever seen artichokes on a pizza look like lumps of cement clay. I don't know where they got the artichokes but I'm.not sure they were from this decade. They were complete mush. Greasy, flavorless dough. The poppers had zero flavor. Every item was b-a-d. To top it off, we had to wait over 45 minutes for our order to get prepared. There were 5 people who arrived after us and they all got their orders first after ordering at the register. We were trying to make the best of it by playing in the pool/arcade area but we were definitely overlooked without as much as an apology for the wait. read more

Terrible service. They tell you a wait time and it's always way later than they tell you. Last time was for delivery, 2 large pizzas and a family salad, was told an hour, I called at 2 hours to see what the hold up was and was told the delivery driver was delivering. Didn't receive my order until 3 hours and 10 mins after I placed it, mind you I live less than 10 mins away. The owner arrived and offered me a free 2 liter of cola for my trouble. We took a break from them for a few months, then figured we'd try again but this time I planned to do take-out. They quoted me an hour for 1 large pizza, I showed up an hour and a half later and they said they still hadn't started but they were going to start on it right now, I told them not to bother and left.
