My Project manager, Sheer, & designer, Maria, were focused and patient as we finalized the design. They provided important advice and support as I selected materials, and Sheer kept everything on track with frequent check ins. Project contractor, Javier and his team do quality work. They are highly skilled and conscientious, and delivered a beautifully finished product for me. The project site was challenging, as my home is a second floor condominium. This meant all materials, equipment, and the work station had to be set up and cleared on a daily basis. They were considerate of my neighbors and abided by all the condo association rules throughout. We encountered a few bumps along the way, all of which I attribute to lapses in communication. All issues were resolved to my satisfaction, and I respect the team being open to constructive feedback- not always easy to hear. My own takeaway was to stay close to a project every step of the way. Once we contacted them for some roof work, Roy Mol, our dedicated project manager showed up the very next day to review what was needed and provided a quite immediately. Most other contractors we reached out to never actually got back to us which leads me to the second highlight about Green Group. The level of communication provided by Roy and Ailer was excellent.
