I own a business and the branch manager here knows me they never place holds on my checks. You still need to go there to have that relationship. The bigger banks also need to have that relationship in order for a Branch manager to do this that I believe is the same everywhere. There is no perfect bank and have tried this and big banks and prefer the smaller environment to a bigger branch. They also did a great job on a loan for equipment I used for my business so that experience was in person and Carly did a great job.

They act like you are doing a loan with them but are outsourcing all FHA loans through a company called NewRez to actually do all processing and underwriting. We have been working with Cory Talbert at Desert financial Who advised all parties loans had gone through. We all moved out out of our homes only to find out the loan was not processed at all. This left us with U-Haul's packed up and no Home to live in. instead of rectifying the solution he asked for another three week extension. Upon the clothes of the three week extension, May 22, we were alerted that they underwriting still had not completed processing the loan efforts and we were stuck again, not knowing anything other than it's not his fault and they outsourced to NewRez. This Company also fails to respond or take responsibility accountability. We are all still homeless with no concrete closed date provided. I'm gonna recommend anyone that I know to stay away from these two companies as they are not reliable and will end up costing me money in the long run.

Of the $300 I had, the ATM only took ONE of my 3 bills. I tried multiple times to deposit the cash, but kept getting the same error message: "Inserted cash is either invalid or exceed the permissible number of cash limit. Please verify and re-insert your cash." I even tried using the other ATM, but it did the same thing. It kept spitting out my $200. So I tried depositing one bill at a time, and when that didn't work, I flipped the bill over and it STILL didn't work. SMH!!! I was frustrated because I get off work at 5 and they close at 5, so I had to go into the branch on a Saturday to deposit the last 200 of the original 425 that I had. What a headache!! I was hoping there wasn't going to be a crazy line since it's payday weekend, but time my surprise, there was only one person ahead of me. Van helped me with my transaction and she was super friendly. We were chatting about my disappointment in their ATMs as well as the Mesa location's ATMs. She apologized for them not working properly, and finished my deposit for me. Thank you Van, and NFCU for being open until 2 pm on Saturdays so that people like me can get our business done! Btw, both ATMs were not working today during my visit around 1 pm. And I did not think I would get financed for a car, but they did it! It's been awhile so I can't recall their names, 2 great guys! They sold me a 2018 Nissan Altima and it's been an awesome car. I would definitely recommend buying a car from there. The big dealerships screw you over, they push you into a car you don't want. These guys let you find what you like, no pressure, they are straight up what you can get financed for and how or what's needed to get the financing. They are very helpful and I would buy another car from there again. No more big brand name dealerships! And in reading reviews here, used cars will have some issues, you're not buying a new car after all. You are buying someone else's problems, just don't know the severity until you research the car with carfax. just find the car, research it thoroughly and have it checked. take a scan tool with you when looking at used cars.

The only problems I had was when I posted a payment too close to the due date. TFS posted the payment 2-3 days later, and said it was late. I told them to look at the date I paid. They said it only matters when they accepted payment. The whole thing didn't make sense, so i just paid a week early from then on.
