This guy is a scammer! He advertises $29 jump start: charges you $70. So lies on advertisement. He showed up and completely failed to jump start my car: first red flag was seeing him pull up in a $1500 scrapper junkyard truck when his advertisement showed a real $30,000+ business truck, he uses cheap equipment he orders off amazon for a couple hundred bucks; and completely failed to jumpstart my car after he tried for a whopping 2 minutes. Told me I needed an entirely new battery for "$450 parts+labor". I asked him if he'd refund me if I can have people prove his equipment was cheap and my battery was fine; turns out my battery was perfectly fine!. Had to pay for Ubers and a tow since I trusted his "4 years of experience"; he doesn't know what he's doing; he lies on his ads: he's a fraud. And going with him will cost you far more money than you originally anticipated. Beware! He's yet to refund my $70 so I'm taking him to small claims court to sue him. read more

So I called this place to get some info on changing a tire. The guy said he'd have someone call me back, he did get my address but didn't say anything about sending someone out. He said someone would call me. So I call other places getting prices and all the sudden someone from this company calls and says he's at my house. I told him I don't know why, I didn't hire him and no one is even awake to get the keys to the car to change the tire. He says he's gonna call his boss. Whatever. Then his boss calls and starts being extremely rude and arguing with me about what our conversation had been earlier. Instead of being pleasant and apologizing for misunderstanding me he acts like a rude jerk. I should have told him to go pound sand and just hung up on him. I needed a jump in the 100 degree weather, and Jeremy came by. The advertised price was $29, but he charged me 75 dollars for the service fee. Sure, whatever, lets leave, im hot and dying in the 3 pm heat. Well. It doesn't jump start. So this motherfucker says "it's still 75 dollars" like he wasn't taking the last of my money and leaving me high and dry. Don't worry though, he said he was gonna get me a tow truck with a discount, and that they wpuld call me. For for 3 FUCKING HOURS I wait, calling Jeremy every now and then like "hey, where's that truck" and being told "they will call you" this tow truck agency NEVER RECIEVED A CALL FROM JEREMY. Took the last of my money, did nothing, lied and wasted my fucking time in the middle of Texas heat at wet bulb humidity. Couldn't even afford a tow truck after Jeremy came by, said "yep that sucks", charged me 75 dollars for his "expertise" then fucked off and lied about a tow truck discount that he has. scammers. it doesn't cost $29. they will try to charge you $100 and then negotiate their way down until you agree and take their business. They didn't even jump my car. They told me it was something else, then charged me for coming out to me even though they did NOTHING.
