I had an appointment with Drake an sat under the sign that says "class meets here". Many staffers were at the desk but just ignored me. Irritated After 5 minutes I walked up there to inquire why the trainer (or anyone) hasn't greeted me about the class. They looked lost and were asking one other if the trainer was showing up? After exchanging confused looks at one another, I was told he was sick and not coming in. I grabbed the managers card even before they told me. He was gonna hear about this! Thank God for Allie! She stepped in an not only gave me a tour but explained how many of the equipment worked. Thanks to her I'm not clueless about the machines. She definitely needs a raise btw, that or a promotion! I was given a free drink too at the end of it all. Shawn is my go to guy when I come in! He's great! Always greets me, always waves when I enter and depart and never takes long when I need an ankle strap. (I started bringing my own though because it is an inconvenience to have to go to the desk twice every visit to get this and bring it back!) Shawn went to another shift and dang do I miss him. The new girl that replaced him seems to always be a little spacey and her BF (or the guy that's always hanging out at the counter) shadowing over her every move. Odd.... There's plenty of equipment and it smells good in the gym. Typically clean but they need to turn the music down!!! I have no desire to go to any other Planet Fitness!

The outdoor workout area is awesome too, especially when you want fresh air and a change of scenery. One of my favorite things is how fun and creative the space is. They even have a decorated photo booth-style workout area, which makes it easy (and super fun) to snap progress pics or just get a little motivation boost. And the classes? So much energy! The dance class in particular is an absolute blast--it doesn't even feel like working out because you're having so much fun. Between the facilities, the vibe, and the variety, EOS makes it easy to actually look forward to going to the gym.

Unfortunately, my experience with the personal training program and management has been extremely disappointing. I scheduled four separate welcome workout/personal training appointments. Three appointments with my original trainer were missed, and after I raised the issue with management, I was reassigned to another trainer. Unfortunately, that appointment was also missed due to a scheduling/miscommunication issue. After four unsuccessful appointments, I decided that personal training was no longer a service I was comfortable paying for. I had been prepared to spend approximately $300 per month for coaching, and I simply did not receive the level of reliability I expected from a paid professional service. What concerned me further was the response when I attempted to address the pattern. Rather than seeing meaningful accountability for repeated missed appointments, I encountered explanations about different departments and why various individuals were not responsible. I also recently registered for a group stretching class where the instructor did not show up, leaving the class waiting. My concern is not one isolated missed appointment. It is the repeated pattern of scheduled services not being provided and the lack of effective accountability when those concerns are raised. I escalated my concerns in writing to operations management and requested assistance with resolving the personal training portion of my membership. I have not received a response. I still enjoy the EōS facility itself, which is why this experience is particularly disappointing. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend the personal training program or the management response to service issues at this location. I hope EōS takes these concerns seriously and improves its scheduling, communication, accountability, and follow-through for members purchasing additional services.

The space is smaller and lacking the locker rooms, changing areas, and courts the old location had. The previous location was already in a run-down part of Arlington, and this one isn't much of an improvement. On top of that, I was VERY disappointed to hear they will no longer have a kids club at the new location. I never received a heads-up or saw any posts mentioning this, and as a parent, that would have been nice to know at the VERY least. If you didn't like the previous location, you will definitely not like this one. The owner also has a temper, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. I've been a loyal customer for years, and now I have to go look elsewhere for a local gym.

You get 8 workout sessions (each 1 hour long), meal plan and home workouts for $125. In this particular program you could choose between a 5am or 7pm session on Tuesday's and Thursday's. The evening option is great for me as I cannot do mornings - at all - ever - nope. On my first day I wanted to walk out during the warm up - it was so hard. Six laps around the building and 10 bur-pees in between each lap. The other boot camp attendees help cheer you on and support you. We did some partner work and individual stuff and always hit abs. Every time I am satisfied that I received a great workout, super sweaty and sore as all get out the next day. If I can end up with half the body that trainer/owner, Britney, does I will be over the moon. I cannot wait until her next 21 day challenge with a PM option. Highly recommend - she also does $15 drop in's on most classes if you call/text her ahead of time and payment is easy because she takes PayPal. Call her today! :D

I love that I can be in sauna with someone or schedule a sauna with me, myself & I. I mean...I can truly have a wonderful, meditative, cleansing & detoxifying experience with The Lord during those sessions‍. I love that the place is always clean. The owner, Misty, is also amazing & truly goes above & beyond to make sure I have a great experience. She has even turned on saunas for me so they are heated up before I have gotten in them. Enough is Enough…read more I've been a member here for about 10 years, and the outdoor hot tub is CONSTANTLY broken or closed. And guess what? They never bother to update the app when it's shut down. You show up, pay their ever-increasing fees, and the amenities you came for are just... unavailable. And suddendlty the hot top ( when is working) is closed at sunset... since when? I've complained to the front desk multiple times, and absolutely nothing changes. It feels like they don't fix things until people blast it publicly. For a gym this expensive, this level of upkeep and communication is ridiculous.
