The workouts are well structured and easy to scale for all fitness levels. I love the mix of cardio, strength training, HIIT, movement exercises, etc. The owner, Zach, and the coaches are very helpful and knowledgeable which is something I was looking for because I tend to ask a lot of questions. They are happy to help you reach personal goals if you're like me and appreciate that kind of support and feedback. They are passionate about health and fitness - they often participate in the workouts which is encouraging when you're in the middle of a tough workout knowing that they've already been through it. I can't say enough good things about this gym and these people. It's also a bonus to have physical therapy available, on-sight. Jess is amazing and helped me with my hip mobility and recommended scaled movements specific to upcoming workouts (she is also a gym member which is awesome because she knows exactly what's going on in the workout cycles). Thanks to Vickery, I am in the best shape I've been in since college. I have to give Zach, Stefan, Rachel, and all the coaches credit for helping me get my life and confidence back. While the flashy lights and aesthetics of other globo-gyms might be nice, they pale in comparison to the substance of Vickery's offerings. No other group class fitness gym has the coaching knowledge that provides a scale to an injured person or someone lacking the ability to do some of the scales. No other gym has the spirit Zach and the other coaches bring. It's not just a gym. Huge facility, variety of equipment, showers, plenty of workout space even with a full class of people. The coaches I had were fantastic! Brian, Derek, and Holly, they made sure I never gave up and encouraged me when I needed it. I really liked the fact that they worked with me individually when I needed guidance, not only on my technique but also when it came to my diet. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly that one looks forward to coming to workout and make friends doing so. The encouragement from everyone and loud music just fuels you.....come and experience it. With the help of an awesome crew and fellow crossfiters, I managed to lose 39 pounds in six weeks. Mind you, 26 were in the first two weeks. I gained inches and lost inches in the right places. Good solid programming with strength and cardio metcons, as well as some skill work up front. Great warm up by all the coaches, even had time to smash and roll out a little after class. This is a LARGE facility with plenty of space and multiple rigs. I also got to try out their brand new concept 2 bike ergs for one of the workouts. Signing up ahead of time was easy on their website, paid and signed the waiver before showing up. I highly recommend checking out this box if you're local or just traveling through and want to get a good sweat going!

The space overall has different obstacles as well as open spaces for playing indoor soccer on smaller fields. There is even a space for 5 and under. This review is to not only acknowledge the space but also the staff. They did a great job hosting the party but also showing the kids how to do the different obstacles (techniques and such) They were having an AC issue that day but plenty of fun was had by all.
