All you pay is the membership fees listed on their website. No equipment fees or maintenance fees ever! The staff is diligent, personable and knowledgeable about all of the equipment and gym rules. There is a sanitizing team that cleans daily, and equipment is very well maintained. It feels open and airy, lots of space to work out. Does not feel cramped and stuffy. Fantastic free-weights area too, wide open and lots of mirrors. We definitely give this place 5 stars!!

When she informed me of how panicked she felt having to do this after over a week of already trying to cancel, I decided to give them a call. They were extremely unpleasant to speak to and adamant that MY ELDERLY MOTHER, riddled with panic over this situation, would still have to come in person to cancel. After hanging up the phone, I informed my mother to call her bank and block payments, i will add, this was after multiple attempts by Hotworx of trying to charge her card after she had begged them not to. MY ELDERLY MOTHER, BEGGED them not to charge her card. Today, writing this review, it is months later at this point and my mother is still being harassed by this company. You will…read morehave to book your classes about a month out, and if you need to reschedule or cancel, you must do so at least 12 hours before or you lose the $25 you paid for that class. And you can't be more than 5 minutes late for a class or you can't do that class and you lose your money for that class. You don't get a credit or something, you lose that money. When you sign up, the front desk will not VERBALLY discuss that Club Pilates requires a 3-month minimum contract. They will tell you that if you want to pause or cancel your membership, you need to give 30-days notice and that you must be paid up for the month, but they will never TELL you must pay $180/month for 3 months minimum. And yes, you're initialing and signing things digitally while talking to the front desk staff who are perfectly charming but NEVER stops and explains the 3-month minimum. And there's an early cancellation fee, which they also don't tell you about. I know what you're thinking...I should have read everything that I signed. I agree, I should have. I've honestly never had the experience of entering into a contract without the staff making it ABUNDANTLY clear that you were, indeed, entering into a contract. I heard about the 30-day written notice, but not a contract. Were they willfully opaque about that in order to squeeze a little more money out of me? I can't imagine that this behavior is sanctioned by Club Pilates as a business? Or is it part of their business model? I just know that they're threatening to take me to collections and have called and emailed a distracting number of times, so they're squeezing an extra $180 out of me. Good for them, I guess. I just think that's a really shady business practice and I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.

They each bring something unique that makes this place unlike anywhere else: * Holly has taught me the power of breath. She constantly reminds us to focus on breathing, and learning to truly breathe has helped me manage anxiety far beyond the studio walls. I don't want this to come off negative but I'm writing this review to give honest feedback. I purchased a class for my little sister and I to start her birthday off with a positive environment (she's new to the area). We are both familiar with pilates as we take classes weekly but I believe every instructor has their own style and this was our first time at this studio. We weren't welcomed by the instructor nor did she introduce herself to us which felt a bit awkward and unwelcoming. My confirmation email also said nothing about needing grip socks (the studio that I frequent doesn't require them as you can choose to be barefoot or use grip socks) so I wasn't prepared to spend additional money to purchase their socks on top of our class fee. There were certain movements that we didn't quite catch on to as fast as the instructor was telling us to move and it didn't seem like she cared to take the time to explain anything, repeat anything, or encourage us. The instructor very much so focused on about three of the other ladies in the class and talked with them throughout the class. It wasn't until I finally just sat on my reformer until one of the sequences was through that the instructor came over and asked if I wanted a modification and by then it was the end of the class and we felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable. I'm pretty dissatisfied with the service and I really wish I would've spent my money elsewhere for my sisters birthday. It's a cute place but to feel unwelcome because we aren't regulars felt really wrong to us. I don't know that we will be back.
