I really enjoy going to the gym! I love that it's never too busy, parking is easy, and it has everything I need for a great workout. One thing I've been enjoying is the peloton workouts available on the TV in the back room. The gym is always clean. I've only had good experiences with the staff. Of note, there are no locker rooms. There are any extra amenities such as massage chairs or sauna rooms. They do have bathrooms and showers. There are free towels as well. read more

Won't cancel your membership correctly and won't reach out to make sure things are correct. Sent something to collections that I don't owe. They conveniently had my phone number incorrect on file so I did not hear from them. Claim they don't have the files to back it up. Poorly ran top to bottom. Their preferred collection company, Kingston, also lousy. They should be embarrassed. Won't get a dime from me. Save yourself a headache, choose one of the 100 different gyms near you. read more

The gym manager engages in deceptive sales practices. I needed a 2 week pass while visiting. He told me that he was giving me a special discount. He lied. There was no different in price from the regular short-term pass. Also, their short-term pass is ridiculously expensive. There's nothing else that's 24 hours within 5 miles. So, I went with them. But their membership model is old and antiquated. And the manager is a liar. I hate dealing with deceptive salespeople... read more

Amazing representation of what a gym should be. Bill goes above and beyond for his clients and is a true advocate for his fitness people. Even when you don't belong to him as a home studio he tries everything in his power to help you out. In my case the key fob wouldn't open the door ???? Why???? He called corporate, the owner of my home gym and reset systems. Amazing. On top of it I have seldom seen a gym that is so nicely cleaned and maintained. After moving to the Moon Valley area earlier this year, I joined this gym based on the recommendation of a friend. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the gym is very well equipped for weight training and aerobic fitness. There's also a small-group training area, a studio with projection video for recorded guided training, a well-stocked vending machine for beverages, especially protein beverages. The program that trainer Andy compiled for me, based on my answers to his interview questions about my goals, needs, and limitations was excellent. And he guided me through the program for one training session after I joined the gym, to be sure I did the routine properly. In just a little over a month, I noticed significant improvement: waistline slimmed down, more muscular definition - and my abs finally reappeared after an extended period of absence. I'm totally satisfied with the results; this has been the best gym I've used since I moved to Arizona a decade and half ago. read more

While visiting from out of state and I couldn't be happier while working out here, from the moment I arrived I felt right at home, and it reminded me of my gym back home. Check in was simple and I immediately got familiar with all the amenities of the facility. Such a great gym, it's very well kept and has all kinds of equipment, weights and machines. During my visit it was never crowded or busy. I always seemed to find space for what I needed to use. The gym has such a great community vibe to it, everyone was so welcoming , thank you if I ever travel back to phoenix, anytime soon I know where I'm going to get my workout in everyday. read more

Goodwill Gym. Spent over a year at this location. Management does a poor job keeping the equipment maintain (ex. Assisted pull up machine has been broken for months despite being aware.) The price of $50 doesn't go far here. Membership gets you access to the equipment thats all. They nickel and dime you for anything else such as personal training ($1/min) group training ($30 per session or 200+ for some bundle package), even a $20 fee to use the evolt system to check your body fat/mass info. You could sign up at VASA and gain access to more for $50 or better yet sign up for Lifetime Fitness. read more

I have never been in any other Anytime Fitness Gym, and from what I hear the Anytime Fitness Gyms are a reflection of the owners. Bill and Barb the owners of this particular gym take great pride of ownership. The gym has a great assortment of training gear from weights to cardio, everything is always clean, and the atmosphere is great. The gym has quite a few members, but never is crowded. The access to the training equipment is great. I have had memberships to other gyms before but this location is my favorite by far. read more

I am no longer a member at this gym (or any gym). I just don't like gyms. However, I will say that this is an excellent gym. It is kind of small and may not have all the equipment/facilities you want. Otherwise, I never had issues with it being too crowded. It smells good. It has good music. And the staff is very nice. read more

Good gym if you're looking for something a bit more quiet. The trainers are good, everyone's friendly.. no hot tub or steam room which is why I can't give the full 5 stars if you're going to charge $30 a month... but they don't lock you in an auto-renewing contract or anything shady... good gym if you like working out with less people around. read more

When I received my employer provided HSA Visa card, I was excited that the gym membership at Anytime Fitness in Tucson could now be paid with a tax-advantaged HSA card. Anytime Fitness is refusing to program that Visa card into their system. Health Equity, the issuer of the card, says it would take the accounting department a whole 5 minutes on the phone to make the Visa card acceptable for payment to Anytime Fitness. That's horrible customer service. The gym's equipment and staff are excellent; but, the leadership at corporate must be clueless. read more

I've been coming here for a month! I really like the staff, they're very approachable and readily available if you have questions or concerns. The owners are so nice and very friendly. There are plenty of machines and equipment. They have a studio room with classes and a projector which is a huge plus! There is a water fountain that is special just for your water bottle which is convenient. They are also 24 hours, which is awesome if you end up working late or wanting to spontaneously go. There are lockers, towels, wipes and sanitizer for the machines.. I mean I can't think of anything missing. They also have an app and opportunities for classes or 1 on 1 personal training sessions. I've been training with Andy, the lead personal trainer, for a month now. I'm a beginner and Andy has been really patient with me while I've been learning the ropes. If I wasn't training with Andy, I would just end up going to the treadmill or elliptical, but I'm doing exercises I wouldn't typically do. I like that he also introduces new exercises to me so I'm learning something new every session. I also feel like he pushes me the right amount and gives good advice regarding nutrition and overall health. He's very positive and genuinely interested in helping me change my lifestyle to be healthier. I feel better about myself and like seeing the progression. I've always struggled with motivation, but now I feel motivated and supported by the staff to get where I want to be! read more

At this particular gym: the staff is amazingly involved in making sure their members are satisfied; there are a lot of fun equipments that really works for small people like me and any other sizes too; very clean; love the classes; and I can say I am very comfortable working out anytime of the day with other cool members. I came here the other day for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! This is not the Anytime I usually go to but I had worked 16 hours the day before and had wanted to go to a location slightly closer to my house just for a lightweight treadmill session. Although I was only getting in some minimal cardio that day I was pleased when one of the owners came to introduce herself after my workout. My normal location usually has none to one other occupant in it so I feel free to go hard. This location had a few more people (not too much) so I really liked this hospitality and this little touch to make me feel more at home. Some of the other locations have been dimly lit and sometimes not fresh smelling but I can say my home location and this location are not amongst those. I will be back to put in some more extensive work very soon! read more
