It's not often that any home service visit is earlier than the scheduled time. The technician did a full tune-up, including adjusting the rails which had been installed too tightly (new home constructed 2 years ago with garage door installed by a different overhead door company). I had long thought the door was too noisy; however, I couldn't see any obvious problems with it. The expert technician easily saw and fixed the issue. He was also personable and efficient.
