Needed a window and 3 screens replaced, called many window shops, had seen Apache Glass trucks around the neighborhood, and so I was hoping their estimate would be in the ball park.. Turns out theirs was the best and I scheduled the measurements, the rep was on time and took only about 5 minutes. A few days later they called and scheduled the install. Again they were on time and took about 30 minutes (dual pane glass). I paid over the phone and everything was great. No issues!! read more

Customer service is horrible.... Horrrrribbbleee!! I request a customer installation of a doggy door into a glass patio sliding door, not the most cheap job. Initially I drove over and spoke to a guy named Chance, he told me what doggy door I needed, I picked it up at Home Depot went back and dropped it off with Apache Glass. I took time out of my day to scheduled and have Mike come over to measure the door. 2 weeks go by and no follow up call or anything. I call and talk to Matt, Matt says he'll see what's going on and get back to me. 1 week goes by so My wife calls and talks to Matt he tells her the same thing. So I call back after another week and talk to Matt he says Mike says the door or job won't work because our patio glass was too thick. So I drive over there and pick up the doggy door I purchased, while there Matt is telling me that he was waiting on Mike to get back to him and apparently Mike knew this job was a no go after he got back to their shop and that was about 3 weeks ago.. The bafoons are freaking thick in the head.... I would suggest you look somewhere else for business... seriously. It's a circus here... chime in the circus music in the background. read more

Needs work. The front desk guy doesnt seem to know what he is doing and was yelling at his employee with customers in the waiting area. Unprofessional. seems like the owners have no idea how to run the company and wont hire enough employees that know what they are doing. Finally got them out to my home and was happy with the install of my mirror in the bathroom. Seems like only the guy I worked with knew anything about the job. I would give this a higher score for Adams help but honestly with all the problems in the office and front desk and management, I cant. read more

Great experience with my measurement process and the install with my glass shower enclosure from this company. Mostly thanks to the great customer service from the install person "Justin". I called Apache Glass about installing some windows in my garage. I had received a quote from a different company for $1,500, but when I called Chance at Apache Glass he came over to measure the windows. He came up with an alternative, much less expensive way to install the windows and they look fantastic! I am absolutely thrilled with how they look and how professional, organized, and on top of it Chance was. He showed up on time, installed the windows in a timely manner, and was very professional and polite the entire time. Apache Glass is a disorganized mess. Made 2 trips to the store, took my doors in per store's recommendation. Promises, promises, paperwork- 12 days later no word and when I called, they claimed they had never heard of me. I realized Apache Glass was disorganized, so I went to get my doors which were leaning in the same place I first left them. On my way out, I saw two other customers shake their heads. One followed me out to help me carry my doors. He told me the place was terrible and that he was trying to solve the same kind of problem. He said new ownership in the last year has run Apache glass into the ground. Go to Mobile Home Repair a few blocks east in the south side of Apache Trail. They are an awesome business and sell all sizes of screen doors and also sell the parts. read more

Justin and Dillon from Apache Glass came to install our shower door. They were on time, very polite and friendly. They worked diligently for almost three hours, they did a great job and the shower enclosure looks excellent. They have great attitude, they are very good at what they do, and Justin made sure my wife and I are both happy before they leave. read more

I cannot say enough great things about this company. After someone broke into my home through the kitchen window, I didn't I know where to start... glass everywhere, frame bent up, lock busted. I called and Patty was so kind and helpful on the phone, and lucky for me Chance happened to be in my area and was at my house in less than an hour to measure. The installers were so nice an did an amazing job. Above and beyond! New glass, frame fixed, and the window even lock properly no. In the unfortunate event I should ever need this type of service again, they'll be my number one go-to! read more

I called this company to come out to get an estimate to replace all the windows and sliding door on my home. They showed up on time to measure and when I asked what kind of windows they had, I was told to just go online to look at their windows, he had to get going to measure other windows on the other side of town. That was the last time I ever heard back from them. I was told they would have a price to me in a couple of days....I had to call the office 4 times the following week to find out what was going on with my estimate, I got a different excuse every time on what the delay was on getting that estimate, then finally I called one of the managers, Chance to tell him I was still waiting for the estimate, he told me they would call me later with the price....well, I got the call and was in shock on how high they were on their prices! They were $3300 more than window world. I would think twice on this Company on prices and customer service. read more
