They would forget to call me when my new Invisalign aligners were ready. One time they ordered the previous set of aligners that I had already used for months. I'm glad I decided to reach out to ask because if I had continued to use the old aligners, my teeth would've moved all the way back. The front desk is unhelpful and not polite, even on the phone. The assistants are always changing which is never a good sign.

He had Invisalign started a little over 2 years ago and now has a gorgeous set of straight teeth. They allowed him to be independent in going to his appointments and because of that he had gone from a teen with very questionable hygiene standards to being truly diligent (with no parental prodding!) in his dental care. He managed to not lose a single tray and I have to say it was as painless a process as I could have ever hoped for- considering he's a picky kid, this was the best route for him and I don't regret it at all. These are direct & straitforward questions & yet she felt the need to speak over me, cut me off & still refuse to answer these direct questions. There no longer seems to be any consideration or loyalty pricing for long-term patients. After calling around to other local orthodontic offices, I found comparable replacement retainers for nearly half the cost, and overall pricing differences that can amount to thousands of dollars for similar services. I've had orthodontic care at other offices in the past, including a more affordable practice in Novato (now retired) and Wilson, and the quality of results was the same. Unfortunately, this office now feels far more expensive than others offering comparable care. While the staff and outcomes have been ok, the pricing no longer feels competitive or reflective of long-standing patient relationships. I would encourage prospective patients to compare pricing with other offices before committing. Also, most advanced offices offer scanners instead of molds, so much more precise! And now if one loses retainer the can use scan avoiding costly old fashion mold replacement. Probably no good for $ for dentist but great for patients!

She listened to every concern, thought, question, and idea that I had and thoroughly explained each and every possible route to restoring my beautiful smile.
