I went in yesterday and Mari was phenomenal. From the moment I walked in she acknowledged me despite already helping someone else. Once ready, she offered me a double shot of espresso to drink during my haircut. As for my haircut, Mari listening very intently to the vision I had for my desired haircut for a curly mullet with faded sides. Mari delivered. I could tell that every cut of my hair was intentional and I was very pleased with the results. My overall experience was absolutely great. I told Mari even after the haircut that it was so good that I did not want to leave a review because I was scared people would start coming and I would have a hard time booking her in the future. I've been a client of Sebastian's for about 2-3 years now and have followed him wherever he's gone. And I'm thrilled he's found a new forever shop home at Apex Cuts because the shop is amazing! It's clean, welcoming, friendly, and super modern and luxurious. Definitely a great place to stop for everyone. There was an older gentlemen, a kid, and another lady getting a coloring while I was there; so it wasn't a typical 'barbershop" only vibe, it was pretty varying of the clientele. Originally from Washington and have had the same barber for 5 years. After getting turned down by Voodoo because they couldn't "do fades" Apex was able to get me in. My barber was Evan, was not disappointed in the slightest. Great conversation, willingness to take direction, took his time and didn't feel rushed and really took the clients needs into major consideration while doing what he does best. All in all an amazing cut, came out feeling like a brand new man and will most definitely be back! I had a great experience at Apex. The whole place has a really chill vibe with plenty of seating for anyone waiting, and they even offer complimentary water and coffee, which is a nice. Great customer service, as soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with a friendly welcome. They will take the time to get it right unlike other barber shops in the area. I had a great experience with Phuong as my hair stylist. She was very personable and made sure there were no uneven cuts and everything was faded to perfection before finishing my haircut.
