Call Michelle if you have any questions, she's great!

Michelle Dorfi is an amazing, honest person. She walked me through the entire process when looking to replace our windows. Some other companies wouldn't or couldn't help because my house is older and historic, but she was ready to walk through the battle with us. She is very knowledgeable and understanding. If you're looking for great customer service, honesty and sent know where to start, call Michelle and tell her I referred you. Windows at a great price, great value and an honest people are hard to come by. Apex exceeded my expectations. Thanks Michelle and to the guys who installed them! Can't forget to mention Mike, he came by to measure our windows and what a great sense of humor he has.

We recently upgraded our windows and i have to say i could not be happier! Total game changer our house is warmer, quieter, and the overall looks are greatly improved. And such a great deal! The installation went smooth. Apex, If you want to get a quote call Dianah (541) 232-3833

Our family recently got windows installed by Apex Energy Solutions, just in time for winter. Every step of this process has been flawless from our meeting with Trevor to the installation. These windows saved us from freezing during the icy Christmas storm and held in the heat when the power went out. Our only regret is not purchasing these windows sooner. Thank you everybody at Apex!

We had our old single pane aluminum windows replaced by Apex Energy Solutions a few months back and we couldn't possibly be happier! We are on a busier road and have noticed so many perks since they were installed. The traffic noise has drastically decreased and we feel we have more privacy with the curtains open. The windows almost have a tint to them so it is harder to see inside from the street which was an unexpected perk. We found it easier to keep the house cool during those hot summer days with no central A/C which was a huge relief! Now that the weather has shifted to freezing again, we turned the heater back on but found it too hot inside and turned our thermostat down for the first time since moving into this house in 2020. We had a lot of work done on our home over the summer and Apex was by far the most professional and thorough company we worked with. I believe we had twenty windows replaced and it only took a couple days. Every single employee we encountered was knowledgeable, helpful and so incredibly kind. I could go on complimenting them for days but nobody would read this so I will end this here. Stop dragging your feet and call Apex for your window needs. You won't regret it!

I may or may not have been threatened with legal action for posting a bad review. You would seriously take into consideration what a company puts in their fine print before trusting any of their reviews.

Working with APEX has been a constant drain and at no time have anyone from this company tried to make things right. Once I signed the contract, there was radio silence from APEX. I constantly had to hound and badger for any information on the timeline. Once the windows were put in, they looked horrible. The corners were covered in scratches and dings. The craftsmanship was not up to the quality of the presentation with the sales agent. When I complained about the craftsmanship, again, radio silence. I had to constantly badger and harass for any information on a solution. I also had to spend my personal time, taking detailed photos highlighting the horrendous craftsmanship. Days go by with no communication, then out of the blue, with 20 minutes notice, I get a call that someone will be there to look at the windows. No notice, no emails, just a call and then they show up. I had to adjust MY schedule to accommodate their people. Ridiculous. While here, the APEX team constantly had an excuse and tried to pass the buck to someone else. As I told them, none of their issues are my problem. My problem has been and always will be APEX. THEN!! Their solution for a huge and expensive window install is to color it in with a marker. A fucking marker. You don't buy a brand new car and see the salesman covering dings and scratches with a marker. It's absurd to think this is even remotely acceptable. And par for the course, I had to badger the APEX team to schedule the marker-coloring session. Don't waste your time as they will waste yours

The windows are great quality, but we did have issues with installation. One window was installed damaged and it has taken a year to finally schedule the replacement. Some missing hardware had to be addressed shortly after the installation as well. Jimmy is working to resolve the issues so other customers can have a better experience.

With the heat we've had the past few summers and then the snow that seems to be a yearly event now, we thought it was time to get a really good widow upgrade. We also wanted out house painted after installation and Clear Choice set that up for us as well. (See my review for Triple A Painting). What we loved most about dealing with Clear Choice Windows & Doors was the personalized service we received. They have a large selection of window frame materials to choose from and our choice of fiberglass was an easy one. It was explained to us that fiberglass windows are stronger than both vinyl and wood, making them incredibly resilient to weather and climate -- perfect for PNW homeowners. From start to finish, our team of window installers provided friendly service, excellent craftsmanship, and it took only two days to install the 10 new windows in our home. Before, during and after, the team cleaned up and kept the work site tidy at all times. There was minimal damage to our landscaping as well. We can feel a definite difference in the inside temperature of our house since the new windows were installed. Our AC doesn't seem to work as hard and it takes less time to cool off in the summer and to heat in the winter. The outside look is classy and fits well with the style of our house and the neighborhood. We highly recommend Clear Choice Windows & Doors if you're looking for new windows.

The problem started when they began calling me nonstop every single day, early in the morning, to the point where I had to block their number. I still didn't give up. I had my personal assistant call them to schedule an appointment on my behalf, but they refused. They said I personally had to call and give approval before she could set it up. I'm a busy man, which is exactly why I asked my assistant to handle it. My assistant still didn't give up. She went directly to their website and successfully scheduled an appointment that was supposed to take place today. Yesterday, I received a text message saying they were trying to reach me to confirm the appointment. I replied and confirmed it. Now, this morning, I'm receiving another text message saying they were unable to confirm the appointment, so they canceled it and are telling me that if I want to reschedule, I have to call them. Total waste of my time and energy taking my business elsewhere

When it came time to install, the installers were generally nice, did a good job cleaning up after themselves and the exterior work was done reasonably well. Things did not go quite so well inside. The windows themselves work fine and are an improvement over what we had previously, but our house was built in 1943 and the interior trim on all the windows and doors is mitered and a particular width. We had also previously tested other window and door frames with a 3M lead test and found that they potentially had lead paint underneath the top layer. The sales rep had assured us they would match the framing style and definitely do a lead test first. The installers did not seem to care about this because they did not test for lead and started right in. When they came to tell us they were finished and show us the final product, what we got was a giant blocky casing that did not in any way match what was in the house. For context, our framing is 3.5 inches in width on all windows and doors in the house. This new framing is 5.5 inches, adding an additional 2 inches all the way around and not mitered. Because the new trim is wider, it doesn't sit level with other framing in the house and it also means the headboard of our bed doesn't fit properly against the wall anymore either. Not to mention it just looks out of place. Additionally, some of the brad nails were also sticking out of the casing and they did not caulk beneath the bottom portion of the trim. I have included pictures for reference, including an example of the original style from one of our other windows we haven't had replaced yet. I understand that sometimes when you have work done on your house, you have to hire someone else to complete another portion or do it yourself (for example, an electrician is not going to repair your wall well or at all after they cut into it), but this feels pretty bad at ~$7K when you also have to do all the painting yourself. What's worse is now we're probably going to end up having to redo the interior casing trim ourselves too. Overall disappointed.
