In the midst of this, I can across one report that stood out head and shoulders above any of the other reports I'd read. The report had been prepared by Paul Brand at Brand Name Home Inspections. We later submitted an offer on a home and used Paul for the inspection. We had previously been provided a full inspection report by the Seller's realtor, but we wanted our own inspection.
