Boiler was on fritz and heating guys couldn't work on it until the asbestos was gone. Norm was here on Monday morning, crew came on Tuesday, job finished ahead of schedule the next morning. He was super helpful, friendly and willing to come by between two projects to look at the pipe and give his assessment. When I pulled the pipe from the garage prior to his arrival, I realized that it was not wrapped in asbestos and I was wasting his time in asking him to come out. I called back and he was still willing to have a look to ensure there was no concern. I frequently use many home and construction/contractor services and so many times, the customer service is horrible- from sounding rude or indifferent, not showing up to appointments, not following up in providing bids, and it just feels like it's pulling teeth to get them to do the very minimum. We were told they would start at 6am and then they said they couldn't start until 7:30am due to sound regulations. Makes sense, just wish they would have said that before we were ready to go at 6 am. We also had to loan them some tools to complete the job. Overall we were pleased with their work! It was a big job and they completed it within a day. They were polite and worked hard on concrete demo. They made sure the area was cleaned up before they left.

It was suppose to have asbestos, so made me second guess if there was. Between them leaving a mess. Carpet still has black soot everywhere, items are still outside that they "contained" never told what to do. Didn't clean up, left pipe debris on the street, never returned calls, and Sara said she would help, and never did. I wouldn't recommend them at all. You should see the mess they left behind.
