We needed window screens for most of the windows in our house, so I contacted three different…read morescreen companies. Bay Area Screens was the only company that responded, and I'm glad they did. Ana was very professional, responded quickly, and worked with my schedule to set up a time for measuring all of our windows and sliding door. The technician who came out was also very professional, answered all of my questions about the materials and turnaround time, and made the whole process easy. The next morning, Ana sent me the estimate, which I found to be very reasonable for everything we needed. The estimated completion time was a few weeks, but she later contacted me to let me know the screens were ready earlier than expected. We scheduled the installation, and everything was installed in less than 30 minutes. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely use Bay Area Screens again and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality window screens and excellent customer service.

Where other companies, including Renewal by Anderson, would have suspended the install until after I had another company deal with it, US Window Renewal went the extra yard. They took care of the dry rot immediately, I stalled the garden window, and repaired the stucco. The added cost was much less than hiring a building contractor and was completed without delay. I didn't need to live without the window but for a few extra days. The windows look great (see photos). Quality windows. First class installation...they even added a slanted sill below the garden window. They also stand behind their work Great warranty though I doubt I'll need to call them back. And guess what, they don't do that kind of work so he referred me to someone who does. I was ready to do replacements of windows and doors. He walked away from that bid. "I'd rather be honest" he says. What a breath of fresh air. This coupled with the fact that they always come in lower than Anderson and American Vision windows is reason enough to get a bid from them. Their Better Business rating and years in the business is the reason why you should hire them.

Had I known before, I would have tried to give business. After reviewing your response, I went back and checked the security camera. You were clearly on your phone...not "unloading levels and measuring equipment." You were also blocking the driveway. My wife's request that you not block the driveway was reasonable. Your response to that request feels like an overreaction. Regardless, I agree that your company is clearly not the one I should work with. I'm sure other potential customers would feel the same. Your actions and words do not support your statement that you "treat every customer equally." I don't feel treated equally. I feel discriminated against.
