It did have a robust herbal flavor and a mouthwatering mix of lentils. My onion and chili naan was fresh and crisp. The chili soy chunk appetizer I ordered ended up being a bit excessive, but I was able to down the leftovers later. A tea that I asked for unsweetened had a strong cardamom note. I wouldn't suggest the average New Yorker that they need to head out here for Indian, but for those near the airport, the food is of enough quality that I wasn't disappointed.

As someone who makes this at home, I was impressed! * Lamb Korma: Delicious, tender, and full of depth. * Naan: A little thinner than usual but still tasty, especially paired with the curries. * Hot and Sour Soup: the in-laws finished their bowl. * Fish Curry: when my FIL ordered this we had a mini-panic that it wouldn't be fresh given the large menu and not apparent seafood focus -- bad fish ahead of a international flight seems worth avoiding at all costs -- but our server was quick and confident with her assertion the fish was fresh and I stood corrected!
