We live in a home that is less than 2 years old, but wanted to establish ourselves with a good HVAC company for future inspections and possible service. Air Strike AC and Heating was the first to respond to our request for inspection and had the least expensive service fee. They were highly rated on yelp. They were able to come out the next morning and review our system and as expected they really did not find anything wrong. The service technician, Mark made a couple of observations and suggestions that we took to heart and will apply to make our AC/Heating unit more efficient and clean. Frank, the supervisor called after the inspection to make sure that all went smoothly with Mark and the service. I really appreciated hearing from him! We will be using them again in Spring, 2024 to make sure that all is well with our AC unit before the Summer hot weather hits us again. Thanks guys! read more

Frank answered the phone at 8am and got my buisness's information and gave me a call back to let me know Mark would be there at 10am. Mark was on time and professional. He dedicated the time to make sure he didn't leave until our problem was fixed. He answered all of my questions and educated me as the facility manager on what he was looking at. Air Strike showed up on short notice when our AC went out. They explained our options diligently and gave us a great offer on a new system. We upgraded our entire unit for less than what we had been quoted in the past by other companies. They were fast and it was a great experience. read more

Terrible. You would not want to read all my complaints. Briefly they are as follows. 1. The owner is dishonest about the product he sells. We were directed to read about it on the official website. So we did and decided that we wanted that product. Instead, what we were sold was an inferior product with and additional extended warranty plan to more closely match the advertised product. The Liberty Program is very specific about the model and features of the condenser, compressor, coils, and furnace. For example, the program lists a Copeland compressor with a lifetime warranty. This is a quality compressor. The unit we received has some off-brand compressor with a 5 year warranty from the manufacturer. The work very unprofessional. Most of the work looks like DIY quality work. For example, they use mastic like its miracle glue. Gobs and blobs of mastic on the everything and dripping to the floor. This is cheaper and easier than replacing damaged duct board. We were told they would build a platform for the furnace. Instead it was placed on cinder blocks. The drain pipes were leaking onto the attic floor the first day. Had to call them back. The unit was blowing un-conditioned air after 12 hours. We had to call them back to fix the pressure levels...twice. The connection to the return collapsed after one day because so much mastic was used to cover damaged duct board. Reluctantly they admitted it was a bad idea and replaced the duct board. Unfortunately, it looks amateurish. They told us that a new return would be run to the ceiling of the dining room, to fix the return issue. Instead they opted to patch the existing return. We didn't seem to have any say in the issue. Many items were left undone, such as running flex duct to the garage and adding a sump pump. They leave trash laying around and try to hide it in dark places of the attic. After the first good rain, we discovered water damage because they did not seal the roof vent. We fixed this ourselves because we are done with them. The owner haggled us repeatedly for the remaining balance, even though the work was not complete. He says "He has to pay his workers." In the end, we took a hit on this. AirStrike made no effort to address our concerns over quality, nor have they ever followed through with completing the unfinished tasks. Do not use AirStrike. Their primary income is from apartment maintenance. They do not do the quality of work you would expect for a house. Finally, they are dishonest, and cannot be trusted. If you go with AirStrike, get EVERYTHING you expect in writing on the contract, and ask for specific model numbers and manufacturer warranties. read more

We had an AC leak late at night and contacted Air Strike AC & Heating. They responded within minutes and were able to schedule a visit for the early morning. Anthony arrived on time and was able to find and fix the leak that was difficult to locate. He was knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful. We'll call Air Strike again next time we need help with our AC. read more

Frank is a crook and Air Strike is a horrible company! He installed a new unit for my grandmother and 2 months later when a part had to be serviced Frank sent another company to do the repair. The other company was going to charge her to fix when the parts and labor were still under his warranty. We attempted to contact Frank and he even set an appointment to come fix it and never showed. We all attempted to call him because my grandmother had no ac or heat for 2 weeks (like 8 different members of our family) He would answer a new number each time but once he learned our numbers he would quit answering. Frank was very friendly and arrived quickly. It was Saturday afternoon and he was finished for the day when I called. My mom's AC was out and the warranty company wasn't going to be out until Monday. I called and Frank said, I'll be right over. Had her up and running in no time and it cost less than my deductible with the warranty company. I wish I could give him 10 Stars.
