We were at the new Apollo Burger in Lehi expecting it to be as good as the Orem location. We were sadly disappointed. We were the only ones there at 5:00 and when they brought our food we took bite of the burger and it wasn't even hot. The cheese in our Patty melt wasn't even melted. Just a couple of cold slabs of cheese. The fries were also cold and not cooked all the way. We took it back to the counter and they redid our order and it was done the same. Don't they know that Patty MELT means the cheese is melted? The fries might have been a tad bit warmer. We will never go back to this Apollo Burger. They deserve less than 1 star. Awful!!! read more

This was my first time visiting this location. After checking 3 other places that were super busy on a Saturday evening, we checked here and were happy to see no wait. It is good to know on a busy night we can eat here without it being too crowded. We tried the Utah burger and the Golden burger. My husband and I both preferred the Golden burger, but both were good. They were both large, full burgers. They gave us a large amount of fries per serving too. Overall, it was a good experience, and I plan to come back again. read more

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and one junior hamburger, 3 fries and one Dr. Pepper. Patiently repeated my (not complicated) order 4 times. Was forced to tip because their system wouldn't accept "no tip" at the drive thru. Asked for a receipt and did not get one. Arrived home to discover that I only had 2 of my 3 burgers. Called the restaurant, only to be told that was wrong and actually only ordered 2 junior hamburgers. One of my daughters gets a soda and none of the sodas has syrup, they all taste like soda water, the water is hot and distasteful. We sit down, all 6 of us, we're disgusted with the maintenance of the place, the floor is very very sticky, the tables and seats are filthy with previous peoples food, we had to clean the tables and seats ourselves. AFTER they saw us clean they did a half-as$ job of cleaning the other tables with the same rag for everything, and half of our kids were displeased with their burgers and sandwich. The bathrooms were as what you expected to look after you see the lobby. Will never come back. I worked with Hailey the manager. She started to ring us up and then she decided to sprint an 8x11 new pricing sheet and said that pricing had changed. I told her that, the advertised pricing was on the board. She didn't honor the advertised pricing. You don't display two different prices and and expect a customer to pay the higher. This is the filthiest restaurant. I usually don't come inside, but it ruined my opinion of coming here. If they can't keep the lobby clean, I'm not sure how clean the food is. I couldn't eat it. Apollo Burger is quickly becoming our default! Have yet to be disappointed. The restaurant is always clean, even the restrooms. Food is delicious. Ordered the Turkey Avocado sandwich and almost couldn't open wide enough to bite it. My wife orders her burger protein style and they are always accommodating. Service is friendly and down to earth. My lunch experience was definitely better than some of the previous reviews experiences. I assume it must be under new management since opening. Our order takers were quick and friendly. Our wait time was very reasonable. The food was nice and hot but nothing really special about the food. The wow factor and craving for the food for sure is missing. The staff was super friendly and nice. They helped us choose our entrees as this was our first time stopping by (just passing through town). The grilled ham and cheese sandwich was delicious and the pineapple milkshake was good. We did not enjoy the broiled chicken salad as it was really bland with few ingredients other than iceberg lettuce, chicken, and a few big chunks of Roma tomato. The portion of lettuce is huge compared with the chicken and we only received one small half filled portion cup of dressing. We felt that the sandwich and milkshake were a good value, but the salad just wasn't worth the price (unless you love iceberg lettuce). The restaurant was decorated nicely, but the floors were a total mess. There was salad dressing and big pieces of fallen food and garbage all over the floor of the dining area. I have been to other locations of Apollo burger. This location seems to be annoyed with taking your order or if you need anything extra (like a spoon or knifes). The customer service at this location is absolute trash. I pulled up at the drive thru and sat there for 30 min waiting for an employee. I'm not joking. 30 minutes just sitting there trapped can't go forward can't back out. Line of cars behind me and ONE car in front of me at the window waiting to pick up their order. I said "hello" multiple times to see if maybe I couldn't hear them or they didn't realize someone was there. The employees didn't even come on and say "so sorry for the wait" or "give us just a moment". After 30 min, they came on and said order when you're ready. No apology, nothing. No thank you. Don't order from here through DoorDash either. My dasher was there for an hour waiting on food. Don't waste your time and money. read more

We've eaten here many times and it is our preferred burger place compared to Smash Burger and JCW's. The service here is always delightful and my husband loves the Hawaiian burger and the Apollo burger. Their fry sauce is the best around and we will continue to go here because every time we have we are seriously impressed with the staff's positive happy attitudes.
