My experience with this store was by far the worst. I called customer care due to my speaker being busted on my iPhone 7 plus(apparently this happens often with the model phone i have). The rep told me that she would put in for me to get a replacement at no cost and scheduled me an appointment at this store. When i got There they basically told me that i would have to pay for an replacement and couldn't honor the code that was put in. The rep called the Apple store and they basically told her that i shouldn't have an exception since everyone else has been paying the warranty cost for an known issue that has been ongoing. They then told the rep that she can check another store to see if the would honor it and the store told her that they would have did it but because the store had already put on my case that they could not do it, other stores wouldn't either. I feel like Apple Is Apple and every one should be on the same page. A complete waste of time, gas, and energy. read more

This "support" site really is bad. Why can't Apple have at least one live person on the other end of a call after you have "communicated ' with two or three machines? Shows little regard for its customers. read more

I had to wait over a week and a half for their first available appointment time, and it was one that doesn't work with my schedule as I work evenings and it was their ONLY listed option. Had to bump it out an extra day to a time that better suited my schedule. I made my appointment for 12:50 and arrived (AFTER HAVING TO TRAVEL ONE HOUR TO THE STORE) at 10:15 only to be told they will NOT see me until my scheduled time and would not even check me in because it would "mess up their system." If I wasn't desperate to have my child's phone fixed and had ANY other place that could help me, I'd have left immediately. I am completely disappointed especially seeing so many employees walking around or standing and chatting. Im glad I'll be moving from the area soon and will no longer have to deal with this store for my Apple needs. #pissed read more

Apple Augusta is a relatively good Apple Store. They can get your issue fixed, usually better than what your carrier can. The issue is that the wait can be very long. They work by appointments here (they didn't used to) and sometimes it's hours before they can get you in. Once they finally do get you in, depending on what your issue is, it's usually another wait to have it fixed. So for example, I had many issues with my phone. Some software and hardware issues (none of which were my fault) and it took about an hour for them to see me on this particular visit. Once I came back at my appointment time, it took about 30 mins for the tech to figure out all the issues. It then cost me $168 to have the issue (which wasn't my fault) fixed. (Apple in general is so overpriced in my opinion but oh well, I like the software) they told me it would be an hour an a half before it would be fixed so if I wanted to walk around the mall or do something for an hour an a half, it would be ready then. So I did, and when I came back 1.5 hours later, it was ready on time. I wish that everything wasn't so god awful expensive to repair here. Especially considering how much their devices already cost... $700 is how much my phone cost. In my opinion, after putting that much out on a phone, repairs that are Their companies software and hardwares fault should be covered in the price of the phone. But they aren't. And the wait can be crazy. Be sure to make an appointment and don't have any immediate plans because it's possible you'll be here a while. On the other hand, the customer service is spot on and the employees here are usually very helpful once you're able to get in and talk to one. read more

I am not impressed with the service in this store. Those are not customer service representatives, they are cool friends hanging out. I have been there four times within the last two years, and I have always walked out frustrated with customer service. I am tempted to replace all my apply products just because of this. read more

Beware this store upgraded two of our phones without checking ID. I wanted to discuss the phone that they activated for me earlier in the day and event though I could supply need security verification the person I was speaking to would not help me with "my new phones" Seems very odd protect yourself and your personal information when you go to this store. read more

I wish their was a no star option! Made appointment to replace my battery under the legal settlement. They were very nice as always,but as always they never have a solution. Waited 2 hours to get the replacement, was told 3 times it was almost complete, after 2 hours they told me that screen needed replacement and they couldn't do the upgrade. But they could if I spent 170.00 to replace my glass. What a scam!!! I'll just live the battery. read more

Worst service ever. Came in to get my iPad repaired. They tell me it will be an hour and I'll receive a text when it is close to being my turn. They have 10 employees standing around doing nothing. Why can't you just drop off your item for repair and come back and get it. read more

I understand 85% smartphone user are iPhone but the wait time for this location is terrible. I got an appointment at 4:15. I get a text from them at 2:00 to come in. Been waiting since 4:30 see someone. During that time people are trying to sell me stuff that I don't want. Just get the phone fix. The wait is stupid if expect more than 60 people in the store at the same time. Hire more people and tech. read more

I read a lot of negative reviews about this store that had me worried. I went in yesterday for a scheduled appointment to get my screen repaired. They got my phone in and had it completed within an hour. They were all friendly and knowledgeable. The price was what I had expected and reasonable, especially in comparison to other repair places. read more

I would NOT recommend buying Beats by Dre from ANYWHERE. They will send you to this place and this place is a total joke. I'm gonna write a comment everyday and let everyone know how this place SCREWED me over. I got the wireless beats for Father's Day last year. So today's date would make it 1 year and a couple of weeks exactly. The headphones quit working today so I thought I could call up there and they would understand. NOT SO MUCH. They wanted me to pay 100 dollars, PLUS SHIPPING to have them sent off. The damn things cost 180 last year when my wife got them. That means I would be spending almost 300 dollars for some EAR BUDS... NAHHH, not gonna happen. I just want everybody to read this and spread the word. If you buy something from bestbuy, MAKE SURE you read the fine print and don't get screwed like I did. That was my gift I got on my first ever Father's Day.
