We decided to come again, for old times sake, even though it's a ways away from us... It was Just as awesome as we remembered! So friendly! The food is super yummy. Big portions. If this was closer to me, I'd visit more! The menu is massive, which seems strange when you can get Greek, Mexican, American foods all in the same place. But, I get the feeling that the menu has been what it is for a long time and that most of what you'd order here will be decently good! The portions won't let you go hungry and the price tag is totally bearable! My meal had meats, hash, eggs, and a massive "side" of pancakes all for a reasonable price of $12 - see pics! We planned to take a tour at Hammond's Candy factory and Yelp led us to this place for a quick brunch before the tour. It's located a block away from Hammond's Candy so it's really convenient. This is a quaint country cafe. The owners are Greek so there are some Greek items on the menu in addition to the usual comfort foods. The homemade mashed potatoes and gravy really made the liver outstanding (not my order). It also came with a nice side salad made with good old fashioned iceberg lettuce. The ham and cheese omelette was so big I couldn't finish it (this was my order). It also came with a large portion of home style potatoes and french toast! Yum!!! The service in this place was stellar and everyone was friendly. I would definitely make it a point to stop here before or after the Hammond's Candy factory tour. read more
