This visit was smooth and seamless. I ordered a new phone online and got a time for pick up. The store was packed and there were lines and both sides. The lines went quick and were organized. I needed to grab a case as well, they had to get one in the back and they gladly got one for me and in a timely fashion. While I was in line I had the opportunity to observe two 5-minute training sessions on how to use the camera and video features on the new iPhones. I had a pretty darn good experience at this store. Major problems with my phone and I was really worried. You check in and then probably have to come back depending on your wait time. They at first said 1-1.5 hours but then as I was talking it went down to 30 mins. I did some walking around the mall and came back. I waited a little longer than what was quoted, but no problem at all! Must be impossible to know exactly when the next tech is up to help. I ended up having to reboot my phone. It did work from the laptop so the phone went into "the back" -- whatever is back there I'll never know but it came out of there with a successful reboot. The one thing that Apple should do is allow customers to access their password manager websites while there. The staff gave me a phone, which I could not access my password manager from, and then after that a laptop, which also wasn't accessible. I think they have stuff on such lockdown they've made it impossible. But, Apple people, when customers are in there with problems going on with their device, they can't access their pw manager to get to their Apple passwords. And best practice to use a pw manager for the hundreds of places we need passwords -- so let there be at least one laptop customers can use to log in, please!!! I was able to convince another customer to let me use her laptop for 2 mins while I quickly grabbed my pw from the site I needed to access (after another customer wouldn't let me use his, lol, thanks bud -- good karma coming your way!). I interacted with at least 4 different staff members while there and they were all super nice! (the one guy hovering around the perimeter in a dark blue shirt picking his nose was off-putting though, yuck dude, take a bathroom break). I'm sure there are peak hours here, but just plan for that or go eat/shop in the area. There's lots to choose from until you can get your appointment. I would have been totally stuck without this place so I appreciate it!! read more

Friendly service got in and out fairly quickly. Despite the iPhone being released yesterday- we were out pretty quickly. I'd say it's commend making an appointment there before hand if possible. I've been here a handful of times over the last couple of weeks for purchases, service appointments, etc. The store of course looks nice aesthetically, but I have found it to be pretty disorganized -- it is not clear where to go when you first walk in. Since there isn't much organization (like a queue), it can also be awkward trying to figure out who to talk to and when. The employees have been fine for the most part, but since employees are somewhat floating around, it can be hard to get 1:1 attention. The store itself is huge and clean. There are a lot of products to look at/handle. Most of the staff in the front room were very helpful and kind. However, when it came to the middle room where they did Apple Vision Pro demos, the staff were less than helpful. We stood in there for a good while to ask how to demo the product and no one acknowledged us. My husband finally asked someone up front and she explained that we had to use the ipads to make an appointment and then walk back into the room when it was our time. Okay, easy enough as they had an appointment in the next 15 minutes. Once it was our turn, we went in, sat on the couches and got stared at by employees while they cleaned up the most recent demo and said NOTHING. Never asked us if we were there for the test or if we needed anything. Finally 15 minutes after our appointment time, we walked out and asked someone else and they didn't offer any apologies and seemed clueless. Told us to sit in the weird uncomfortable chairs and wait for someone. Finally, someone showed up who was pretty nice and did a good job showing us the product. He made the experience slightly better, the apple vision pro is pretty awesome. The customer service overall definitely needs some work though. read more

This Apple store is absolutely beautiful and the largest one in Colorado. It is nice to go in there to see the new products, take classes on how to use new products/software, and visit the Genius Bar for any fixes that may need to be performed. Plus, the view from the Genius Bar out to Cherry Creek is awesome. I've had delays on my appointments and did not mind because of the awesome views. Sneaky, sneaky! Tip: Make sure to schedule an appointment to visit the Genius Bar. I am not sure if they do take walk-ins but the store has always been busy when I have gone and appointments are readily available. read more

Amazing new Apple Store! It's like a Disneyland for adults. I ordered a new Apple Watch for my wife's birthday for pickup at this location and wow was I impressed. The design is beautiful and the display of their myriad of products is designed like artwork. Every product is there to look at and try out. The customer service was phenomenal as well. I had my code ready to go when i arrived, showed it to the customer service rep at the door and sent to the product pickup area. Even through the store was packed with customers they brought my wife's watch out within minutes. I spent another 45 minutes there checking out all of the different products on display. It's an Apple store just like all the others. I'm an Apple user, iPhone 12 Max, iPad 12 Pro and Macbook M1 16 inch. The wife has the iPhone 12 Max, iPad 12 Pro, Apple Watch and Macbook Pro M1 13 inch. The house has Apple TVs on multiple televisions. So there's not much we need from an Apple Store. She wanted a new watch band. Pretty simple. Of course, they didn't have any in stock of the item she wanted. We can order it and send it to your home was the pitch. We are on vacation and the band she has is broken. I love the sales guy, buy anyone and we have a 14 day return policy. Return it when you get home and buy the one you wanted then. I didn't know if he was under pressure for sales or trying to be helpful. We decided to just wait. Besides there is no sales tax in Portland. On February 17, 2026 I had a 2:45 PM appointment to get a battery replacement for my iPhone 15 Max. I checked in and arrived at the store at 2:45 PM. They ran a diagnostic on my phone and then told me they would replace it by 5:55 PM after walking around in the mall and then sitting down for the next couple of hours in a recliner, I came back to the store about 5:45 PM. I arrived and talked to one of the check-in technicians and they told me that the phone wasn't quite ready yet so I told them that I would just wait inside the store for the phone when it's ready, for the next 40 minutes, I didn't get my phone technician after technician walked past me and act as if I wasn't even there they paid me no attention during that whole process until finally I was able to talk to someone and they told me the whole time that my phone was ready and that I sat there for 40 minutes for nothing in addition to the three hours that it took for me waiting inside the mall. The technicians didn't care nobody apologized. Nobody acted as if they cared that. I sat there and nobody talk to me about anything. Nobody informed me about anything. I'll never come back to Apple for any service. read more

Attn: Head Store Supervisor - I need to share a very unsettling experience we have had throughout various dates at the Cherry Creek Apple Store. I have added supporting documentation, case numbers and details throughout this email. My 18 year old son is starting the exciting adventure to college this summer and he has been saving up for his first MacBook Air to bring with him. We knew we had a choice on where to purchase his computer. We chose Cherry Creek Apple based on prestige and sales associate knowledge. On July 18th we worked with a wonderful sales associate to purchase a 15 inch MacBook Air for $1,399. Although we did not open the box in the store, as I never have with any of my Mac purchases, we waited until we were home. When my son first opened the box and turned the computer on the screen was pixilated and damaged. This was evident before he even had an option to shut it himself or even set it up. By that time the store was closed and we were already back home. The next morning I sent my son to drive back down - another 2.5+ round trip - to exchange the defective computer. Upon arriving back at the store an associate "Mike" (brown hair, average height, around 30s) worked with my son on the return. He blatantly used age discrimination against my 18 year old and told him HE damaged the computer and needed to PAY $100 Apple Care deductible to fix the screen, which was sold to us like this. I firmly believe had an adult been there he would not have treated my son like someone who was "trying to work the system" and return a product HE damaged as soon as it was taken out of the box. He hadn't even gotten past opening it up! After Mike told my son he must have damaged it "because computers don't get damaged in boxes" he sold my son another computer and ANOTHER Apple Care plan. Mike told my son to pay for the repair, purchase the new computer, drive back down to pick up the repaired computer and then he could return it. In what world does this make any sense?? I spoke with Mike on the phone to try to understand his return rationality. I respectfully explained this was sold to us not 18 hours ago like this and that had I purchased from another store, such as Best Buy, we would not be having these issues and be able to exchange.Condescendingly Mike responded, "Well I don't know, I don't work for Best Buy." He accused my son of the damage and this was "store policy" to use Apple Care to repair. We needed the computer for college orientation so we purchased the other computer to use while completely tainting the whole exciting college laptop experience. On 7/19, immediately after the store experience of obvious age discrimination and policy abuse, I spent over 3 hours on the phone with Apple Customer Care explaining the situation. I was told by a senior supervisor, Travis, that this was not the policy and should not have been handled in this manner. He filed a complaint against the store as well as gave me a case number. On 7/24 we drove another 2.5 hours roundtrip to pick up the repaired computer just to be met with Mike again. He seemed rushed, condescending, annoyed. He retrieved the repaired brand new computer, charged us $100 plus tax, and then as annoyed as he could project on us returned the computer. He said he couldn't return the Apple Care but "Maybe Travis could". He was talking about the senior supervisor I spoke with. I told Mike that the senior advisor I spoke with said this was not supposed to have been handled this way to which Mike replied, "Well I doubt Travis has ever touched a computer in his job." This is YOUR sales associate mocking a senior supervisor for Apple Corporate. At this point I was so angry at the whole experience we returned BOTH computers! Rather than just exchanging the original defective computer the store now had two used MacBook Air computers returned, an angry customer, a special experience ruined, 5+ hours of me on the phone with Apple Customer Care, 7+ hours of travel back and forth from Fort Collins. read more

I just had the worst apple customer service experience I've ever had in all my 15+ years as an apple customer. The Genius Bar guy was slow and unattentive but the manager was off the charts rude condescending and just flat out not helpful. It was almost like he wanted to start an argument as he raised his voice at me, We ended up exchanging choice words and he told me he would no longer service my phone and I needed to leave the store. I reported the incident to apple. For reference steer clear of "John (short fat baldish white guy) and Mach (tall mixed looking guy with pink and black braids and shaved sides )" that's what they said their names were the refused to give last names and when I ask for corporate info he told me I could just call 1800APPLE.... I always get a pompous vibe when I walk into this store. Advisors usually make you feel stupid and suggest obvious fixes that you already have tried online. I have been denied service for a new Apple Watch that was overheating during charging. The watch died 12 months later and had to fight with Apple Support to get the watch under warranty since the store would not take the watch back. Just recently, they had to restore my iPhone 16 ProMax due to failed cellular service. I was told my texts, contacts, and photos had been backed up, but come to find after the restore, everything had been deleted for the past year and half. Apple wants to sell you expensive phones and cloud data with little interest in cell service and ensuring proper person-to-person customer service. Bummed since it used to be so different, especially at this store. read more

I was told that I had to wait two (2) hours to change out the incorrect cord that was sold to me by a Apple sales person when I purchased a laptop on March 29, 2025, from another Apple store. 2 hours just to change out a cord, without an appointment. Service at Cherry Creek used to be excellent, but after Covid, the general population came back with a much lower IQ - or so it seems. They could run things a bit better. I felt like I was talking with customer service from a fast food restaurant. He even hung up on me. I'm getting my laptop fixed, it's $800 to fix a laptop that costed me $3000 less than two years ago. Everything's wrong now the display, the battery, the camera. With not apparent reason. I'm sure everyone can feel my frustration. You don't expect a laptop that cost $3000 not to make it to 2 years. Before going to the store, I was in the phone with two different people from customer service trying to fix what was wrong to the weird colors that my screen was showing. The first one, didn't even know what "Big Sur" is. Big Sur is the most advanced operating system by apple. I don't expect everybody to know this. But I do expect the apple employee who is "helping me " to know it. After that, I asked to speak with someone else, because clearly this person knew less than me. The second person I talked with, "helped" me for two days, or I would rather say wasted my time for two days. We have to follow all this steps that apple recommend before sending my laptop in. This girl made me follow all this steps for TWO DAYS because some of them took hours, even over night and then the girl didn't even call back. She didn't finish what she started. When I call again, other person from customer service wanted to make me follow the steps all over again. WHAT!!!! I mentioned these experiences to 3 different people in the apple store at Cherry creek and all they have to say was " I'm sorry to hear about your experience, we understand how frustrated you are. Ok so about the laptop, blablabla " They have those calls recorded. But Apple is showing they care so little about what their customers think. I think the right thing to do for them is at least say they're going to listen to those calls to make sure what happened and do something about it. But no, they DON'T CARE. So, when I was on the phone with Jon Gluck (the manager at the Cherry creek Apple store) he was very rude the whole time and at the end, to reforce his rudeness, he hung up on me. Hellooo?? I stopped in on Saturday afternoon to have mu original iPod factory reset. It wasn't being recognized by my PC at home as an iPod anymore (it was showing as an unknown external drive) to refresh my music. I am pretty sure it was the oldest item they've worked on in a long time. After a few tries, they were able to reset it and suggested I may need a new cord because often times that is the issue. My boyfriend and I came in today for an appointment for him to get his Face ID fixed under warranty. Our appointment was at 11:40am and there was minimal wait time and the appointment was quick and helpful, Tommy was great. The problem came up once they gave us our pick up time. We were told to come to pick up his phone at 2:25. We figured since it was only a 2 hour wait once the phone was taken we'd walk around and then come back. We came back at 2:25 and were told to wait 5 min and that the phone would be out shortly. We asked 10 minutes later and they told us it would be another 5. We waited another 10 minutes and were told it would be another 8. We ended up waiting over an hour. We asked to speak to a manager to rectify the situation since the both of us had just wasted half our day at the mall. They offered a free screen protector to my boyfriend and he asked if they could comp two since him and I are loyal Apple customers and the wait had affected the both of us. The manager said he would ask Joey (his boss) if that could be done and Joey said he could only rectify the situation for my boyfriend since it was his appointment. This surprised us because when we were at Chick Fil A a couple months ago, for example, they forgot our order and we ended up waiting for half an hour. A manager came up to us and gave both me and my boyfriend free meal vouchers for the wait/mistake...not just my boyfriend who paid for the order. If you look at the individuals in a typical Apple store, 80% + aren't there alone. To end my review, it should be a positive experience for anyone who comes in the store not just the person who made an appointment. Poor customer service, nobody even came up to acknowledge me and update on wait time. My husband and I came in here twice to try to fix his laptop's keyboard (the butterfly keyboard issue). We generally had a good experience. Many keys on his laptop were sticking and not working, including the all important space bar. This has been an ongoing problem with the MacBook Pro generally and not specific to his laptop. My husband initially took the low impact approach of taking apart the machine and cleaning the keys because he had not done a back up in a week. When that didn't effectively solve the problem, we came in for a second appointment. The repair associate took his information and explained the risks (data loss, etc.) We explained that we would be out of the Denver area for about two weeks, and needed to pick it up at a later date once complete. They made a note to the file, or so we thought. After 5 days, the Apple store contacted my husband to say that it was ready and that we would need to pick it up within three days, notwithstanding us explaining that we would be out of town. When my husband attempted to contact them to ensure that we could pick it up several days later (as had been discussed), he was on hold for twenty minutes. They should have more people answering the phone to address routine matters that cannot be addressed online. We picked up the laptop without a problem and the issue seems to now be fixed. He also asked about an issue with his new iPhone and it too now appears to be resolved. Overall, a generally good experience but taking off a star for the long hold time and needing to make a call to confirm that we could pick up the laptop on the date we had previously discussed. read more

Apple just knows what they're doing. I ordered an Apple Watch Series 7 for my husband yesterday and I chose wrong. Wrong band, wrong color watch. So we made an appointment for an exchange at Apple today and the experience could NOT have been better. I'm terrible because I forgot the name of the specialist who was helping us, but she was a delight! She was more than happy to help us and answer all our questions, size him for the right band, show us all the color options, and spend all the time necessary to get him set up with the product that made him happy. We had fun shopping and she just made the experience over-the-top great and we left with smiles on our faces. Apple sets the bar for customer service. Thank you so much! Absolutely the worst customer service possible. First person had an immediate attitude when I asked him when the next version of the IPad Pro was to come out. He claimed he had no idea and Apple never tells employees anything. He the said IOS 17 was coming out sometime soon. I then asked what might change with that re,ease. Again, Apple never tells employees anything. I responded by saying some of which I wanted to know has been released online and also by Apple online. I then said I would like another sales person , to which he made some comments which shouldn't be repeated here. As he walks the new person over he decides to fill her in on our interaction when I said I can handle the history. Again he makes an asinine comment. I ask her the same questions I ask him and get told that whatever the last person said was all she knew. She then, assuming I was ready to make a purchase, which I was prior to walking in, begins using her point of sale device to take an order, with an attitude. I stopped the process and walked out. Bottom line, I drove to Park Meadows, got all of the answers I was looking for, got treated like a person, and I bought a new IPad. I've been to this store several times, it is a high volume store and when possible, I try to make an appointment. I came in because I dropped my iPad on the floor and it was still under Apple Care. I was frustrated that I was waiting to be seen, despite having an appointment. I was also on a work deadline and felt especially crunched for time. After voicing my frustration with one of the Apple's staff, Hunter, he went to find a manager. The manager was working with someone which meant more of a wait. Hunter was extremely patient, thoughtful and helpful. He ended up assisting me himself and got me out of the store in about 5 min.
