Friendly service got in and out fairly quickly. Despite the iPhone being released yesterday- we were out pretty quickly. I'd say it's commend making an appointment there before hand if possible. The layout is pretty interesting and feels like you're at a high end retailer- perhaps more like Rimova boutique with some nice naturey undertones.

Amazing new Apple Store! It's like a Disneyland for adults. I ordered a new Apple Watch for my wife's birthday for pickup at this location and wow was I impressed. The design is beautiful and the display of their myriad of products is designed like artwork. Every product is there to look at and try out. The customer service was phenomenal as well. I had my code ready to go when i arrived, showed it to the customer service rep at the door and sent to the product pickup area. Even through the store was packed with customers they brought my wife's watch out within minutes. I spent another 45 minutes there checking out all of the different products on display. Great store, great experience!

I am spoiled by my hometown Apple store in San Francisco....that is sort of the mothership. This iteration is still nice. I had to return a 24 imac and the process was easy and seamless. The person that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable and helped with a glitch. Typical minimalist design as they all are.

It's an Apple store just like all the others. I'm an Apple user, iPhone 12 Max, iPad 12 Pro and Macbook M1 16 inch. The wife has the iPhone 12 Max, iPad 12 Pro, Apple Watch and Macbook Pro M1 13 inch. The house has Apple TVs on multiple televisions. So there's not much we need from an Apple Store. She wanted a new watch band. Pretty simple. Of course, they didn't have any in stock of the item she wanted. We can order it and send it to your home was the pitch. We are on vacation and the band she has is broken. I love the sales guy, buy anyone and we have a 14 day return policy. Return it when you get home and buy the one you wanted then. I didn't know if he was under pressure for sales or trying to be helpful. We decided to just wait. Besides there is no sales tax in Portland. I will be glad to see the supply chain get back to normal soon.

I just had the worst apple customer service experience I've ever had in all my 15+ years as an apple customer. The Genius Bar guy was slow and unattentive but the manager was off the charts rude condescending and just flat out not helpful. It was almost like he wanted to start an argument as he raised his voice at me, We ended up exchanging choice words and he told me he would no longer service my phone and I needed to leave the store. I reported the incident to apple. For reference steer clear of "John (short fat baldish white guy) and Mach (tall mixed looking guy with pink and black braids and shaved sides )" that's what they said their names were the refused to give last names and when I ask for corporate info he told me I could just call 1800APPLE.... LETS BE CLEAR I've had great service from apple until this. It's super disappointing.

My appointment confirmation, so you know I'm not lying.

Great service but never got my receipt in the iCloud mail as was promised by the associate. Had to call Apple support to send me one.

I love Apple products. I'm very brand loyal, but the shopping experience in the stores could not be any more horrible or inefficient.

Apple store at Cherry Creek mall was very quick, hassle free & efficient at fixing the screen on my phone for free.

Best Buy's customer service is broken at the corporate level. I bought a microwave, opened the box at home, and saw that the unit was damaged and couldn't be used. When I tried to call the local store to see if they had an undamaged one in stock, I was told by a bot that there was no way to contact the store - I'd have to back to the store in person to get my question answered - a huge waste of my time. Last week, I brought my laptop for a repair. The techs said it couldn't be fixed, so I bought an ASUS laptop and asked for a data transfer to the ASUS. At the time of the sale (Sunday) I was told that if I didn't like the ASUS, I could bring it back; my laptop wouldn't be wiped right away. When I tried to contact the store on Monday to ask them not to wipe the data, I got a bot, who connected me to an agent, who said she would contact the store, ask them not to wipe the data, and Best Buy would call me on Monday. On Tuesday, I hadn't heard back, so I called again, got a bot, got transferred to an online chat agent, who said there was no way to contact the store - the bot couldn't contact the store, the agent couldn't contact the store - I had to drive to the store to get my problem resolved. A tech giant can't connect a human being to another human being at a physical store. No phone, no email, no texting. My laptop is my work computer - if I lost data I couldn't do my job. I drove to the store, asked for my laptop to ensure that the data hadn't been wiped, and was told the laptop was gone, that in order for them to keep my laptop I was supposed to fill out a form (that I didn't know to ask for) and that I needed to prove to them I had lost data in the transfer. Which I couldn't do because they lost my laptop. I returned the ASUS and replaced it with an LG. I asked for a price adjustment for the second laptop given that they had been impossible to contact, that I was given inaccurate information about whether my laptop info would be wiped, and that it took two days and I then had to drive to the store to talk to someone about a problem they created. The manager said he could give me $50, and that he'd ask his manager, Riley. When I talked to Riley, I asked for a reasonable discount - $200. Riley said he understood my frustration but he'd have to ask his manager for anything over $50. When I said I'd express my frustration on social media, Riley (who was a large beefy guy, I weigh 108 lbs.) said: "You're trying to strongarm me" into giving me a discount. I asked him to name a number for the discount - he said he had to contact his manager. Riley called me twice over the Labor Day weekend but didn't leave a message indicating that he'd give me a discount. I called this morning (Tues) and left a message: "Riley, I'm picking up my new laptop - please give me a number for the discount." Riley didn't call me back, and wasn't in the store when I arrived to pick up my LG. I asked to speak to Riley's boss, and he said he'd give me another $100, and that I'd have to go to corporate if I wanted a bigger discount. I pointed out that in the 2nd quarter of this fiscal year alone, Best Buy made $9.07 billion dollars in revenue. That sales were up 4.3% over last year. And that Best Buy's gross domestic profit rate is 24%. All of the techs I worked with were professional and dedicated. Best Buy the corporation makes it impossible to contact a store for assistance. That's ridiculous. And Best Buy local management hides behind "we can't do anything because corporate won't let us." As a longtime customer I am no longer willing to put up with "hide behind corporate" excuses.
