We have rented from several other companies and have never experienced anything comparable. Their response has done little more than reinforce my original review. Still a nightmare of a company. Company provides poor communication until they want something from you. We left our rental spotless and they still took out over $400 for cleaning fees. Anytime we called to get info their answer was basically we have other customer so we will get to it when we get to it. There are a million other incidents but overall stay away!

We were close to having our landscaping company build it. I'm really glad we brought in a specialist instead. Mark came out, measured both areas, picked the one he thought worked best, showed me the design, and asked what I wanted. I told him: tough, hard to play, something that simulates real golf. That's what we got. Letting Mark design it the way he thought was best was the right call. The customer service was incredible. The pool company had left the drain area unfinished, so Mark drove to Lowe's, picked up a drain cover, and came back to finish it himself. He even updated where the irrigation should run to make it a fun, usable four-hole green. That level of attention to detail, not just letting things slide, was consistent throughout. We also had them install artificial turf in the other area. With young kids, Mark thought about details I wouldn't have, making sure it was soft underfoot and wouldn't get too hot. He really listened. He came back a week later for a walk-through and cleaned up the edges to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. The price was very reasonable for what we got, and the end product is so much fun. The green is tricky. You have to get the pace and angle right. I'm pretty sure one of the holes is impossible, but maybe that's just my golf game. So glad we brought in a specialist. The work from Mark and the team has been amazing

To start, they are completely ineffective at dealing with pest problems; the asphalt is in bad shape, and the common areas are so poorly maintained that they're disgusting to be near. The apartment finishes are in terrible condition, and they slap you with abusive, arbitrary fines. On top of that, when your lease ends--even if you leave early--they'll try to charge you for extra days just because they feel like it. Living here is absolute hell on earth. You also have to be constantly on guard within the complex; even if your car is parked in a valid, unrestricted spot--not a covered space--they'll tow it and force you to pay over $300 because they have a lucrative racket going with the towing company.

It was a newly renovated apartment that made it more appealing than the photos on their website. The only thing that isnt too good is the toilet and the thermostat since its outdated, but thats not important. The residents can be messy when it comes to their trash (furniture) they throw out by the big trash cans. But nonethless, so far i am pleased with it!
