Time flew by so fast because of these sweet people. The atmosphere is chill and laid back. And the lady doing my nails kept checking up on me, asking if the nails looked good for me. Got a mani-pedi here (no gel) and while I loved how my toes turned out (done by Tammy), my nails were horrendous (done by Tiffany). They were SO messy and done perfunctorily. I told the lady I did not like my nails and asked her to just remove the color. I told her I would still pay for the manicure, but you could tell she was still pissed-- she called someone on the phone and started talking very loudly in Vietnamese. She slapped on some clear polish and there were so many pieces of cotton stuck to my nails. At that point, I felt it was pointless to say anything else and just left. Honestly, I am paying for the service and if I don't like how it's being done, I should feel comfortable enough to bring it up. And it's not like I was being extra picky or anything, but there's a certain basic standard I expect. read more

I called for an appointment on Sunday requested the owner Jessica, when arrived she came out of the back not sure if she was tired , was so rude yes how can I help you! As I proceed to explain that I was trying to grow my nails she explained derm gel or not sure all the names she said , no patience rude and a tone! I now said I drove all the way to Cerritos from Whittier for this . She then started to argue and rudely walked away from helping me without excusing herself or did she apologize for leaving me half way done . The other client was upset the tech cut her nails to short she scolded the techs I. Her language and argued with the lady okay okay sorry kept cutting her off in such a rude way when returning with me this is how she left my nails mind you my first time and she knew it they are thick small and lumpy. Definitely not thin all have different thickness! Definitely worst service I received she looks sick and tired of what she does maybe she should take some time off or hire to not be so up tight and grumpy. She also quoted me 55 then said 65.00 when paying i still tip her 5 dlls when I shouldn't have ... your paying for a service lady not free.. won't return don't want the attitude thank you! read more

Not exactly sure how this place has 4 stars but noooooo way!!!! I'm only giving this place one star because I have to but they also took me super last minute, so whatever. The guy had no idea what he was doing. Before he started, I was clear about how thin and narrow I want my nails, yelp didn't get it - I got bulky and messy. He used WAY too much liquid so my acrylic was EVERYWHERE. Also a hair from the brush got brushed into the acrylic on my thumb and he left it there!!! It's in the pictures I added. No thank you. So crusty and gross - I was so over it I didn't even let him polish my nails. I was so done. UPDATE: It hasn't even been 24 hours and my nails are already lifting. Oh Jessica Jessica Jessica .... I'm sad to say but this is one of those places that doesn't do well under pressure /rush hour. 6/15/22 Arrived at 6:15pm, it's now 7:15 pm, still waiting . Definitely our fault for picking the end of the workday to try to get our nails done. The manager Jessica was rude and obviously flustered with all the clients. We asked to sit together for our pedicures and Jessica said not possible. There's no reason for this. There's plenty of open pedicure chairs , but they refused to let us sit together. Tough time to get nails done, which is understandable, but Jessica's tone and the customer service were terrible. I doubt they do a good enough job to warrant the attitude and wait. read more

For a couple years now, I have taken my mom there for pedicures, instead of the Pediotrist because..., and she deserves the kindness and caring focus they provide. They pay attention to the smallest details and even the Basic Pedicure feels luxurious. I always schedule the appointment and they are always ready for us as soon as we walk in. I've been coming here consistently for about 4-5 months now and have had a different nail technician each time. I have never been disappointed! They are all so nice and friendly, my nails always turn out amazing and last until I come in again. I always get gel builder and I have never had a nail break, chip, or lift. I have gone 5 weeks before getting a fill, but usually come in after 3. I'll never get acrylic or dip again, I feel like my nails tolerate the gel builder better and they last so much longer. I will also note that the last time I was there I had to wait a little bit past my appointment time because a customer before me bumped her nail. No big deal, I was still looking at colors and drinking my coffee. My nail technician was so sweet and kept apologizing even though I told her that I completely understand and it was no bother, they're always so nice and do an amazing job. At the end of the service she still gave me a couple dollars off since I had to wait. Completely unexpected and unnecessary but also very thoughtful. read more

Walked in around 4:30PM and they were pretty busy so I had to wait for about 30 mins which wasn't too bad. I usually get my nails done by Vivian but she was not here today so got it done by Sophia. Visited the salon for the first time and they were so disrespectful. During my service I was considering coming back to the salon for full mani/pedi but the treatment I experienced would however warrant me to not return nor refer future customers. Came in for a quick service to get my gel polish removed. The business seems to think that this service is not worth their time. After my service the women (who were not even servicing me) were complaining to each other in Vietnamese (assuming I would not understand). I took my card out to pay and the man told me that they did not take card (what kind of salon doesn't accept cards in 2023?). I went to get cash from my car and only had a $50 bill. They charged me $10 for removal and they gave me a $20 and two $10s as change. I asked to exchange one of the $10s so that I can tip them despite what they said about me and they continued to speak and complain to each other when I asked for change. I will not recommend anyone to come to this nail salon. read more

I came in for the first time (my mom does Pilates next door) and asked for a design, which I rarely do. All of the women who helped me were so kind and helped me figure out what I wanted/how to make it work for the length of my nails. They did not rush me and I had a wonderful time during my appointment! The nails turned out exactly how I wanted and I love them so much! I will definitely be back. The gel manicure with design (all hand painted) ended up at about $50 which is much more affordable than other salons I've been to. read more

My girlfriend went to get her nails done here last week... Her nails started to lift and fall off as if they hadn't been glued on at all after two days of having them on. Ladies there spent half the time talking to each other (not in English) throwing dirty looks around at her and all other customers. I get nails are expensive almost anywhere you go but at least do a decent job. I'd rather take her somewhere that will charge twice what this place did if it meant better service and work. Let's begin by saying I've been here to get my nails done about 3 times and my nails always come out nice. Today we went I had Hai that did my manicure and did a great job as well as the person that did my pedicure and my daughters pedicure..... but today was the first time we had the owner Jessica to do my daughters pedicure and she COMPLETELY ruined it for my daughter and I the atmosphere at the nail shop. She was completely rude, 0 customer service, she was annoyed with everything and everyone, & was completely rushed even though there was only 4 people in the nail shop which included my daughter and I. I would have given a 4 star review but she turned it into a 1 star review. Jessica is a horrible owner. There are many places in Cerritos to get your nails done. Trust me go somewhere else save yourself the headache. We go and get our nails done to relax and do some self care with Jessica the owner you will come out stressed and upset. read more

Amazing service! With Reasonable pricing, it's a lovely place. I got a set of acrylics for $45

I procrastinated on getting my nails done before going on vacation. I walked on and was told it would be a little wait for a mani-pedi. I waited 15-20 mins and got the pedicure started. It was $32 dollars for what was recommended, it included a 5 mins massage, and paraffin. Which you can do without really. The massage was not even a massage. Nails came out good, but after 6 days they started chipping off. Nails I got a French manicure dipped. The left pointer finger lifted after day 5 and I was charged 48.50. They take anyone that walks in even at 5 mins before closing. Don't let them tell you it's only a 15-20 min wait. I seen a lady wait over 1 hr before they started her service. Also they reuse their mail files and do not sanitize their equipment. They spray it with alcohol instead. read more

I would never come back.They said it would be a 5-10 min wait. IT WASN'T. It was like 45-60 mins before we all got seated. It was 1 adult manicure/pedicure and 1 adult manicure with 3 kiddos (just polish. ) I was running late so I asked if I could go first. They actually saw me last, maybe because I was just a manicure. The kiddos got polish with flowers (without asking first) which came out to close do to $25/ kid for a polish with flowers that chipped as soon as we left. Frustrating. read more
