I always go to Natalie. She does a consistently good job. She is gentle and asks me what I want and does not try to convince or talk me into something I don't want. She is kind and not pushy. The establishment is always tidy. The only thing that is a drawback for me is the price. I think $55 is a bit pricey for a manicure. I got this thing called chrome on top of my color. It adds an iridescent shine and tonality to the color. It's $15.00 for a little powder that's brushed on the nail after the color is cured then clear on top. Maybe this is the going rate for manicures these days. I really am out of the mail spa game. All in all, my experience was good. Lastly, I discovered you build up points with each service. If i could leave no star i would ! I went here for a birthday set early February and I'm currently dealing with the consequences. Basically they laid my gel thin on over my real nails and now MY nail is cracked and coming off . Not to mention they told me one price when i got there and charged another once the service was completed . When i spoke with a manager they faked as though they were giving me the price they'd originally told me but slickly charged me they're set price . Oh and they messed up my eyebrows on my birthday . My first time here and it won't be my last. I called because I had went to my usual nail shop and they told me they had a wait time. I know I came in with 5 pedicures but there was only about 3 people in the chairs . But anywho I called apple nails and they said they could take us with no wait time. I risked because I felt maybe they were just saying they could , but I stand corrected they took us right in a kept us together in a room off to the side. And to make it even better I had my 1 yo with me and Sam was very patient and understanding when doing my nails. Definitely a large volume salon but unfortunately in that they lose sight of good customer service. In the period my husband and I were in to get pedicures, I essentially went through 3 nail techs. And I feel bad for the nail techs they are rushed to get done with their clients and move onto the next one so quickly. So the poor tech was being pulled in so many directions. Then I still had to ask her to remove the dead skin from heels. Since when is that not included in a pedicure service? They may need to downsize the space and refocus on better quality, prices and service. read more

I called this morning and scheduled our appointment for 3:00 this afternoon. I was honestly shocked they had openings since it was a holiday weekend, but as soon as we arrived, we were taken to our seats. My mom started out with a mani and SNS. I opted for one of the new pedicures that included the lemon slices. My mom mentioned wanting to come back tomorrow for the same pedicure after seeing all the fun things I was getting. But her nail tech said she could go ahead and get it today even though she didn't book one ahead. we were both pleasantly surprised and satisfied with our service from start to finish! I'm 36 weeks pregnant and my feet are starting to feel the soreness and this pedicure was every bit as relaxing and refreshing as I'd hoped for!! we will definitely be back for another girls day! I've had vivian & tiffany both do my nails. highly recommend them. i've been keeping it simple but you'd be surprised at how hard it is to do simple short square nails. they make my nails beautiful every time. my feet have also been gorgeous as well. for the pedicure I think I pay a reasonable price, $28 for a basic (soak,sugar scrub, & a minty leg massage & callous removal) & $18 more because I get shellac. my nails however are really pricey, $35 for a refill!? I can only imagine how much a full set is either way, it's a beautiful setting & the women are nice/skilled & they have plenty of color options. the price won't keep me away but the lady at the front desk might.. kinda rude .. read more

I went to get a manicure and pedicure well what I thought was going to be a manicure. I originally wanted gel and they suggested dip powder. The staff said it looks natural and talked it up. Got the dip powder which ended up looking very chunky and thick. My nails look like I pressed jelly beans on them. The dip powder was $50 and they did not even cut my cuticles nothing. When the staff member was filing my nails he filed the nail away on the sides where their was no dip on it which he should've made sure was fully covered and not do a quick fix. The dip powder was also on my cuticles that I had to fix myself. Overall extremely displeased with my nails and the file shape. Definitely would not recommend to anyone. read more

I walked in with a picture reference and asked if they were able to do it. She said yes without even looking at me and told me to sign in. Im assuming she was the owner, because she was very well dressed. When I was doing my nails I showed them the photo and they said they didn't know how to do it and didn't even have the equipment. (I wanted marble nails with a gold line sticker). I asked for thin nails and I got nails that were so thick they didn't even scratch. It was not worth 60+ dollars. My only thing is my nails look different shapes from hand to hand, they don't look the same. I have been a frequent customer for over a year and I was very displeased with my service. I came in on a Tuesday and it was not busy at all. I could not understand why the Technician was in such a rush. She filed my mail so hard that the file went into my skin on the side of my nail and left a deep cut that began to bleed. Not only was I cut but I was also left with nail filing dust on my fingers after completion. When I spoke with the manager, my complaint was interrupted with saying, "I can give you 10% discount." What bothers me is the fact that I was not fully heard and a "resolution" was provided. $5 off of crappy service will not stop me from writing this review. I have no issue paying for good service and today that did not happen. I was also suppose to get my toes polished and my eyebrows waxed but after not receiving any re-assurance that I would not get cut again, I decided to leave and go elsewhere. I had continuously passed this place and finally decided to check it out. They had only been open for 6 weeks. First off, it's a beautifully designed nail spa! It's very spacious without the super crowded feel. The service was great and everything was very clean! Everyone was very kind and helpful in giving me exactly what I asked for. The classic pedicure felt like a deluxe pedicure. Vivian was excellent at getting my coffin shape and chrome nails perfect! The pricing was pretty normal so definitely no problem there. HONEST REVIEW: I had been looking for a new nail shop in the area as I recently relocated. The first nail shop I went to I was not pleased with so I decided to look for another shop to remove and replace my full set. I literally found Apple Nails Lounge I'm the middle of the night while browsing online realizing that I pass by the shop every day on my way home. So I scheduled an appointment online for 9am. I showed up for the appointment at 8:50am but ultimately ended up waiting until about 10am for the shop to open up even though the sign stated they open at 9:30am. Needless to say I was a bit perturbed and had contemplated just going back to the original place I had went to BUT I am so glad I did not! I was immediately greeted and apologized to for the delay. It was explained to me that the best way to schedule is by phone due to the fact that it is a better way to secure the appointment at this time and that the shop does not open until 9:30. I was taken back immediately to Tiffany who I scheduled with. She was very attentive and extremely knowledgeable and helpful in choosing color and technique. She looked at the picture I brought in and advised which color powder would match more closely and when I chose a completely different color she helped me choose a color I loved! She took her time and stopped to allow me to check her work. She was also very concerned with my comfort which meant a lot. I would definitely recommend this nail salon. It is absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, the staff is professional and kind. Definitely my go to spot...ask for Tiffany when you go in. You will not be disappointed! read more

New building and furniture inside but I think this place is hit or miss. I had a good experience first time with a different tech, but today was a big fail! How to discribe it...Let's just say it's not a good feeling to get my skin be roughly pulled out and cuticles be removed on dry until he cut piece of my skin off! Rubbed in alcohol without communication...untill I decided that's was enough and left. Now my nails are demaged and finger is bleeding. They still charged me for this just so you know...but that's ok I guess. Honestly, overall this place is just not a good service. You can find something much better. So i called the next day because i knew they had a policy where they fix them for free . I called and they told me i could come in the between a week time frame since we got our nails done and they would do them for free . When we got to the salon They told us that it was almost a week and they would have to charge us full price which is so unfair . When they finally agreed since i kept saying that i talked to somebody here . They told us that she had to get them with the diamonds but my mom didn't want the diamonds since she was afraid they would fall again .
