Tammy's ability to acquaint herself with the aesthetics of her work provides a level of comfort that most do not offer. From ensuring my nails are shaped to perfection to ensuring I understand aftercare. I've been coming to her for six months; she is the real deal. She did my lashes for the first time two weeks ago; they are beautiful. I've gone on vacation and swam. I work out and have a day and night skincare routine, and my lashes are still full. If I'm a walk in, it's usually just ok. I had a shellac manicure last Thursday, which took over an hour. It normally only takes 30 min. The shop is beautiful. I was promptly greeted and asked what I wanted. Everyone was nice. It was FREEZING cold in there. So so cold. All the techs had winter coats on. WHY DO TECHS PUT THE POWDER AND GEL OVER THE CUTICLE?!? Why???? I don't understand! Three days in, my nails are lifting. I had to reshape/file them because they were different uneven shapes. My thumbs are waaaay shorter and one nail tip was put on crooked. I have several cuts from a new nail file and constant sawing on my skin. It wasn't until I got home and washed my hands that they started burning. It also took 2 hours for a full set. I went on Sunday, August 4th on my birthday to get a pedicure. Granted, I did get the lowest service, no person should be paying over $35 for a pedicure and still walk out with dead skin on your feet. That is the absolute basic service that should be correctly provided. Personally, I am a person who has never gotten the callous remover used on my feet due to my feet never needing it. The day after leaving the shop, I noticed how rough my feet still were at the bottom. I had been pretty busy with traveling so I reached out to them on 8/8 because I was quite irritated with the fact that O just got my feet done and I am waking up with rough feet daily. I called and was told since I got the basic pedicure, they could only offer a discounted service with my next visit. let me add, I went there because I received a text message for a discounted birthday service and I never received a discount with this service, even after informing them that it was my birthday. I did get the birthday song. I have pictures that I would love to upload. my feet should not look like this and them not correcting it, I will not go back. read more

Oh btw there was no other time slot with this tech. I believe they did this because I didn't like the last tech they put me off on. She did such a bad job. My nails began coming off after a week. I got gel done on my nails YESTERDAY and it's already peeling up, less than 24hrs later. She flooded my cuticles and rushed. It's been a while since I'd gotten my nails done and she was super helpful in explaining what the differences are between powder, gel, etc etc and about the options that would last longer. This helped me in being able to make my own decision about what I wanted. I did not feel pressured at all to pick the most expensive option or something that "lasts long," which I didn't need it to since I don't get my nails done often. each pic is a different nail, each one was super bumpy and uneven. I didn't take a pic of all my nails side by side but the shape was diff for basically every one. And when getting them done I had originally asked for a diff design with a diff color but While talking to the lady at the front who was walking around checking on guests Vi decided to use the color she preferred. They were honestly very friendly but they were obviously over booked, which not only meant that there were a lot of people in the building, but the work seemed like it was done kind of quickly and sloppily which surprised me because I got them done with Vi who had the best reviews. I always go to Natalie. She does a consistently good job. She is gentle and asks me what I want and does not try to convince or talk me into something I don't want. She is kind and not pushy. The establishment is always tidy. The only thing that is a drawback for me is the price. I think $55 is a bit pricey for a manicure. I got this thing called chrome on top of my color. It adds an iridescent shine and tonality to the color. It's $15.00 for a little powder that's brushed on the nail after the color is cured then clear on top. Maybe this is the going rate for manicures these days. I really am out of the mail spa game. All in all, my experience was good. Lastly, I discovered you build up points with each service.
