Under no circumstances, should you use Apple plumbing. They did not perform over half of the agreed-upon job, but they still demanded full payment. The service technician was surly and rude. Spoke to me like I was an idiot (maybe I am but you don't need to talk to me that way regardless) And when I spoke to the main office on Greenway....now I understand why they have such surly employees because it comes from the top. All in all very poor experience, the company takes no responsibility and you have been warned. I have been putting this review off for a long time. Because it's time consuming. I will never ever use Apple Plumbing again! On July 27, 2015, they fixed a water leak on my back patio. Leaking at copper tee connection. They replaced all copper fittings. On April 14, 2018 there was a leak on my back patio and they had to cut into the stucco to repair it. Same location that had been fixed in 2015. Then last February, I come back from a vacation and find water leaking on my patio, same location that they had previously repaired. Of course, it was out of warranty. They came over, gave me an estimate and tried selling me something I didn't need. I had Pinks Plumbing come out to do the repair, their estimate was much more reasonable. They had to cut into the stucco again and repair the same area that Apple had repaired in 2018. The plumber told me that Apple had taped the pipes together. If I had seen that before my plumber had removed the tape, I would have taken a photo of it. I purchased a water heater from Apple on July 30, 2019. On June 13, 2025, I woke up to a flood in my garage. One of the flex lines on top of the water heater broke, they were cheap. Pinks Plumbing replaced them with better ones. I had to have a renovation company come in to dry my walls in the garage and 3 rooms in my house. Cost me $3,000. I will never ever use Apple Plumbing, they have cost me too much money! read more

Yesterday 3/27/25 I spoke with a very pleasant woman who told me the cost to pull the toilet and unclog the drain would be $349. I asked how much I would save if I pulled and reset the toilet myself - she wouldn't answer and said that they would give an estimate when onsite. I approved service the next day, Plumber arrived on time and told me that the basic charge was the $349 so I wasted my time pulling the toilet. Then I asked if they would replace the angle valve for the $349 since they were already here and we live in the boonies. Nope, they wanted something like an additional $169 to replace the valve so I sent him away. He just walked away without saying good by. Went online and someone will be here in a few hours to unclog the drain for $250. All that would have been avoided if the women would have just said the basic charge to come out was the $349 - what a waste of their time and mine. read more

The woman who answered the phone was super nice and transparent about their schedule up front. They decided to try to squeeze me in for that afternoon, with a promise to call me later in the day for a status update if I needed to be rescheduled for the next day. I got a call back as promised with an update which was very appreciated! They were able to make it out that afternoon within the promised timeframe and I received a text about 20 minutes before the technician arrived. He took a look at the leak and then went over pricing on the fix. He was hard working and very efficient! After he was done, we settled up and I went on with my weekend. Did he do a okay job? Yes! Do we feel ripped off that he charged $250 an hour , definitely. I'm thinking it was $250 an hour because he never gave my wife an itemized bill and all he did was screw in a flange , replace valve & wax ring. Three days later we were emailed the bill which wasn't itemized. The new toilet was already put together just waiting to be installed. Crooks. Stay away. Called them based on their reviews and explained my leak that I could visually see. They quoted me $180 for a service and assured me they can handle the job. Technician arrived and refused to even look at the job without precision findings even though the leak was obvious to a amateur homeowner like me. They took my $180 like crooks and just left. When I scheduled them to come to my house I asked about a military discount and said yes they have that and the plumber will let me know. The plumber arrived and I showed him the two toilets I had already purchased and he looked at the areas and came back and said $500 for everything. Damon was called out to repair a broken spigot. I was attempting to take a hose off the spigot. It resulted in a broken pipe. The challenge was getting access to the pipe to repair it. It seemed the access would be removing bricks or getting access under the kitchen sink. Damon was able to fix the pipe without tearing up the area under the sink or removing any bricks. He did a great job. The spigot was replaced and looks better than before. I am so happy my neighbor recommended Apple. We learned about Apple Plumbing from positive reviews on Nextdoor and used them to repair a toilet (replaced the flushing mechanism) about six months ago, which I thought was expensive but done correctly and quickly. Recently we were questioning the efficiency of our on-demand water heater installed 3 years ago by a different plumber (it was taking a long time for the water to get hot at one of the furthest faucets, which they had installed a navicerc device to assist with this) so we called them out to check their work and they installed a new navicerc unit but it didn't really resolve the issue. We also had this other plumber check out an issue with a shower valve not properly mixing the temperature and they identified it as a bad cartridge that they could change out but would need to do at another time when they had the part, so I scheduled it with them but the plumber had to cancel due to a personal appointment. Since the navicerc replacement didn't solve the other issue, we decided to call Apple Plumbing to look at the shower valve. Brandon was able to identify the issue and replace the cartridge and solve that issue (which was what the other plumber said it needed). I also asked Brandon if he could look into the issue with the on-demand water heater, he immediately identified that there was an option to configure the plumbing at the heater to recirculate the water, which was not something the original installer identified at the original installation or when they installed a new navicerc unit that didn't solve anything. I scheduled the work with Apple Plumbing and this solved the issue of the water taking a long time to get hot at the furthest faucet from the water heater. In addition to having confidence that Apple Plumbing knows their business, they are well organized, great communication, they wear shoe covers in the house, are respectful of property, and overall operate professionally. Even though they seem to be on the higher end of the cost spectrum, it is worth it to have confidence they're doing what is necessary and doing it right. read more

I had a dishwasher plumbing issue scheduled for Sat 11-1. No one called or showed and then I called at 3 and they said they mixed me up with another customer and now couldn't make it out. I advised stayed home all day and they said they couldn't do anything until Monday now. I asked how they would make this up to me since I had used their company 4-5 times already and spent over $1000 over the last year. They said no to a free service call on Monday or even half off due to inconveniencing me. I thought that was a reasonable request. I had a leak in my garbage disposal on a Friday evening. I had to make a trip on Sunday and wouldn't be back until Monday night. I didn't get a chance to call Apple Plumbing until after 5:00 pm on a Friday night. Lo and behold someone answered the phone. I got an appointment set up for Tuesday to have the leak repaired, but then I found out that I had to take another trip on Tuesday. I called Apple Plumbing and asked them if we could change the appointment and they did it for me and a plumber showed up on Wednesday. By that time our garbage disposal wasn't working so we had to have it replaced which also fixed the leak. The price of the repair/installation was great, as always.
