No matter the experience of the product I have always walked away in a better mood, very safe environment for learning about the new next top notch products and the brand newest Mac table desktop computer's in the future and stuff!

Was in Seattle on vacation and my phone broke so I set up an appointment on the same day to get it tested. When I first came my phone get tested at the bar. The worker who helped me was so knowledgeable and kind. He tested out my phone with a few tests to see if it would be able to be rebooted. When nothing worked, he helped refer me to a sales associate. The sales associate was also so helpful, he informed me about the different phone options and the different price options. He put no pressure on me to purchase anything, which I really appreciated! Here are some pictures I took in Seattle with my new phone!!

Disclaimer: I did not make a purchase. Service appeared to be good. Multiple people asked if we needed help while we were browsing. This store is a destination - it's stunning. The architecture is so beautiful I had to look it up to see if articles had been written about it. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, it's also spacious when looking at products and laid out well. They even offer classes right in the middle of the floor. The inside-outside vibe is so awesome. If you're in the area and like to look at pretty things you need to stop in here.

Lots of Apple Watch straps on display, practically none in boxes for purchase. Lots of stuff hanging around doing nothing.

For whatever reason, the last couple times I've been there they've just been complete scumbags. One guy sold me a phone, and the deal was structured all wrong, sold me a phone under some wierd improvised deal that I can't even remember now. And I tried to bring the phone back the next day, knowing that there is some sort of law that you have 2 weeks to bring back a phone. They wouldn't take it and blamed it on the way the wierd deal was structured. Because I never had problems there before that, I didn't look at the paperwork or anything to check if everything was honest. Cut to yesterday, i thought I lose my phone, I go in, and first asked if they could call my phone, the guy there said, "unfortunately, we can't". Then, knowing I need a new phone anyways, i started perusing the cheaper phones there. I found one I could afford, this guy goes in the back and comes back and tells me the only ones they have are twice the price of the ones I was looking at. I just left. A negative review won't change that, this is the kind of issue that comes from whoever is running the store. Don't go here, there are other tmobiles that although I haven't been to, have to be better than this.

Now the reason this review isn't 4 or 5 stars is because COMMUNICATION seems to be an issue aside from my device being there for over a month in waiting for a battery "that worked" & the internal connector or such to be fixed. The timing wasn't so much an issue as the lack of communication was. It's like I would like to at some point have an answer or my device back after a month. Because if you've got back ups or are absent minded, then they'll keep your stuff for a long time if you forget it's there. Otherwise, communication in actually calling & giving updates would be good instead of wondering if your device is just sitting there or is being used as a paper weight.....

When I arrived, there was a sign on the door that said "due to a water leak the location is closed and to please call a phone number". I called the number multiple times but nobody picked up. I made another appointment at their Seattle location and drove over. There, it seemed like making an appointment doesn't make any difference in their process. I asked for a quote on the repair, and they told me I need to pay a $70 diagnostic fee for them to give a quote. I understand that my personal diagnosis may be incorrect but I don't understand why asking for the cost of a specific repair requiring a specific part can't be answered straight up without a "diagnostic fee" extortion. I ended up leaving the place and will be tackling the repair myself. The cherry ontop was that when I explained my poor experience at their Bellevue location, the gentleman at the counter told me this was outside his control.
