That's a huge perk for me since I'm a millennial and hate talking on the phone. :) i had many options to choose from to book a service appt- even on the weekend. So i chose 11am on a Saturday. I was greeted by a super friendly attendant who fixed my problem in less than a minute! He even showed me how to do it in case it happens again in the future. He was so kind and friendly! I believe his name was either Donald or Ronald. I was on my way in minutes. 10/10 experience.

Booked a 5:30 oil change. Brought car in. Waited 1.5 hours for an oil change. Car did not go in…read moreuntil around 6:45 pm. Oil change took around 20 minutes. Left dealership at 7:10 pm. They told me they had a technician call out. Why have us arrive at 5:30 if you know you're behind on booked appointments? Nice people but clearly disorganized. I will not be coming back. Jiffy lube has me in and out in 20-30. And they do walk-ins...
