Finally they reopened last Saturday!!!! I also was one of the first customers as a local Apple fan to this store to experience the grand reopening after a summer of renovations. The Vision Pro demo couches, big skylights and the video wall from the first renovation may be gone, but a refreshed design to this store is much better to our local Apple community. I also had a chance to meet with Apple executive Vanessa Trigub vice president of retail at the door as I high fived and greeted the employees after I temporarily went to Brea mall store during summer break when this location was closed. I also got to meet corporate including Órladh Seddon of Retail Merchandising Ops from Apple Los Angeles in this grand reopening. Plus new faces and the ones I rly remember seeing before the remodelling- specialists Jay, BT, Pete and Tim, and manager Christina as the procession of customers made their way through this comeback opening. I also was the first few people to sit in the new Genius Bar! It's much wider and bigger than the old one before a video wall took it down in 2018- and did my Apple Watch Series 6 battery replacement there. Plus spoke to an iPhone 17 pro user on the Genius Bar that was also the first one to check it out on her iPhone boot looping issues and also the store feels more wider given that they took down the old countertops of wood and the metal walls for stone walls. All of the Apple associates were friendly and hard working. This place is horrible! As a business owner, I have no idea how this place is still in business, luckily, they are getting shut down. over 30 CSR, and less than half are helping people out. They other half are either shooting the sh*t, or shaking hands by making that loud clapping sound! Update: the included photo was taken AFTER my phone's camera had been internally repaired by another shop (not Apple) just a few days later. As you can see, my phone still has the small chip in the screen that Christina and her minions claimed would absolutely result in my screen being cracked during repair. Great environment, parking is a bit of a hassle, but plenty towards the backside of the store at the cost of a short 5 minute walk. I was able to walk in and get a staff member to help with the trade in process immediately. Within 5 minutes I was able to buy the new phone, and at their designated set up station, I was able to transfer all my data from my old phone in the next 20 minutes. Don't buy any cases or screen protectors here, not worth the money and quality. You are better off getting those at another store! read more

This is the worst Apple Store I've ever experienced. Not only do the staff not care to help you, even their current "genius" staff have no basic knowledge and need to be retrained. On top of that, all their current staff at this store will do anything to help you, despite owning a 2 Macbooks, a new Macbook Air and a 27 inch iMac pro. On top of that I have an apple watch, headphones and three iphones including the new iPhone 17 pro and despite paying for apple care not a single employee cared to help. I spend about 30k per year on apple devices but the utter poor experience I've had at this store leaves me with no option but to never buy another apple device. Since the late 80s when I purchased a Macintosh SE I always stayed with apple. But congrats Apple Victoria Gardens your staff are so poorly trained unless you disband this horrible group of employees I will never purchase another apple product. She was an angel with the patience of God and she fixed an issue I was having with my brand-new iPhone that had me so frustrated and upset I was almost willing to disconnect with Apple completely!! I will never purchase another apple product ever again. This location helped well setting me up with unlocking my newly purchased apple IPhone SE 3rd Generation. The corporation that unlocks phones which is Apple Corp rejected me 3 times even when I did exactly what they said to unlock it like showing the receipt with the IMEI number on the receipt 3 times and they still reject me. I called in the customer service by phone spoke with their supervisor who told me to write the IMEI NUMBER on the purchase reciept and Apple refuses to unlock it anyways. I give up and I'll never go near zn Apple product again. I suggest you stay away from Apple since they don't care that you spend your hard earned money to buy their products just for them to refuse unlocking it so you can use it. I have been calling the store ask for manager to get some information about the detailed diagnosis of my laptop. I called once and waited for nearly 10 minutes, and the store hung up. I called a second time and waited another 10 minutes, and was hung up on again. I called a third time, waited another 10 minutes, and was hung up on again. I had to call again, instead ask for manger as option , I choose different option and finally someone answered. Then the person led me to somewhere else. Why the Apple Store management has this attitude to paying customers ? . This store' entire attitude and service were horrible. The customer is 2.6 rating. That grade is a big "F." I came in for a battery change. They did diagnostics and told me I was good to go, but they did not have the part. I came in a second time after they said they have the part. Only to be told I needed to be updated all the way before they can do a simple battery change. I was not told about needing to be updated the first time I was there. I don't have the space for a 23GB iOS26.5 update. And I can't just delete stuff right then and there. Someone screwed up or lied to me. A one hour drive one way, twice, for both times, just for a simple battery change that never happened. I will heavily consider buy Samsung from now on. Went to the store to purchase a phone. There was Lot of associates there. It seemed they are there to socialize amongst themselves instead of helping the customers. I got to witness when who I think was a manager asking two associates to get to work. They shined him off and continued their conversation. I honestly believe the store was loud because of the employees not the customers. We finally walked up to an employee to ask for assistance. He was in a hurry to get us out of his way. He even asked us why did we want a new phone when the one we were going to purchase was the same as my broken phone. We would have left but we needed the phone. We asked if he could help us to transfer the phone info he said no, that is something that my cell provider has to do. We left, but came back to look at the prices of some accessories that we needed. This time around an employee came up to us asked if he could help us, he was very polite and helpful. He asked us how did we like our phone. We told him we had not set it up as of yet. He asked why didn't you ask the associate that sold it to you to do it. He could have done that for you. It just shows there are people that know what work is and there are some that don't want to work. Our experience there was not the greatest. Shout out to Brenda for making birthday dinner wishes come true! They have an everything you need for your Apple product addiction. The Apple products here last for years. Our first desk top we purchased here in 2011 and we still have it in 2024. My iPad from 2013 still works (though it won't update to the latest software anymore) was one of my most favorite Apple products I've ever owned. My Apple watch 3 was amazing until I just updated my phone and I need to upgrade to a newer model watch. The ear buds are wonderful and I am still getting used to how to use them. I just received them for Christmas. And the Apple tags are a wonderful addition to any apple lovers items. With all the years of coming to this store, it's always nice to have what we need available with great staff. I've never had an issue they couldn't solve or assist with. The prices are high but for the products available I feel valid when I do spend money here because it will last if cared for. read more

I brought my phone in to get a new battery. They replaced the battery but my screen came back super scratched and damaged. I've had a screen protector on since I bought the phone. I just replaced the screen protector too and it looked pristine under the protector. They said they had to remove the screen protector to fix the phone and they obviously did not take very good care of my screen. I just left the store, and my MacBook Pro had a loose-up arrow key - Zach at the Genius Bar took it and got that handled. He also asked me if I had seen the new Apple Vision, and I answered no, but it sounded cool. So, without me knowing, he had the foresight to set me up with a demo. I was alerted about the demo by text, and at first, I thought I was geofenced. While I waited for the demo, Anthony welcomed me and asked me if I had any questions. We spoke about a Mophie charger that I ended up purchasing from him. Just then, Zach showed up with a fixed laptop and confirmed that he had made my appointment with Tim for the Apple Vision demo. Tim did an excellent job explaining how to tap and move the screens, apps, etc.; the demo was one of the best product demos I have ever seen. If you can, request, Tim, when you choose to participate in the Apple Vision demonstration. The three gentlemen above, Zach (genius bar), Anthony (sales), and Tim (apple vision), are fantastic.
