Texas Roadhouse Yahooo 5 stars because the staff is super friendly. The honey French dressing is da bomb. The steaks are done just they way you request them. The wait staff kept checking back with me to see if I needed anything. The manager also stopped by to see if everything was good. Even got an extra free bag of peanuts on the way out.

Management parks in carry out spots.

I don't understand why this place is always busy. Inferior cuts of beef, tough and chewy. The Mac and cheese is a joke and an uncharge. The service is robotic and insincere. The management team is horrible. Young, inexperienced and no sense of customer service. The seating is awkward, uncomfortable and crowded. It attracts the lower level employees and management.

Have been coming to this location for over 10 years now. Pretty solid location. It is a very popular restaurant in the area, so be prepared to wait for over an hour, unless you're smart and join the online waitlist (still be prepared to wait). There is very limited waiting area, as in it gets so busy that there's never any seats or spots available to wait at for your table. But the staff does move pretty quick, and they're good at keeping on top of the list. It is always crazy hectic here, and kinda overwhelming. But this is typical for any Texas roadhouse. Overall, I don't have any complaints about this location minus how busy they are, and the very limited parking. Menu is always consistent and solid, and they have a large drink menu. Bar is fully stocked and they even have large sizes. Food is always delicious and as expected.

Ok I love coming here. I've always been very honest. I always say and will say again and every time I come here - THE BEST SALAD AND SALMON. I know there have been several servers I've liked and disliked. BRANDI is sooooo Awesome. I would love to sit in her section always. She is hilarious and polite. If someone treats my mom respectfully they have my respect. Now for the food. Mom and the guys loved their steaks. Moms veggies were undercooked, carrots and broccoli. Everything else perfect. The only big letdown was the girl that seated us. Don't know her name but I'm not a fan of people rolling their eyes at me when I ask a question. Just sayin. I still recommend you come here soon and often. You won

Came here yesterday for the very first time! I would like to go back sometime in the future. Excited because this is the first review since my last two where I had a really good experience overall. First off, The bread and butter was absolutely delicious! (As most people know, but I didn't!) I was told they are always crowded and I can definitely understand why. Thankfully we were a group of 6 but didn't need a reservation and got seated very quickly. Our server was Carter and he was great! He checked in frequently and our food got to us pretty fast. He got all our food adjustments correct as well as our bill. You get free peanuts which is pretty cool, and you can pick your cut of meat near the front once you come in if you're getting steak. I paid $30 total including tip and I got the beef tips which came with mushrooms and onions (not a fan of cooked mushrooms but I'll keep that in mind for the next time if I get the same thing.) and I picked seasoned rice and paid an extra $1.45 for a loaded baked potato that was absolutely delicious!! The beef was delicious too, I got it cooked medium rare. For dessert i got the brownie with ice cream and that was delicious. Overall no real complaints. We found parking pretty easily and it was a great atmosphere and good food! This is probably a silly tip, but if you are vegan/vegetarian, there are things you can get here just limited. My mom is vegetarian and she ordered the Veg plate.

    To Go meal, as received.
 Rugged again.

Lots of great choices on the menu & wonderful daily specials. We love this restaurant so much that we hosted a baby shower may of 2026 in one of their upstairs private rooms. The event planner was great to work. She had wonderful suggestions on menu & set up. We chose a brunch buffet & added some of their appetizers & fresh fruit. We had rave reviews from all who attended on the venue, staff & food. We will continue to dine here and would highly recommend the space upstairs for private events. We made reservations as we know it gets rather busy. Reservations are highly suggested for Friday / Saturday nights. Large parking area outback the whole is packed full, which is generally a good sign in a restaurant. We arrived and we're promptly seated and our waiter arrived to take our drink order shortly thereafter. I had a desert bloom and Bestie had a sangria, rum punch concoction. Desert bloom was delicious. Nice change for a margarita. For apps, I had the French onion soup, which was absolutely delicious perfectly caramelized, onions, nice baguette plenty of cheese. Topped with a crispy onion broth was flavorful. She had the burrata which was a meal in it of itself came in a large salad plate with dressed leaves and strawberries, and a side of crusty bread. For means I got the cioppino and she had the angel hair with shrimp. The cioppino came with a wonderful large slice of grilled bread with an Uni butter, which was absolutely delicious. The broth of that stew was absolutely AMAZING. So rich and flavorful I could've died on that alone. It was full of seafood..... crab, claws, shrimp mussels, fish it was more than enough for two meals. Crab claws were great. The one thing I didn't like. I expected crab claws, and even muscles in the shell. But the tails on the shrimp is frustrating for me, in any dish like that, but I survived lol. Bestie was smarter than me and asked if the shrimp and her dish came with tails on, they did. She then asked if they would remove the tails which the waiter said yes they would so she requested and they obliged. Even though we were stuffed, we want to try some dessert. She had the dark side of the moon cake, and I had the Greek Panna cotta. Both were absolutely delicious. The cake was rich chocolatey just everything you would expect from an overindulge dessert. The Panna cotta was absolutely the perfect ending to the meal. It was covered with a sour cherries and small almond cookies - wonderful, flavor profile - worked so well together. Service was friendly. Price point was amazing. My meal with a drink before tip was $58. For the quality and amount of food I had and considering the giant bowl of seafood stew it was a great value. First post is on our regular rotation for Friday night dinners I haven't tried their brunch. But if you haven't tried The First Post and are looking for something not necessarily upscale, but also not of the Chili's Applebee's vein, consider giving them a try out in East York.

You see, back in 17th century England, private houses would open their homes to the public and sell food and beer. Hence, public house. Over time, they dropped the "lic house" and just called them pubs. Because you never dropped the "lic house" makes me think that you haven't evolved like you should have. And frankly, your food is proof. In fact, it even made me nostalgic. But not in the way you might think. You see, I loved making fun food concoctions when I was a kid. My sister and I would watch this corny show called "Zoom" on Maryland public television, where the kid hosts would make recipes sent in from all over the country. We'd make homemade peanut butter cups using Jif and semisweet chocolate chips. Or weird sandwich combinations like pickles and potato chips and cheese and jelly. The seafood egg rolls weren't the worst part of my meal, but they were definitely sophomoric--as if a kid chef-in-training was asked to whip something up from Chinese food leftovers. Seafood should never taste fishy, yet these did. One bite hit me like something that had been sitting a little too long above the waterline. Not to mention, they were laying on a greasy glob of some mayonnaise accompaniment disguised as a fancy garnish you'd see on MasterChef. One word: Ick. The ahi tacos. Oh boy. My mind fills with seawater the moment I think of them because they tasted as if they had been fished right out of the ocean and then placed on my plate. They were wet. Soaked. Drenched. The gelatinous seaweed clump on each taco wasn't culinary-forward, just unappetizing. I took one bite and wished I could spit it back out, but I reluctantly swallowed it. My esophagus is now aquaphobic thanks to you. The moment the coconut jasmine rice hit my mouth, my tastebuds took the red eye to the coconut tree haven of the Maldives. Normally, this wouldn't be a bad thing, but the rice and coconut had no cohesion. It tasted like my younger self dumping a handful of shredded coconut--the sweetened kind my mom kept in the pantry for the wool on her Easter-shaped lamb cake--into a cup of microwaveable rice. The only redeeming aspect of our meal was your kind, charismatic waiter. He was lovely in every way--attentive, sweet, and helpful. He would have been an incredible host on "Zoom." If only his personality made the food taste better. For your sake, I hope you learn to evolve your kitchen's offerings beyond the amateurish trio I experienced. If not, your restaurant's bones may end up fossilized alongside every other place that couldn't adapt.

We paid to park right next to the restaurant - approx $8 for 2 hours. We had reservations and would suggest same for anyone having dinner. Wait staff was great. Was knowledgeable about the menu. Could talk about the dishes giving information based on her actually tasting the dishes - which we appreciate. They were attentive but not annoying. Didn't get a pic of our appetizer - deep fried brie- two wedges served with apricot jelly, pistachio dust and dressed leaves. It was so delicious. Crispy outside with melty cheesy goodness inside. Paired with the jelly and leaves it was absolutely delicious. Perfect appetizer. Our drink were great. The amethyst daiquiri was definitely rum forward but the flavors of the butterfly pea flower syrup, lemongrass infused pisco and lemon juice created this wonderfully crisp drink. The lavender dream was equally refreshing. I'm not a huge fan of the taste of lavender but the combination of faber vanilla vodka, lavender simple, lemon juice, and ginger beer created a refreshing well balanced cocktail. Our mains were delicious. My NY strip was a medium rare. It was so delicious. The steak did have gristled ends on one entire side which wasn't appetizing but otherwise was a good cut. The shrimp were wonderful. Just a subtle pinch of red pepper to add heat but it did not overpower the sweetness of the shrimp. The cafe de paris butter was rich and flavorful. Combine with the arugula salad it was divine. The jalapeño mopping bread was a dense cornbread like addition but honestly it was out of place in the flavor profile of the rest of the meal - a rustic, crusty bread would have been better in my opinion. Bestie had the Seared Duck Breast with a black pudding croquette, charred bok choy, and blackberry chambord reduction. Was her first time having duck. She absolutely enjoyed it. The black pudding croquette was delicious and rich. She really enjoyed the dish and the flavor combinations. The strawberry pavlova was huge. The meringue was deliciously delicate and paired beautifully with the strawberries and fresh whipped cream. Bestie also had a caramel affogato. She said it was very deliciously. She actually dipped some of the meringue into it and said it was very tasty. Lol. They do have a bar area with seating . There is an outdoor seating area as well. We opted for inside knowing how busy N. George St. is around rush-hour with the street noise. But it was a lovely night out and there were many couples outside. The lighting in the restaurant was perfect wasn't too dim, but wasn't harsh and bright. Service was timed perfectly. Overall, it was a really nice experience. Price point was what I would expect for the quality. Great place for a date or a special occasion or just to treat yourself.

The restaurant was fairly busy for a Monday at 1:15PM, so to my surprise my order came out pretty quickly. There were two standard to-go containers inside the bag, NOT the standard long full-length container a full rack is served in when placing a to-go order. I order the full rack of ribs to-go all the time at Cheddars, and they are served in the long full-rack box. When I got home and to my surprise I was given two separate rib halves. Neither were the same size, (both were upper ends), not an entire complete rack of ribs. Looking at the ribs, each upper end was different in size, and each had a different appearance and texture. I tasted each half-rack, and yes hey came from different racks as each had a different taste, dried-out texture, and not even luke-warm to the touch. These ribs were not freshly made that day. I'm positive these rib halves were old ribs, at least a day or more old, and somewhat reheated, barely. I live 2-miles from Cheddar's, I's a straight shot, 5-minute drive at best. In-total I wasted $37.00 on this meal at Cheddar's in York, PA. The ribs were thrown away, and the BC Wrapper was half-eaten.
