Wow! Worst service I've had in 20 years! Super slow. The blonde waitress we had did not care AT ALL! We had to ask for everything, water, napkins, plates (with the appetizer). The Quesadilla was soaking in grease. Why?!? Who cooks a Quesadilla in grease? Our waitress was no where to be found, and when we flagged her down she was Not happy about it. The couple next to us, seated well after us, was on dessert when we finally got our entrees and then only because we asked the manager about it. No apologies. Bad food. Well I should have looked at the reviews before I came here. It's my own fault that I walked into a 2 star rated place and expected anything to be good. Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad, you can't mess it up, right? WRONG Lettuce in the bowl, croutons scattered about, chicken on top, and cheese hidden under the chicken. Oh, and a cup of Caesar Dressing. NOPE, it wasn't tossed. When I pointed that out the bar tender, maybe manager said, that's just the way they do it at night. Well, it's wrong. After a little discussion I said you could have offered to have it fixed, instead I'm brought extra dressing to toss myself. As you'd expect I now have too much dressing on the salad. I came here so I didn't need to make my own food. Lesson Learned... check the reviews and don't visit 2 star restaurants. read more

We will never be back. This is the second time I have tried to post this review. We went on a Sunday after church about 1:30pm. It was NOT busy. We were seated quickly. Our non alcohol drink order was quickly taken. Our drinks arrived after about 5 minutes. Not bad. We waited over 15 minutes for our waitress to come by. We ordered beers and the nacho app. Our beers came out pretty quick (10 minutes) and the nachos took over 45 minutes even after asking the manager about it and silverware. She stated sure in reply to grab some for us but we NEVER saw her again. Our waitress, and most of the staff, were on their phones and standing around. We were told the issue was the kitchen staff had changed over. (?) our food came out (burgers, impossible burger, fries and kids tacos) which was cool and not the best. The next day most of us were sick to our stomachs more than likely due to the nachos. We will never be back. Horrible service. No excuses. Stay away! read more

We were a party a party of 6 and arrived at 3pm. The restaurant was maybe less than a 1/3 full. It took 15min to get 4 waters and 2 beers. In addition, it took 45 minutes to receive 4 burgers and 2 dinners plates. The burgers and fries were cold and the fries soggy. The dinner plates were at best warm. Finally it took an another 15 to 20 min to receive the check. Needless to say we will not be coming back. read more

Left one star because you had to in order to write a review they don't deserve a one star This location either needs to get all new employees and a manager, or it needs to be shut down. I'm worried for the health of anybody going there to eat my family and I stuck to appetizers. Someone had a tea someone had a water. The other person had some of their drinks, we all started not feeling well once we got home & all evening. The floor through the whole restaurant was sticky, mopping is a must every single day, something obviously they are not . They didn't have ribs ready at noon. They're open for business. Why do they not have ribs ready? POOR management and I'm worried about the dirty environment in the kitchen. The place needs to be deep, cleaned immediately WARNING TO ALL WHO EATS IR DRINKS HERE, someone is going to get deathly sick if they don't make a change. The manager and the waitresses at one point gathered around the table right next to the bar at the kitchen and they were eating like it was their break time, but they were still serving and I watched one of them licked their fingers go to the bar and deliver drinks, no hand washing no sanitizer using filthy habits. Not to mention it's OK for them to take a break, but they need to be out of the Publix view. I don't need to witness them eating, licking their fingers and then getting up to do their job of delivering food and drinks. Oh yeah, and when they clean, please take note of all your light fixtures. You have woolly booger, fuzz, and dust just cake over all the light fixtures and that's right above the food that you're going to place on our table so that's a big concern to clean up, please. read more

The price is ok we went with the 2 apps for 9.99 Must try the chicken taco wonton app really good. Don't get me wrong, I'm an Applebee's fan. I'm just not a fan of a large long piece of hair being in your food. Yes that was served to me with my fish and chips at this Applebees. First my husband's burger was cold and the fries were hot. It's usually the other way around. Then I asked for the signature drink of the month. Which they weren't serving yet. So I asked for last months drink. Never got it. But it was on the bill. But the crowning jewel was the hair. It was so long and disgusting that I don't know why the waitress didn't see it when she was bringing it to me. Then when they took it back. The brought me one out right away. So why did I have to wait 20 minutes to get it in the first place. I was suspicious. Me believes it was the same fish minus the hair. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is because our server was super nice. The food was a joke! I ordered a strawberry balsamic chicken salad. It's an entree salad such means it's supposed to be a full meal! With tax, it was more than $15.00! They brought it out in a salad bowl, but it was the most shallow bowl I've ever seen. It was so shallow that it could barely accommodate a salad. They basically sprinkled some lettuce onto my plate. It was such a thin layer of salad that I could actually see the bottom of the bowl. There was a tiny handful of chicken and some onions and 6 thinly sliced strawberries. They left off the tomatoes and almonds. My friend ordered fish and chips. He had barely made a dent in his food when I finished my tiny salad. This salad was so sparse that I left the restaurant starving and angry. This was a total rip off. Now I remember why I haven't eaten Applebee's in 20 years. Took them 15 minutes from when I was seated before they brought me water and asked if I wanted to order. I ordered a Blue Moon and a burger. Burger came about 30 minutes later. It was fine. Beer actually came after I had finished eating and gotten the check. So they poured the beer into a to go cup and gave me another cup of ice as the beer had gotten warm sitting on the bar for 30 minutes. Not sure who drinks beer with ice. Anyway I rolled with it. Decor was drab. Music was a a weird somber EDM mix which would have been fine if there had been more than seven customers in the restaurant. Traveling alone with my kids. They could not decide IHOP or Applebee's. Finally decided Applebee's. I'm traveling alone, at night, with 2 kids. Still 300 miles to go. We had been seated over an hour. Oohhhh Abblebee's, how are you still open? During a recent lunch at this location I was initially impressed with the service - we were seated right away and our waitress poured on the southern charm. Our drinks came out quickly and our order was placed within about 5 minutes of walking in the door - not bad for a busy lunch crowd. It quickly went downhill from there.... Shortly after getting our drinks we requested to move tables due to a big leak in the ceiling (really, no one working in that restaurant noticed the leak before making us sit under it???). The staff accommodated us, but moving everything over (including a baby) is a bit annoying. And the worst was yet to come - the food... which is why I asked the question; "How are you still open?" We all ordered different things ranging from a chicken salad to a quesadilla burger. I personally ordered from the "lunch combo" menu, and almost all of it was pretty gross. The quesadilla burger wasn't bad, but everything else we ordered was tasteless and borderline disgusting. My days of going to Applebee's are officially over. read more

I use to enjoy eating here, I just had surgery and wanted something easy to go down. So we had a driver pick something up and deliver it to the recovery center. The food is decent, but now silverware or napkins, no salad dressing for the salad I ordered. A $3 fruit margarita was suggested - bill said $2.99 + $.40 for strawberry. $.40 is no big deal, but you said a $3 drink - it should be $3. Again, I don't mind paying if you tell me and I agree, but don't just surprise me with it and say, "Oh, I usually tell people it's extra...I forgot."
