Brandy is a boss. By far the most boss server I have yet to come into contact with. Whatever you pay her...double it!! 5/5 stars!!

Went in tonight for a pick up for my wife. Stood there for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to come help me. Not a single person came to help me as they are all sitting down watching the Super Bowl game. I will NEVER BRING MY BUSINESS HERE TO THIS APPLEBEE's again worst service ever. My wife even called in and notified an employee and they tried to put the blame on us. They only had 5 customers in there how hard is it to notice someone else walked in! Good! Our server was a little slow but I understand because she was training some one. Loved my raspberry lemonade! Overall okay.

I love Applebee's food but I am so disappointed with their To-Go services. This is the third time I have ordered with Grubhub/doordash from them and my orders have been wrong every single time. Tonight in particular I knew that last time there was problems with my order such as broccoli being in the Alfredo when we asked for it without, no ranch when i asked for it, no silverware when we ordered soup. So tonight, after placing the door dash order I called Applebees to tell them I wrote in the special instructions spot as well as the delivery instructions spot to bring 3 sides of ranch. I explained to them it's been missed other times and I do not want that to happen again today and to please make sure there was 3 ranches. My order gets here and there is not a single ranch as well as toppings missing from my burger. So disappointed with their To-Go ordering! If you are going to get Applebee's you should sit there in person so you can ask for things when they mess it up read more

My girlfriend and I went here for some drinks because it is close to her house and they had happy hour specials. When we got to the bar we sat there for a good 10 minutes before the bartender (Nicole) finally greeted us. Nicole was short, rude, and so unfriendly that my girlfriend actually wanted to leave before we ordered anything. Since I bartend as well I sympathized and stayed around for some water and a round of drinks. The drinks were good, but Nicole never got any friendlier and made us feel very unwelcome...mind you the only other people at the bar was another couple. I like the food and the drinks and have had great servers before (I cant remember his name but he was great)... but I would not go back to the bar if Nicole is working. read more

Went there for dinner with my husband, husband ordered a beer. Waitress checked his ID, got the manager to check his ID, and then got another person to check his ID...seriously. I asked them what the problem was, because they kept staring at his face. "Oh, we're just making sure." Okay...they got all the diners to look at us. We up and left. Horrible! read more

Couldn't pay me to eat here again. My husband is a fan of a dish at Applebee's, so to humor him we would order food to go and take it home for a movie night once in a blue moon. The past three times that we have ordered, I have ordered the steak and Parmesan shrimp dish as this is something I do not make at home due to my families resistance to shrimp or any kind of sauce on their steak. EVERY time I order it as medium rare. Every time it comes to me as well cooked as it can be without becoming charcoal. It is hard and extremely chewy. Ruins the whole dish for me that I just spent over $15 dollars on. Every time when ordering I specifically request that the steak not be over cooked to no avail. I know it's not that huge of a deal to get a mediocre meal for under $20, but these occasions were the only nights in months that we didn't have kids and could relax and eat in front of the tv. Parents know what I'm talking about. You want to enjoy your meal! Well, after getting it again recently, I have vowed to never go back. Again, over cooked and unflavored. And to top it off? It had two pieces of hair in it. That grossed me out to the point that I wouldn't even go there to drink with my group of friends anymore after our third twelve hour shifts for the week. We completely switched restaurants all together. They have also had issues with the food but after hearing about me biting into my mashed potatoes to have a piece of someone else's hair sticking out of my mouth (and it was super long), they opted to quit eating there as well. My husband called to complain about the meal and got nowhere. He was told they could remake it for me and he could come back and get it. Nope. Not wasting gas on driving all of the way back over there from Butternut and Lakeshore for another over cooked steak. I just wanted my meal credited back to my credit card and was refused. I wasn't asking for the world. Just to not have to pay for a meal that I couldn't eat due to hygiene. No thanks. read more

If it weren't for the half off appetizers after 9pm (Sun-Th) I don't think I would come here as often as I do. Franchise food, yes. But it's a corporation, what can you expect? A successful one at that! Food is fine, really. The service is really good. The servers will usually remember our faces and some even what we usually order! The music in there can sometimes get little loud but otherwise we like it... oh, and one more thing: BRING BACK THE YELLOW QUESO! The white spicy stuff is stupid. The wait was so slow because it took a long time getting the food but the food was good. The waitress was friendly. Every time that I go there, it's always slow because there's not enough people to serve for the day. Hopefully come back with more people and fast service. read more

Applebee's is usually the same or me no matter where you go. Servers all seem like they are better than you at the Holland one, like you are bothering their hang out time with other servers. Drinks are over-priced, other than happy hour. The few times I've gone the servers have had no idea what drinks counts towards happy hour and have actually told us the wrong thing and tried to charge us full price afterwords. They do have a cool gadget at the table where you can add $2 to your bill and play some games, my husband and i always enjoy that. read more

My Husband has been a huge Applebee's fan so when we went into Holland to shop and found ourselves in need of sustanance we stopped in. I should mention that I have cooked professionally in the past and am a very good cook. My husband is picky and spoiled when it comes to food and I am too. I understand what it takes to put a decent meal on the table. He ordered chicken pasta alfredo and I had the garlic marinated steak. My husbands dish was ok, but he said the sauce was way to thin and had very little flavor. My steak was done rare as I ordered which was refreshing but the steak was not garlic marinated. It tasted like it had been soaked in salt and pepper. I tasted no garlic at all. The potatoes and the portebello mushroom with spinach and some sort of sause were ok but nothing to get excited about. This is the third time one or the other of us has had lousy food there....Sorry Applebee's, three strikes ....your out. read more
