I wasn't satisfied at all. The food was cold and not enjoyable. Customer service was slow.

Nothing good about this applebees, my family and i waited about 15 min to recieve our drinks( 3pepsis) 45 min to recieve our food they brought our entrees before our appetizers. When I asked our waitress for the appetizers she said oh u ordered apperizers... Lol i said uhh yes i did they come with the 2 for 20. Appetizers (wings) came about 10 min later which were cold. I was pleasantly surprised with the service! The hostess was gracious and seated us right away. Our server was equally attentive and accommodating. As my son was looking around (we were checking out the new restaurant) two other servers (at different times) came over to see if we needed anything! Wow! I also observed a server in the adjacent section assist our servers customers and clean her tables when she wasn't as busy. Teamwork at its finest! I deducted one star because my food was just "good" - not great. And there was a screaming toddler flinging French fries all over the floor (while the parents did nothing) which was extremely disruptive and annoying. read more

Got the lunch special and my bread was soggy at the bottom my sisters pasta wasn't cooked right and didn't have enough sauce and the spinach and artichoke dip was way to watery. So here is the deal, food was good, service was poor. This was built across the street from the courthouse and should be busy during the lunch hour. No, was not even half full and the service was terrible. No way someone can come in and have lunch within an hour. We arrived at 11:45, ordered and took 1/2 an hour to get our food plus additional time to get the extra salad dressing we ordered with the meal. Then we had to have a server track down the waiter so we could pay the check. This seems to be an on going problem with the Applebee's corp. They need properly trained servers and possibly more on duty during the busy hours. read more

Went here with a group of friends last night for a going away party. First let me say our server was out standing if I was writing a review soley on her performance id give five stars! Very sweet, friendly, fast, checked on us through out the night and was very patient with our table of ten! I can't remember her name I believe it was holly... The reason I can't give five stars is because three of us ordered the Mac and cheese with chicken tenders and got horrible food poisoning (not just one of us all three of us!) must have been the chicken or bacon. Charmie the bartender and waitress is the best and can handle a full bar and restaurant..Food is better than some finer restaurants here in the valley. We had the Thai Shrimp and also one of the chicken salads our first trip and they were pretty good. Tonight we had the southwest salad and it was great! Honestly the worst service and food I've ever eaten! I ordered my food on their table app, I couldn't order drinks on the app. After waiting 10 minutes for a waiter I waved at the bartender, who was my server according to the couple at the table next to me, and she with her nasty tone said "give me a minute". Finally a couple minutes later another server walks by and asks for my order. 2 other tables sat down and ordered before they came to me. I made my drink order which I couldn't do on that app. The food came 20 minutes after I ordered it on the app, I felt that was fast but no drink yet! So I told that server who went back to the bartender and I heard her tell that server "give me a minute". I finally got my drink, not what I ordered but close enough 25 minutes after sitting down! Boneless wings were awful, Caesar salad had no flavor, tomato bisque soup was ok. I've never been to this chain before and will never go back. I'm surprised about all the bad reviews. I always enjoyed this particular Applebee's, always treated me great awesome service and yeah here and there they mess up but the manager always personally apologizes and makes up for it and I think hmm they are just humans not their faults things happen. Maybe because I go here regularly and I get greeted with smiles and a how's it going, but there's a reason why I go often because of them and their great service, foods always exceptional but I can go to any Applebee's for that nothing different about the food here and from the one across California it's the servers employees and bartenders. We went to his location on Mother's Day in the evening tables were empty, We waited more than an hour, Until I complain to the manager who was in charge at the moment which I found out was the owner son, He seemed really upset because of my complain he refused to serve us Alcohol drinks, He stated that we were intoxicated, Which was completely false nobody had any alcohol in their system before getting there. After complaining to him about that situation And stating that it was Mother's Day and my mother wanted to order a drink, he then served us drinks. The owner son seems like a racist he needs to have better customer skills just because your dad In charge Doesn't give you the right to act like that with paying customers I will never go back to his location again. Wow. We were waiting for 40 minutes to be seated for a group of 15. The management does a Terrible job hosting large groups. Beware of this large groups. They could've at least told us that it wasn't going to be possible they had us waiting without warning us. We left to Denny's. They always treat us better. Went to eat today Saturday March 9th at around 3pm they sat us on the booths next to the bar, the bartender was all polite and even changing the Channel on the main tv and putting the sound loud for a group of guys sitting on the bar . On the other hand she barely went to our table we asked for a water and the water came about 20 minutes later. Got part of the order wrong and when I told her about it, She argued that I had ask for it wrong I showed her I even had it written down so I wouldn't get it wrong. When I showed it that she didn't even apologized. Rude and poor costumer service, oh but when it came time for the check she added even the part of the order I had not ordered even though it was taken back. Nonetheless we left a tip, I guess she treats people sitting on the bar nicer because she thinks she's going to get a better tip.
