I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. I just ordered a variety of pancakes that consisted of blueberry, Oreo, pumpkin spice, and confetti. Not only were the pancakes soggy but it looks like the cook poured a film of sour milk over the top of them. They were poorly seasoned and were crumbling. We went here for a dinner last night. The food was what I would expect from an IHOP. Normally that would have garnered a 3 star rating. My two-star rating is reflective of the fact that our waitress was not only forgetful of requests from our table, but also the fact that the waitress was sniffling and coughing while serving our food. She obviously was not feeling well. In addition, the waitress failed to wear her mask properly; her nose was exposed above her mask. I am sad to say that since we all discussed this meal we realized all of the problems. In addition, our server did not follow ServSafe food serving guidelines. When she was serving our food, her thumb and fingers were on the eating surface of the plate. I don't think this is reflective of this location because we had another server serve other items properly and was properly protected. Even the busboy was protected as he should be. Please be careful out there and know the guidelines of how servers should be serving food. We will definitely be better at speaking up in the future after seeing this. read more

Arrived around 10am and was pleasantly surprised they had increased their parking lot. Prior visits were frustrating because there were minimal parking space available. They have added at least 39 parking spaces which made it fast and easy to park. We came in on a Sunday and was able to sit down right away. It's a good place for anyone because they offer such a variety. Food is always great and served hot. I really hate cold food. There's not much to say I mean it's a typical IHOP very clean servers are nice. I like the fact that it's not as loud as say a Denny's. Some of the reviews said you could smoke there I've never seen smoking and I'm glad I haven't mixing food with smoking is just never good. Unless your a smoker but how fair is that to burden others with your smoke.... Or children for that matter. Nothing against smokers, enjoy your cigs, it's the smoke I don't like. read more

Went to take my boys for breakfast and it turned out terrible. We were seated and put out drink orders in. Minutes went by, a family walked in and was seated behind us and may 5-10 another family came and was seated behind us. We continued to enjoy our time and never received our drinks. I turned around and both tables that was seated after us had ordered their drinks and meals, and here we were still sitting there without drinks or placed an order. Ive,been in customer relations for over 26 years.after 30 mins for my pregnant daughters food.ive went up there and tes took care me right away.in the mean time the manager was arguing with the coworkers.customers is priority first. First thing that gave me a bad first impression is the large quantities of debris on the floor everywhere and it was not even busy, makes me wonder if the kitchen has higher standards for cleanliness, I hope for my sake it does. The booger smeared on the wall next to me in my booth just added to the overall decor. I snuck a peek into the kitchen as best as I could and it gave me a warm feeling of cleanliness thank Buddha. This Ihop was one of the smaller ones that I've been to. Very clean, though. Lots of natural light. The food was on par with what I expected. I got the Chicken & Waffles with ranch and hot syrup. It was odd, though, that when I asked for the hot syrup, the server didn't bring it in a normal caraffe-thing, she brought two small cups of syrup. There were three of us. The food was good - my girls are picky eaters and really enjoyed it. One of the kids meal was even free with purchase of my meal because it was after 4:00!
